Jose was AMAZING to work with for our 8/17/24 wedding! My husband and I went together the first time to look at different options, and Jose took the time to make sure we picked out something perfect for us! He was so flexible with our 7 groomsmen and my dad, and made sure every one had the perfect fit! You hear about how some times on a wedding day the tuxes don't fit perfectly, but with Jose I knew we were in good hands! THANK YOU for making the boys look fantastic on our big day! DO NOT HESITATE to work with Jose and Tux Towne on your special day!

I can't say enough about the amazing experience we had with Jose at TuxTowne! From start to finish, he truly went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was perfect. He even came it on days he wasn't working to spend time with my husband while he decided what tux worked best for him and his groomsmen. The level of customer service he provided was unparalleled, and we felt like we were his top priority the entire time. First off, the tuxedos themselves were absolutely stunning. They fit perfectly, and the quality was second to none. My husband had a custom fitting, and Jose made sure every detail was perfect, down to the smallest adjustments. It was clear he takes great pride in his work. He also carries the latest fashion styles that are trending which helped the groomsmen look modern and sleek. I also was looking for pink suits for my bridesman and flower man, and Jose was able to get the exact shade I was looking for. I was very impressed!! He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and was always accessible by phone when we needed him. Not only that, but he also provides service unlike any other tux shop with his door-to-door service. Due to us living away from his store in Taunton, Jose was extremely accommodating in bringing all of his tuxes to our apartment to fit 10 members in the wedding party. And to add, he was also nice enough to drop off the tuxes at our apartment a few days before our wedding day, ensuring that we had everything and taking the stress off of us to travel 45 minutes to his shop. Jose genuinely cared about making our wedding day as stress-free as possible, offering great advice on styles and even helping us choose accessories that really brought the look together. He was professional, attentive, and fun to work with – we felt like we were in great hands from the moment we walked in. Came in to get 6 suits in just under 4 weeks for my wedding. Not only were they quick and sized perfectly, the owner was so kind and personable. We needed to have each of the suits have different accent colors and two needed to be specially sized. Never have I seen this group of men look more handsome. Despite our large asks and small time table, we got everything we wanted

We used Tux town for our wedding and we had the best experience. Jose was so attentive to what we wanted and made the guys look so sharp. We had a groomsman from out of town, no problem, he had him call in his measurements and everything fit great. We had another member of our bridal party whos a big guy and he sized him and even had him try it on at pickup to make sure it fit perfect. He even custom made the pocket squares out of left over fabric from my girl's dresses. So it would be a perfect match. Would use them again for sure!

Jose, the owner of Tuxedo town, was wonderful to work with throughout the wedding planning process. We rented tuxedos for my husband and his groomsmen, along with suits for the fathers. Jose gives the highest level of service and is AMAZING to work with. We had a New Year’s Eve wedding and the tux’s Jose picked out for the groom and groomsmen were top quality and perfectly fitted. He was so accommodating, especially given our event was during the holiday season. My husband and I live in the city and Jose was able to bring the tuxes to us to try on and came to pick up the tuxes after our wedding. We cannot thank him enough for being so accommodating and for being so easy to communicate with. Thank you Jose!

Tux Towne made choosing my tux fast and easy. From the moment I walked through the door Jose could tell exactly the style and fit I was looking for. His passion for perfection even had him buy a different size tux just for me so that it would fit just right. He was able to accommodate my groomsmen from out of town with only their measurements. Everything he provided came perfectly pressed and sized. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for great service and style.

Awful experience. Tuxes didn't fit and poor customer service. Jose yelled at us insisting suits fit that didn't. He called two weeks after we dropped off tuxes irate asking where one was. He is unprofessional and vulgar.

I recently used Tux Towne for our wedding; Jose could not have been more accommodating. After a less than personalized experience at a larger chain store, I was impressed with the service we received. He was even able to complete alterations in a day for someone in our wedding party from out of town. Flawless, stressless experience. Couldn't have been happier with the customer service there. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I can't say enough about Jose & the impeccable service that he provided for my son & daughter-in-law's wedding. The bride & groom are stationed in North Dakota (USAF) but wanted to have their wedding back home in Massachusetts. As their wedding coordinator, I tried several tux shops in search of navy blue tuxes to go with the military "mess dress" the groom & best man would be wearing. The first 3 places told me there were no navy tuxedos on the market. Period. Jose not only found one, he found two! He worked tirelessly with me to insure that all of our groomsmen, including one coming in from Australia, were fitted perfectly. He even went so far as to fashion pocket squares from fabric left over after the MOH's dress was altered & sent to us from Texas, so that they would match perfectly. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jose! The wedding was perfection & we truly could not have done it without you!

We went here last minute to get our tuxes for our wedding. Jose was more then accommodating, had us all measured and sized in a few mins. Not only did he go out off his way to help us, he was able to track down stuff that no one sells. After getting sized and fitted into them and confirmed, we went back the next day and had to change the tuxes from one color to another, he didn't miss a beat and went right about to change them. He then offered to come and drop off the tuxes and pick them up if we wanted because he drove by our house on his way home from work. He went above and beyond the line of what I would deem great service. Would highly recommend them for any event. They also had the closet prices around. Thanks Again.

I would like to give a big thanks to Jose Bejarano of Tux Towne in Taunton,Ma. Jose made the experience very easy and professional for myself and the rest of my groomsmen. His vast knowledge and experience was noted as soon as I entered his store. There was a wide variety of tuxes to choose from but we had our mind made up as soon as we saw the display in the center of the store. The presentation and layout of his store was clean and neat. My wife and I would like to thank Jose and we highly recommend Tux Towne in Taunton,Ma. It wasn't very long ago when there was about 10 tux stores on that strip,Tux Towne is the lone survivor which says alot. thanks again Jose and Tux Towne.

My husband knew he wanted to get his formal wear for our wedding from Tux Towne because he had used their services before and was very happy. The staff was super friendly, and helped us pick the perfect suits for everyone including the groom, ring bearer, groom's men and fathers of the bride and groom. I brought a swatch of my dress as well as the bridesmaid dresses and the staff worked with my specific requests to help us find the perfect combos. I can not remember the what each individual paid to rent but it was very reasonable. They made getting the guys ready on the big day so much easier. I highly recommend them!

Jose was great to work with and easy to get in contact with over the phone. He always called back in a timely manner. We rented all of our tuxes from Jose, all of them fit great. He even custom made the pocket squares for our groomsmen! I would definitely use Tux Towne again.

You cant go wrong with this Tux Towne in Taunton, MA. Jose, the owner, is the most professional. His tux's fit to perfection, was not overpriced, and his service is impeccable. Even when my wife left one of our 6 tux's for our groomsmen at his store the day before the wedding, and I gave him a call at 11:30 at night, he immediately returned my call just to reassure me he in fact had the tux. Jose does not just treat you like a number, and knows exactly what he is doing, and he is great at it. 100% recommend!!

After a not so great experience at a large chain we came here. You won't find better service anywhere! He went out of his way for me more than once and even delivered all the tuxes to my house the day day before because he "knew we gad enough to do"! Jose was great to deal with!

I just had my wedding this june 29. We rented all our tuxes from Jose and he was amazing , he knew exactly what I wanted and made every detail exact! Everyone of the men looked stunning and got nothing but compliments! We even had little boy who wasnt so found of tux fittings and all but Jose worked with him awesome.I so recommend everyone who is getting married or who wants to rent a tuxe for any occasion to Tux Towne In Taunton ,Ma. Happy wedding planning to all!!! :)

Jose was so amazing and extremely helpful!!! We had a pretty large wedding party and most of them were from out of state. As a result Jose was very accommodating for the out of state people. He was tremendously flexible and supportive with our needs. He even met us on one of his days off for an out of town wedding party member. He spent quite a while that day helping us with the fitting. We were very grateful for that. The quality of the tuxes are superb. We would recommend Jose any day for all events. Thank You!!!

Jose was absolutely incredible to work with. We were searching for tan tuxes for our July wedding and no one around us had them. When I called Jose he was able to order us the exact tuxes I wanted. My husband and groomsman looked awesome at the wedding and we had received so many compliments on how great the tuzes looked. Jose was reliable, thorough, and even made the tux fitting entertaining for my husband and groomsman. I would recommend Jose to any and all brides who want one less thing to stress out about!!!

Jose was such a great help to us! We went to at least 3-4 shops and saw nothing but boring basic black until we found TuxTowne. Jose had a great selection including a fantastic, classy black on black pinstripe tux. The ties and vests matched perfectly and everything was fitted exacly as Jose promised. This is a small shop with great customer service and attention to detail...no warehouse here! I could not have been more pleased with the value and quality. We had two weddings in the last two years, the service is excellent! They deliver and pick up the tuxes which is a very convient feature. Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Tux Towne.
