photo booth opening at 5:30. Originally they told us they would be there at 3 pm to set up. Upon arriving to take wedding photos at 3:30 and not seeing them, we found out that they decided they didn't need to set up until 4 pm. Fine by us. However, we told them that they needed to enter with equipment at the back service entrance of our venue where there was an elevator to get everything inside. However, they did not arrive until 4:30-5:00pm and then carried all of the equipment in through the front entrance (couldn't have been fun with a lot of stairs), being among our guests and getting in the way of people coming and going from the outdoor bar and snacks to the inside. The man carrying everything in then pulled me (the bride) aside at 5:15 or so and asked me if he should start setting up the photo booth. I was surprised because I figured that was assumed, but said yes and continued to talk to the guests.
I do want to be sure to say that the woman who was the attendant at our wedding was AMAZING! She was sweet and helpful and even held on to the the photo strips that the bride and groom were in and put it in our guestbook so we didn't have to keep track of them throughout the night.
If it wasn't for the set up issues, my review would be significantly higher, but it was very disappointing.

My only complaint would be on their office's side- after booking the date and specific times that we would need service, I received an email saying they didn't know what the specific times were... once we cleared it up, I had the same person calling my emergency contacts the following day saying they STILL didn't know what the specific times were. has been perfect. They replied to email timely, coordinated with the venue manager and set up the booth well in advance so that it would not interfere with anything else. Mindy from Twin Cities Photo Booth was a lot of fun to have her there and be so friendly with us and our guests. We got a hardcopy of the book with all the pics in it which was great as we didn't have to worry about keeping track of it and later we also got a digital link for all the pics. Having a photo booth is one of the best features to have in the wedding and would strongly recommend Twin Cities Photo Booth if you are looking for one.

cheap. But I need not have worried. The photobooth was a legit booth, the props clean, and they even gave me a book with all the photos and notes from the guests afterwards. I was also surprised when they sent a flash drive with all the photos a week later.

They provided the props and supplies. The attendant even put the guestbook together for us at the end of the night. Guests were able to take pictures in white/black or color or record a video. It printed two copies.. one for guest and one for our guestbook. It even allowed our guests to email the pictures or upload it to Facebook right from the photo booth. We received lots of great compliments on the photo booth.
Best yet.. they were very affordable! They have closed and opened photo booths available. We went with the closed one, but I think either would be fun.
