In the mist of COVID-19, we had to reschedule our entire wedding in about one month. Chef Shanta responded to my request very promptly and fit us in for a tasting within a week. The tasting was great. The food tasted wonderful. Also, she was very patient with us as we needed to adjusted our order multiple times. The day of our wedding, Chef Shanta and the entire staff were absolutely amazing! They arrived on time, looked professional, added elegant touches, and provided the best customer service. They were very friendly to all of our guest and extremely attentive to me and my husband. Our wedding was outside in September. One of the waiters could tell I was getting hot and instinctively brought us a cup of water. Even more, the food was better than I remembered. The appetizers tasted great but the actual meals were phenomenal. My mother-in-law was talking still about the food a week later. I highly recommend Twin City Catering for special events.
