Tuxedos To Geaux is a local "Mom-and-Pop Shop" founded by New Orleans native, Mel Grodsky. Servicing areas throughout the entire United States, our store in Metairie, Louisiana is a destination shop! Our motto is "Don't rent, OWN IT!" Everything we sell is yours to keep and includes free lifetime alterations. We specialize in selling all formalwear including suits and tuxedos in a variety of colors and styles. Our basic package is $179+tax and includes the jacket, pant, shirt, tie and hanky of your choice, and FREE lifetime alterations! The basic tuxedo package also includes the cummerbund, studs, and cufflinks. We have pricing packages to include other accessories as well. For example, a vest can be added for an additional $20, and we also sell dress shoes and tuxedo shoes for $49. Our expert staff of wedding coordinators, fitters, and tailors work with you every step of the way to find select and fit your ideal wedding attire. Tuxedos to Geaux was absolutely excellent for our wedding! We came to them with less than a month with 10 suits needed. They met with us right away and were so personable and easy to work with! They helped us find the suits we were looking for and had a fantastic suit package price that beat all the other places we checked! Not only that, but they made the ordering/sizing process easy for our out of town groomsmen as well. The suits were high quality and they accommodated last minute alterations for all of our groomsmen which was a life saver! 10/10 would recommend for all suit needs, especially weddings!

I had found Tuxedos to geaux when my buddy had his groomsmen order suits for his wedding. It was a great deal for a beautiful suit that I still love and wear. For our wedding bride and I both wanted tuxedos but I hate renting them. So I looked into doing the suit deal at TTG and found out they feel the same way as I do about renting tuxedos. I was super happy with the process and the product. Due to some issues with their phone lines it was hard for some of my out of town friends to call in their measurements, but TTG reached reached out to me and made calls to those folks making it possible for everything to be done on time. Some groomsmen even got their tuxedos early so that they could wear them during Mardi Gras. Despite the business of Mardi Gras season, every person I interacted with was very nice and super helpful. Best of all everyone looked great on my wedding day.

Wonderful experience! They were so helpful and had a huge selection. The prices are extremely reasonable. Even though many of our groomsmen came from out of town, they were stil able to complete alterations within two days. Everyone looked sharp...AND they got to keep their tux!!

My wedding took place on 2/23/18 and Blake took care of me from the very beginning. I met Blake for the first time when I was a groomsman in a friend's wedding a few months ago, so I had to consider them for my own. He made sure that I was able to order the exact look that I wanted, even though they did not have it in stock. The other members of the staff made sure that the tuxedo fit exactly the way that I wanted with no place for settling. They really personalized my experience and made it memorable. Would return 100% for affordable tuxedos and world class service. Thank You!

We shopped around for tuxedos and they type we wanted for our dads and groomsmen were going to be around $250 to rent from other places. We found out about Tuxedos to Geaux and they solved our problem! The tuxedo we chose, which all your guys are able to KEEP, was about $185 total. All the guys really liked the place and were happy they didn't have to keep up with all the pieces and be afraid they would get charged for losing a piece. They were easy to work with and do alterations for life - and on the spot while you are in there!

We had a great experience with Mr Mel! He went out of his way to personally come up to Baton Rouge and measure and fit all of the groomsmen for their suits. Then he returned to do their alterations when the suit came in! It worked out great-- and you can't beat the price! It was the same price to buy the suit, shirt, vest, and tie for what you could rent!

My guys looked amazing in their suits from Tuxedo to Geaux! I was so amazed to hear that they could purchase the suits for the same exact price as other local stores were renting them for! They were so easy to work with, had great color options, and were super quick with alterations! Highly recommend!

We used Tuxedos To Geaux for our 10/11/14 wedding. Throughout the process, they were wonderful! Blake was incredibly nice and helpful and was always willing to answer whatever question we threw at him. He was great at keeping us on time and making sure we got all the measurements they needed. We ended up getting 5 suits through them all of them were A+ quality and fit perfectly. All of the groomsmen and the groom look fantastic in the wedding pictures. Thanks!
