If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Working with Marchelle and her team at Twenty4 Carat & Events was the best decision we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, Marchelle went above and beyond to understand our vision, our personalities, and what truly mattered to us.

I am incredibly grateful to Marchelle for coordinating an unforgettable prom night for our school. Her attention to detail, seamless collaboration with vendors, and stunning decorations brought our Hollywood theme to life in the most elegant way. From the red carpet entrance to the glamorous touches throughout the venue, every element reflected her creativity and hard work. Marchelle is an angel. She pulled this mess of a bride and groom together through hard work and sincere love of what she does. Our wedding day was exceptional, thanks to her and her team. From verifying every vendor and contract was accounted for and in order, to coordinating arrival times for each to the tee, she made it all work. Marchelle's experience with weddings in the Jacksonville/St Augustine area assisted with managing our expectations, picking the best wedding cake vendor, a second line band for our New Orleans theme, and so much more. We 100% recommend her services.

Hiring Twenty Carat Events by Marchelle was the worst mistake my daughter and I made for her special day! The day of the wedding she abs her supposedly team of her mother and herself show up 2 hours after the bride and bridal party show up at the vendor. Excuse was she had to meditate!
She insulted the bridal party by saying she had a lot of things in her bag that they made need, personal items, etc but please don't steal anything because she know how " black people are" My look in the mirror, you black too!
The bridal party consisted of Bachelor's, Master's , Ph.D. and M.D. I don't think anyone wanted or needed her Dollar Tree or Wal-Mart products.
She did not follow the layout we had put together for the reception seating! We sent her the final document 2 weeks before the wedding after everyone had RSVP. Because of her unprofessionalism seating arrangement had to be rearranged and the Memorial table had to be dismantle for additional seating.
Before the wedding we instructed her that water or champagne was to be served to the guests as they enter in for the outdoor wedding ceremony! She took it upon herself to not follow our instructions.
During the cocktail hour, she instructed the guest to leave the area and come into the reception area. My mother had paud an extra $500 to the venue for that area and an extra $400 for white umbrellas for additional shaded area for guest!
She did not tell the caterers that it was time to bring the champagne out for the toast, so we had to toast with water glasses! Yet her team managed to take majority of the beautiful flowers from the reception!
If you waa Professional Coordinator for your elegant wedding Do Not Hire This Coordinator!

Cannot express how much I recommend Marchelle! She was everything I needed in a wedding coordinator. She was professional and organized, but also laughed, cried, and vented with us when we needed it. She was readily available anytime we needed her assistance and very responsive. She also provided amazing recommendations/referrals for vendors. Highly recommend Twenty4 Carat Events as your wedding coordinator/planner!
At every wedding, there is always one thing that everyone remembers - the food, great DJ, gorgeous location.
For days after, all of our family and wedding party raved about Marchelle because of how organized and fun she is to be around!
Up to the wedding day, Marchelle made our planning for our super small wedding a lot more relaxed. She checked in constantly and was always on top of the details. She really went above and beyond.
My favorite thing that Marchelle did for us was take our Polaroid camera from our guest table and take a bunch of pictures of us and our guests. I had no idea she was going to do that, and my husband and I had the best time looking through them the next day. Those photos are so special to us.
Whether your event is 300 guests or just 25 like ours, Marchelle will treat you like family and make sure it runs smoothly.
From the day I had my initial consultation with Marchelle I felt at ease so I knew I had to hire her. I had zero stress the entire year planning up until the wedding day. Marchelle has done an amazing job in everything from vendor recommendations to planning to keeping my wedding party in line. If I had to do it all over again she would be the first person I’d call. Her personality and work ethic is unmatched.

Marchelle is a amazing wedding planner!! She assisted in making our special day amazing and memorable! I did not have to worry about anything. She took care of situations that would have stressed me out or even ruin my wedding, best part was I didn’t even know about them during the duration of my wedding day. She always had a smile on her face and ensured that everything was as planned. She took all the stress of the day away and never broke a sweat. I would definitely refer her to friends and family.
Most brides usually have a moment of inner chaos or some last minute stressor about their wedding day. Well, if there was ANYTHING of the sort I will never know!
