e same day as or wedding that was scheduled to end 1 hour before our event was supposed to start. In my opinion, the director of sales & marketing is unprofessional and very rude. She called me and spoke in an aggressive tone in response to a very simple email inquiry. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, they informed us that we had to reduce our guest count from 126 to 50 . They told us that difference of our money approx $13,000 would not be return instead they would use that money to upgrade our bar and provide more food for the number of allowed guest. We eventually terminated the contract due to their inability to fulfill their obligations. We were refunded $9,000 immediately. However, we had to wait on a portion of our refund in excess of $3,000 for over 2 months after the General Manager failed to reply to our emails requesting our money back. It was not until I emailed the President of their parent company that our final payment was finally refunded to us, 2 months later. I have repeated requested that they return our USB with our engagement pictures and slideshow/video on it and now they claim they are unable to locate it. We still do not have our USB drive to date. I do not recommend anyone plan their wedding at this establishment. Unfortunately, the only person that was helpful to us initially was furloughed and unable to assist us in this process. Who treats a bride and groom who are planning the best day of their lives like this?
