After touring other venues, I chose Twelve Oaks Mansion for my daughter’s bridal shower. Not only was I well pleased with the communication & professionalism in planning the shower, I was most pleased the day of! My guests were thrilled, as well. The main compliment I received was on the excellence of the food. The second compliment was on how beautiful the venue was. I highly recommend Twelve Oaks Mansion; they will exceed your expectations!

This venue encompasses all the elegance, romance, and dreamy atmosphere you could ever wish for during your wedding. The ease of being able to have the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception all in one place makes it even more perfect. Their day of coordinator, Leigh, is there with you every step of the way from the initial planning meetings to every minute of the actual day. If you are considering a wedding in the Mars/Pittsburgh area this is definitely a venue to consider. Their are plentiful areas for the nicest photos of your day as well from glorious staircases in the interior to lovely gazebos on the exterior. Plus the sunset is STUNNING!! It served as an extra photo booth for our guests during the evening. I could go on and on about this venue. It really was the most perfect place for the best day!

I can’t even tell you how comfortable and special Leigh and her team made us feel from the very first meeting. This is what made it an easy decision to go with Twelve Oaks! They truly make you feel like you are the most important people they have and go above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. Leigh was with us the entire day of the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. Our vendors expressed how much they loved working at this venue, which says a lot! Leigh was helpful with suggestions when we needed help and she made sure that my daughter has the wedding of her dreams. I hope that I can work with them again someday. They know how to run a business!!!

Leigh and her team are fantastic!! Leigh is very attentive and she took the time to answer all our questions. It’s obvious that she knows what she’s doing and loves what she does. We planned our wedding in roughly 5 months, getting married on October 30, 2021, and we definitely could not have done it without Leigh’s help. She was with us every step of the way. We used one of their recommended caterers, Bistro To go, and both the food and the staff were amazing! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. I love the elegant feel and so many amazing views for photo ops. It truly was a dream wedding! Delicious food, gorgeous venue, and everyone involved went out of our way to make the day perfect. We’ve received so many compliments from family and friends about our wedding and how much of a great time they had. I can’t thank Twelve Oaks Mansion enough for making it such a memorable wedding day for Steve and I!!!

We hosted my daughters baby shower at Twelve Oaks Mansion on December 5th and could have not been more pleased. The room was so beautifully decorated and set up perfectly for the shower. The food was outstanding and we received so many compliments on how good it was. The servers were so attentive and saw to everyone’s needs. Leigh was so wonderful to work with. She made helpful suggestions and helped us with the menu planning. I highly recommend this venue!

Oh my goodness- where do I even begin?! Twelve Oaks Mansion was everything we dreamed of for our special day, AND MORE. Due to family circumstances, a military deployment, and covid- my husband and I, decided to go ahead and get married just 7 months after getting engaged. Knowing that we were well inside of the typical time it takes to book a great venue, I was nervous to say the least. Growing up on "The Wedding Planner," I always pictured a classic, romantic wedding with lots of natural light and small personalized details that would take my guests breath away as they walked in. So we picked a date in late Spring- and started searching. We quickly came across Twelve Oaks Mansion and reached out for more information. (Enter in, our very own "JLo": Leigh). Leigh sent over some information about the venue, along with pictures and their availability and we were pleasantly surprised to see they still had one day available in May. When my mom and I toured the venue for the first time on a rainy day in late October, we both were holding back tears. It was everything I had ever pictured, and more. The venue itself is set on a hill overlooking the valley around Cranberry Twp, with the most gorgeous sunset views you have ever seen. These views are even more prominent thanks to the 360 degree windows around the banquet hall. Inside, everything is pristine. The mansion has been recently renovated and Leigh and her team keep everything looking spotless. As your guests enter, they are met with the sounds of a self-playing grand piano, set underneath an elegant staircase. The views and venue itself would have been enough to make us sign right there, but on top of that- there's Leigh. She is extremely kind and knowledgable in her field. She was with us every step of the way: from helping us order the perfect linens, to coordinating with all of our vendors. Leigh takes care of her couples as if they were her own family. She made sure that everything was exactly as we pictured it on our big day. We are still receiving compliments from friends and family about our wedding, and we can not recommend Twelve Oaks Mansion enough!

We celebrated my daughters wedding at Twelve Oaks on June 12, 2021. The venue is absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. Leigh Santos obviously loves what she does as she was a delight to work with. We had to move the ceremony from August 2019 to June due to Covid, but she made the transition a breeze. Her recommendation of First Class Catering was perfect as our cocktail hour appetizers and sit down dinner we’re excellent. Our guests were highly complimentary and were amazed they could serve so many filets perfectly medium rare. Our vegan guests were also very pleased with their dinners. Leigh also helped us locate a violinist to play for the ceremony and cocktail hour at the last minute when our original plan fell through. Her recommendation of Steven Vance Electric Violins enabled us to find a wonderful musician that added the perfect touch to the evening. Quite frankly, there is not a single aspect of our experience with Leigh Santos and Twelve Oaks that wasn’t superlative! I give them my highest recommendation!

We hosted my daughter’s bridal shower at the beautiful Twelve Oaks Mansion. Leigh was very accommodating and service was excellent. The food was outstanding. All of our guests raved about it! Most importantly, the bride could not have been happier, she loved everything!

If I could give them more stars I would! Leigh and her team were fantastic from the very first day until even after our wedding. We planned our wedding before covid-19, and as the rest of the world panicked Leigh took the time to answer all our questions and adapt our wedding as guidelines changed. We were lucky enough to have our dream wedding even with all the changes in September 2020. We used one of their recommended caterers, First Class Catering, and they were just as fantastic! Brandon and Leigh teamed up to make our wedding perfect. The food was incredible, the venue was gorgeous, and everyone involved went out of our way to make the day perfect. This should be your first and only choice venue!!!!

Everything was absolutely perfect at Twelve Oaks! Having the flexibility to do everything the way we wanted it was a huge selling point. Leigh was so easy to work with! COVID-19 made things challenging, but Leigh was a trooper the entire time. This venue is stunning and our guests had nothing but positive things to say. From the cocktail hour, to the ceremony outside, and the reception, it was awesome!

Twelve Oaks was absolutely wonderful! Leigh was super responsive and accommodating through out the whole process. We first came to Twelve Oaks when we lost our first venue, they not only had our date available but they allowed us to keep all our vendors. Planning a wedding through COVID is definitely not easy but having a venue that is willing to work with you on layouts, seating, and sanitation is key. They whole day went out without a hitch and I can honestly say I wouldn't change a thing, it was perfect.

We would like to thank Twelve Oaks again for making our wedding day amazing! This was not an easy time to host a wedding and Twelve Oaks worked with us for practically the past two years to make it the most amazing day of our lives! Through the constant covid-19 updates/regulations and changes they kept us informed and did not stop trying to make this work for us and for that we are truly thankful. We couldn’t have asked for a better day, or a better venue. Twelve Oaks was the first venue that we viewed, and we left with such excitement knowing that it was the venue that we wanted to host our reception at; It really did exceed all dreams of how the venue looked on the day, and how the day came together. The recent updates were exactly what we would have chosen, if we had to pick (beautiful wood floors, white drapes, etc.) It was just perfect. Our guests have been calling us for the past two weeks telling us how amazing the food was, how beautiful the venue was, and that they have never seen a wedding day go so smooth. including flooring and draperies, made the venue even more beautiful for my June wedding. As can be imagined, having a wedding during COVID was stressful, but Leigh was very flexible and helpful throughout the whole process, especially as the restrictions were changing on a daily basis. She even let us reserve a date for the next year while waiting to determine if we would be able to celebrate on our original date (which we ended up using). In addition, several days before the event she was helped sort out what was currently Covid compliant and also what we felt we needed to do to make sure our guests felt as safe as possible during this very uncertain time. We were also able to bring the majority of the supplies and decorations the week of the event and set up some of it the day before. They fully took care of the rest of the setup, so our wedding day could be enjoyed without worrying about the evening reception. They did an amazing job!

Leigh is amazing, and super sweet! We toured at Twelve Oaks Mansion, and loved the spacious, elegant venue! They have updated their carpeted floors to beautiful hard wood floors and switched their curtains to a light and airy white tool-like material. It would be easy to make this venue the perfect place for any type of wedding! Leigh was more than happy to help us along the way. She was very kind, organized, flexible, and responsive to communication. We definitely recommend checking this place out if your looking for a place to host your wedding ceremony and reception!

We had our Wedding in Aug 2019. This venue is family owned which is very unique. They are very well organized and easy to work with. 1. The planning process was made easy. We had a food tasting session 2. We had many compliments from our guests about the beauty of the venue both inside and out. They will sell you the sunset when you visit the venue. It was true. Everyone ran outside for the sunset on our wedding night for pictures. 3. The food is very good 4. The venue is the nicest in the area for the cost! 5. The event went off without a hitch. Everything went perfectly.

Our wedding was 9/28/19 and exactly the way we had always imagined. The whole process from start to finish with Twelve Oaks was terrific! Bethany was great to work with to coordinate and set up the day that we always wanted. Leigh also assisted in setting up as well as made amazing food that was very fresh! We could not have asked for anymore from our venue. They were professional, flexible, trust worthy and helpful in every step of planning and executing the day. Would highly recommend working with them!

WOW! My husband and I had our wedding reception at Twelve Oaks on May 18, 2019, and it was a FANTASTIC day. There isn’t one thing that we would change from our wedding! Starting from the very beginning we booked through Linda who was as sweet as can be helping us make sure we booked everything we wanted. Bethany was our main contact and she was phenomenal with keeping track of every detail. She made sure every detail was taken care of and she remembered everything I wanted. I am a very detailed oriented person and she made sure every aspect of my wedding was perfect! The food was amazing, and we’re still getting compliments on it now! Our only regret is not getting to lick our plate clean because we were too busy greeting guests! The day of staff was very professional and made sure every guest was taken care of. When our bridal party entered the bridal suite, there was immediately two waiters waiting to take drink orders and bring us food! We were truly pampered!! The venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful and truly captured the vision I had for my wedding since I was a little girl. I truly could not have picked a better wedding venue! You can tell everyone at Twelve Oaks is passionate about their job because of all the hard work they put into every event. It is the perfect place to have your wedding if you’re looking for a beautiful, elegant, and classy wedding venue then Twelve Oaks is for you! It is a family-owned and operated business and you will NOT be disappointed!!!

We had our wedding at Twelve Oaks Mansion in early June. The entire day was perfect! From the venue, to the food, we could not have asked for a better day. The entire Santa family was wonderful to work with. My husband and I were blown away when we walked into the reception area before everything started-it looked so beautiful. We would highly recommend having an event here.

We had our wedding reception at Twelve Oaks and we wouldn't have changed a thing! Bethany was wonderful to work with the entire time. We were able to use the library room for our cocktail hour and the ballroom for dinner and dancing. We were planning the wedding from out-of-state so having all the amenities included was a huge plus for us (tables, linens, etc). The food was delicious and we appreciated being served first so we actually got to eat on our wedding day! We were also able to bring in our own cookies for the Pittsburgh cookie table. We would definitely recommend Twelve Oaks for a wedding or event!

Our wedding day was perfect at 12 Oaks Mansion thanks to Bethany and team! Bethany is truly one of the most kind, helpful, and patient individuals! I probably asked her 100+ questions throughout the planning process and she always answered promptly and very positively. She was extremely accommodating to my ideas and requests and she made sure the reception ran smoothly from start to finish. She made the planning process less stressful and the end result was a beautiful evening with great food, entertainment and views! Our wedding yesterday was the most magical day! It was picture perfect and everything that I dreamed it would be and more! Bethany and her entire staff were so easy to work with and made all of our wedding ideas and dreams come true. The entire staff at Twelve Oaks Mansion was the absolute best and put on the most spectacular day for us. My husband and I continue to receive complements and praise from guests as to how great the staff was and how beautiful the mansion as a venue was. I would not have wanted our wedding at any other venue. Book your wedding at Twelve Oaks Mansion. My husband and I cannot praise them enough!

My husband and I have so many positive things to say about Twelve Oaks and the staff, especially Bethany (the event coordinator). For starters, this venue is absolutely gorgeous. Big windows in the ballroom and library allow guests to see the surrounding greenery and the beautiful gazebo, while the patio gives you a breath of fresh air and a place to cool down. The food was absolutely delicious. They can be a bit rigid at times and they do have their own vendors for linens and chair rentals, but they are flexible where it matters. Bethany was incredibly sweet, caring and willing to help with whatever she could. On occasion, it would take a few days to hear back from her via email BUT she does get back to you. When it's crunch time, she responds quicker. Bethany truly went above and beyond for us leading up to and throughout the wedding. My husband and I were thrilled with our choice. If you are looking for an affordable (without sacrificing quality), unique venue, look no further. You will not be disappointed.

We recently had our wedding reception at Twelve Oaks Mansion and cannot speak highly enough of the venue and staff! After looking at numerous venues, we are so happy we decided on Twelve Oaks! The Mansion is spacious and gorgeous, and I know the guests appreciated the indoor and outdoor space (we used the library for cocktail hour as well). Bethany and staff are amazing and so professional and accomodating. She was very responsive to any and all questions and I know her and the staff worked hard to make sure our day was perfect! We did not have to worry about a thing! We received so many compliments from guests on the venue and food. Would highly recommend Twelve Oaks!

We had our wedding at Twelve Oaks Mansion on 7/1/17. From the start, Bethany was very professional, organized, and responsive to ALL of our questions. As we got closer to the wedding, we ended up having to change our plans to also have our ceremony at 12 Oaks. Bethany helped us work through all the options, again in a timely and professional manner. The staff at 12 Oaks was responsive during the day of the wedding to make sure we had everything we needed. My Dad REALLY wanted our plated meal to be served at the same time (relatively) & served hot to all 130 guests, which he made clear to Bethany. We STILL have guests, some of which who are extremely picky, mentioning how good ( & hot) the food was at our wedding. Looking back we are thrilled we made the choice to have our wedding here. The venue has a beautiful view of the sun set, nice indoor/outdoor space, made-from-scratch food, and most importantly to me- a staff that is kind, professional, and knows what they are doing. I would highly recommend!

Twelve Oaks doesn't do a ton of advertising so if you are wondering why you haven't heard of them - that is likely why. We booked our reception in August 2015 for October 2016 and were able to get the rental fees for the cocktail room and reception room waived which was a huge plus! Working with Twelve Oaks for all of the planning was a breeze. The venue is so beautiful on its own that we had minimal decorations which was perfect for me and a lot less stressful. The food was great and Bethany worked with us to help customize our own bar package so we were able to incorporate our love for craft beer into the cocktail hour! Bethany was so helpful when it came to setting up and during the wedding night and always checked in with us to make sure we were okay. I would definitely recommend checking out this venue!

Bethany and the staff at Twelve Oaks are fantastic! Bethany was kind and very easy to work with, even when we had to add and change some of our guest seating a week before the wedding. The food was also amazing, and I had many guest tell me how fantastic the food was! We chose Twelve Oaks because it is a family run business and it really shows, their attention to detail and also their willingness to accommodate you and your wedding guest was off the charts. Would highly recommend them!

I was married at Twelve Oaks Mansion this past weekend and I highly recommend this venue. Bethany, the site coordinator, was the best! She was very responsive, answered all of my questions, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Most of our guests were from out of town so our ceremony was in their library and the reception was in the ballroom. We received so many compliments on how beautiful and elegant the venue was. Twelve Oaks sits on top of a hill so we have great pictures of the hills and sunset. I couldn't have asked for a better venue for us or a better point of contact than Bethany!

Our wedding was held at Twelve Oaks in August of 2015. We had both the ceremony and reception at Twelve Oaks. From the moment we first met with Bethany(Wedding Director at Twelve Oaks Mansion) we knew this was the best venue for our wedding. Bethany was very easy to work with. She walked us through the entire process but never applied any pressure. At one point, we have questions regarding the contact, which she thoroughly explained and quickly put us to ease. Bethany took great pride in her planning of our wedding. We were truly impressed with her attention to detail. The day of our wedding was seamless. Everything came together beautifully and it was evident that Bethany's meticulous planning was involved in every process; even at one point she jumped in to serve food to a few guests. The venue itself was gorgeous. Very clean and well maintained building. It had a elegant and charming appeal. Our wedding day was everything we could have hoped for and imagined. We are confident that other couples will enjoy Twelve Oaks as much as we did!

I was very impressed with the 12 oaks when I saw it, it looks beautiful and Bethany seemed very nice. She also allowed me to come back a day to look at the venue set up for a wedding with my fiancé. I appreciated all that, I was very interested. Although she didn’t seem available much and never followed up once after I came back to tour the place. Even when I asked to have a call to discuss things, she wasn’t available for a week to talk. It’s been a few weeks and I booked elsewhere but I would say you have to be available for “their” availability. They do not try to work with you on what you can do. It sounds like it’s the same coordinator for all events so has to be very busy. I would also say the rooms are absolutely gorgeous , and if it didn’t feel so tight in there (there’s no way you can fit around 200) , and I got more of a response like they were actually interested in having you book there, we may have moved further along.

We had our wedding reception at Twelve Oaks Mansion. The space is absolutely breathtaking! I honestly felt like our wedding was something out of a fairy tale. Bethany and her team are a delight to work with. Bethany was there on site for the entire reception and she made sure that we had everything we needed. She came to the head table and offered to get us drinks multiple times throughout the night! The food is by far the best wedding food that I've ever eaten - and I'm not just saying that! We had 150 guests and not one person complained about the food. The chef was able to accommodate numerous food allergies. The venue was worth every single penny we paid! I wouldn't dream of having my reception anywhere else.

Bethany is tops! She is so helpful with all the wedding planning stages, nothing seems to ruffle her. The food was spectacular and the unique soup created for the bride was delicious. Thank you for helping create a perfect finish to a great day.

We are still receiving compliments on the wedding reception. All of our guests said the food was wonderful and most of our guests even said it was the best they've had! It was a beautiful location both outside and in. Since it was a December wedding, it was decorated for Christmas with wreaths, garland, and a very tall tree. Everything looked wonderful and fit in perfectly for our wedding. The service was great and all of the staff were professional. Bethany was wonderful to work with and was very responsive to and questions or changes we needed to make throughout the process.

Our wedding was perfect - thanks to Twelve Oaks Mansion and the help of Bethany Santa, event coordinator. Bethany made sure that all of my requests were met. The staff members at the reception were also phenomenal. And, the food... WOW!!! Multiple guests commented that the filet was the best filet they have ever had... and the meal was the best wedding meal they have ever eaten... how happy my husband and I were to hear that! The venue is gorgeous too - with gorgeous chandeliers, a grand staircase, views with beautiful sunsets; the place evokes true southern charm. You cannot go wrong having your wedding here. I HIGHLY recommend the venue. All my guests would agree. It was a magical night.

We had our wedding at Twelve Oaks in December. The venue is just gorgeous, and their Holiday decorations were amazing. Bethany was SUPER easy to work with and friendly. She's really organized so it makes things very smooth for a stressed bride! And the food … it is all homemade (every last bit, even the dressings) by Thomas. We had countless complements on how fabulous the food was. I cannot say enough about Twelve Oaks … gorgeous venue, if it wasn't winter we would have been outside on the gorgeous patios & getting pics in the gazebos.

This facility hosts a lot of wedding ceremonies and receptions, and the staff of the Twelve Oaks handle themselves professionally. The event coordinator Bethany was remarkably understanding of our budget, mindful of our timeline (we had a short engagement), and very accommodating regarding the small, short-notice changes. The chef Thomas created the most delicious dinner--managing to accommodate the many food allergies and dietary restrictions of our guests. Despite concerns of family, the Twelve Oaks' policy of not taking left over food home was not an issue. My husband and I are very pleased, and would recommend the Twelve Oaks Mansion.

Using Twelve Oaks Mansion for our venue was so easy. Bethany helped us with every detail and she and the staff were so accommodating for any special requests that we had. We were able to offer menu items for a guest with food allergies and my sister who is vegan. Not only is the venue gorgeous, the food was exceptional, and everything was run so smoothly. The prices were also very reasonable. Twelve Oaks Mansion knows what they are doing!

We had our wedding ceremony in the library of Twelve Oaks and our reception in the ballroom. The facility is beautiful, clean and efficiently designed. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Bethany is a wonderful event manager and a sweetheart. She listened to all of my ideas and she made everything happen beautifully. We absolutely loved our October 19 wedding and have gotten countless compliments from our guests. Perfect place for a wedding!

We had our reception at Twelve Oaks Mansion on September 7, 2013. This venue was amazing. From the extremely helpful staff, to the amazing food, and unique set-up, guests could not stop talking about how great a place this is. You get the entire facility to yourself, which is an added bonus, and the bridal suite was a great place for us to hang out, have some food and drinks before it was time to mingle with the guests. The food is amazing, and there are even tons of great spots for photos. We decided to extend our wedding, as people were not ready to leave, and the staff were very accommodating! Bethany and Thomas really know what they are doing and do a great job of providing a unique venue. They were willing to cater to our needs, and even set everything up for us, and the end result could not have been better.

We got married at Twelve Oaks Mansion in August 2012. The team and facility were just wonderful! Bethany was a pleasure to work with, she made everything so easy for us. Everyone loved the venue, thought is was phenomenal!!! The food was incredible and cooked perfectly. We had a signature cocktail made and it was delicious! The workers and staff were absolutely wonderful! They cleared our plates and passed out our cake effortlessly. They were all very helpful and pleasant. The staff was always there if and when we needed something, but they were wonderful about staying out of the way and not interfering. Bethany was amazing from start to finish! She worked very closely with us to match the table linens to my colors. She even helped my mother bussel my dress, which was not easy! We would choose this venue again in a heartbeat. Not only was it exquisite, the food and service were just as amazing!! A huge thanks to Bethany and her crew :)

Twelve Oaks is a mansion on the hill with gorgeous views, a private location (only one event hosted at a time) and an AMAZING staff. The wedding planner and chef were always available for questions and extremely accommodating. The food is INCREDIBLE and all of our guests complimented the menu and beautiful presentation. Twelve Oaks will give you the most bang for your buck and is a perfect 10 for any event. We had 140 guests with a premium, open bar and extensive hors d'ouvres menu and still came in under $100 per person... including cake cutting and overall building rental. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Over all our wedding turned out great at the twelve oaks mansion. However planning everything with them became a hassel. It was difficult to schedule a meeting with them. They would not work around our busy schedules. We at one point had issues with our cake and they took care of all the leg work to find a new bakery and to still get exactly what we wanted. I would recommend the twelve oaks if you have to work with their schedules because they will not work with yours. The wedding did turn out great but they gave us added stress that was unnecessary.

Overall, everything went pretty smoothly. All of the rooms looked beautiful, the food was served quickly and the food tasted amazing! I did not like that the gift table was in the cocktail room, but the main room was too full, so we dealt with it. Not a big deal when everything else was so great!

Everything from the service to the food to the view outside were fantastic! I could not be more happy with how smoothly things ran the months leading up to the wedding and on the day of. Bethany, the leading lady at Twelve Oaks, took care of all or our needs without a hitch. I would highly recommend this venue to all brides!
