For more than 125 years, Twin Lake Village in New London, NH, has been a true destination for couples and their guests—an all-on-property summer resort where weddings become full weekend celebrations. The charming accommodations and stunning surroundings create the perfect setting to gather loved ones, slow down, and enjoy a magical experience together. As a full-time summer resort, Twin Lake Village only opens its doors to weddings on three exclusive weekends that bookend the season. The first wedding weekend begins our summer in mid-June, while the latter two close it out on the weekend prior to, and the weekend of, Labor Day. With a capacity of up to 180 people, every guest has a place to call home throughout their stay in the New Hampshire countryside—whether in a cozy hotel room or one of 18 fully furnished cottages. From your first planning call to the final farewell, the family owners and dedicated staff at Twin Lake Village will ensure your wedding experience exceeds even your loftiest expectations. They’ll handle the details, share advice, and create a seamless weekend, while also helping coordinate fun activities such as swimming, canoeing, kayaking, beach bonfires, or even a relaxed nine-hole round of golf. The TLV venue allowed us to make our wedding much more than just a day - it was a fun-filled weekend for everyone. TLV made the wedding logistics so simple for our guests - it was easy to book and everything is accessible onsite. This venue struck the perfect balance between relaxed and intimate. lawless, so joyfully seamless, it felt like a dream from beginning to end. From our very first interaction, the Kidder/Jacques family set a gold standard in professionalism and warmth. They were not only incredibly responsive and reliable, but also impressively organized. Every question no matter how big or small was met with prompt, thoughtful answers that gave us total peace of mind throughout the entire planning process. The level of detail and care they brought to every aspect of the wedding was nothing short of extraordinary. It was clear that this wasn’t just a business to them, they genuinely care about every couple, every family, and every moment. Their passion for what they do radiates from the way they treat their guests to the way they maintain their beautiful villa. And the venue itself? Absolutely stunning. hat this was the best wedding they've ever been to. And it was! It was the perfect mixture of fun, family and love. We started our weekend off on Friday with a cookout and bonfire on the lakeside beach. We entertained our guests on Saturday with a golf scramble, tennis courts and lake activities (canoeing, hanging on the dock, floating around). The wedding was so smooth - from food to band to all things in between. Then on Sunday, we wished our friends farewell over a goodbye breakfast. It truly was the most special, thoughtful and fun experience for everyone - even me, the bride! I could not recommend this venue enough. It's literally the best.

hich meant no stress at the end. They have been doing weddings for years and know what works but are amenable to any special requests you may have. One of the big advantages of the venue is that there are accommodations for all of your guests ( 190 or less ) on the property. No renting buses or worrying about people driving. It also allowed the guests to enjoy all of the activities on the property: tennis, golf, lake, hiking or simply rocking on your porch. Many of our guests participated in either the golf or tennis tournament that was held one day. It was great fun and a terrific way for bride and groom's families to get to know each other. We had a casual barbecue outside the night before which was delicious and another great mingling opportunity. The wedding was breathtaking on a hill overlooking the golf course and lake followed by a fun cocktail hour with delicious appetizers. A menu sample for the dinner is provided but they are open to any changes you may request. In addition to lodging for the guests, a yummy breakfast is included . I cannot rave enough about this truly special place that is guaranteed to be a perfect spot for your wedding.

Once we stepped on the property that allowed all of our guests to stay and enjoy the weekend with golf, swimming and exploring the local area, we knew it was the location for us. With many people flying, it was easy to get to from Boston Logan or Manchester airport, but still felt remote. Being a family owned and managed resort the Jacques immediately made us feel welcome and were so helpful throughout the planning process. Their experience hosting weddings on location lead to a stress free weekend, all while making it feel so special and personal. From the welcome dinner to the Sunday morning breakfast, the food was outstanding! The houses and hotel were perfect location for our guests to stay, with it feeling rustic, but with all of the modern amenities to fully relax and enjoy! We still have family and friends telling us how special our wedding weekend was and that is absolutely because Twin Lake Village is such a special venue!

he hospitality is warm and genuine beyond words. First, the verdant location overlooking Little Lake Sunapee with a mountain vista beyond is a spectacular spot for an outdoor wedding. The grounds are picturesque with lovely spots for wedding photography. And there is plenty to do for a wedding weekend – golf course, tennis courts, hiking trails, canoes at the boathouse, as well as a beach for swimming, sunbathing and a night-time bonfire! Second, the food is excellent. From the welcome BBQ to the reception dinner to the goodbye breakfast, Chef Tanner serves up delicious food. You don’t need to worry about catering! We really enjoy and appreciate good food, and TLV delivered. Chef Tanner and his team know what they are doing! Third, the hospitality is incredibly warm, genuine and attentive. TLV has been under a single family’s stewardship for over a hundred years, and there’s a reason they are succeeding – they are great at providing hospitality, and they enjoy doing it. The family owners are right there on-site making sure that everything is going perfectly. Catie and Tanner are first rate. The genuine warmth and friendliness of their hospitality is incredible. It brings a smile to my face simply remembering the weekend and all the helpfulness from Catie, Tanner, and the entire TLV Team. They have the experience to help guide you in crafting a wonderful wedding weekend experience. In addition, they were great in helping recommend vendors with experience at the venue, such as the incomparable Jordon from @ afamilyaffairmaine, the fabulously dynamic dance band @eastcoastsoul, the beautiful florist @allioopsflowers, and the artful and professional photographer @toddstoilov. The entire experience was magical. We highly recommend Twin Lake Village. If we had another child, we’d definitely want the wedding at TLV.

modating, and any bride would be LUCKY to have them on their team. The whole weekend was a dream and it was so special to be able to spend so much time with all of my guests. I cannot overstate how special it is to have everyone you love staying on site so that you can spend as much time with them as possible. The rehearsal dinner and beach bonfire was one of the most fun nights of my life, and I wouldn’t change a single thing about my wedding day, it was simply beautiful. The TLV staff took care of everything and the whole weekend was stress free. To this day I still have friends and family tell me that my wedding was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and that is all thanks to TLV. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
