timing, if I didnt understand something, she took as much time to help me understand. Lots of pictures and examples for any questions of possible add ons. Easy to work with. Day of, bar staff took care of us to help in bridal suite, guys took us to AMAZING areas for photos, wedding went off great and reception was even better! We were allowed to see up a few days early since no one was scheduled ahead of us, so that was super helpful with less stress day of. Bar staff had us taken care of allllll night, food was quite delish! Listened to all our concerns during tasting. We did plated dinner was nice not having to carry a plate or two or three back to our table. Chocolate heaven table was sooooooooooo good and a major hit! We used it as our "favor" since we were a little under our food/beverage minimum. So ended up as a win-win. My only complaint would be any "chocolate" that was left on the dessert table was not boxed up for us. But if that was my only complaint, it was a pretty perfect night. And shame on me for not making sure it was to be boxed up/make a goodie bag for myself for the next day.
Again, super helpful. Gorgeous day. Felt honored they asked my photographer for some photos for their site!

e a lot of uncertainties. Ashley at Twin Lakes was extremely accommodating, offering a potential outdoor space in the event that Covid restrictions were still in place at that time. Even though the restrictions were lifted we opted for an outdoor event. The tent, table linens and chairs were very nice. The food was amazing. One of the attendees sent the bride a text message that read “best shower I have ever attended hands down. Best food I have ever been served at a shower”.

Our guests raved about the scenery, attentive wait staff service and delicious food. The pool area also has a built in bar. Laura and Ashley worked with all of my vendors and made things happen without any hesitation. Even with COVID 19, we were able to have a beautiful ceremony and reception. I highly recommend Twin Lakes for a wedding venue.

ood was good. The new bridal prep room was really nice.
The one weird part was that we rented a separate room for a "kid's room" but then they rented it out from under us in the weeks just before the wedding. Ashley took care of us by giving us a different "kid's room" but the abrupt change to our agreement was a little disconcerting at the time.
Overall, a really good venue and we are glad that we got married there! Everyone had a blast!

Most importantly, the staff at Twin Lakes are a pleasure to work with. Ashley, our wedding coordinator, was fun, professional, attentive, accommodating, and simply delightful. Andrew was equally wonderful and remarkably helpful throughout the evening. They were consistently present and available throughout the planning process and wedding day. The ceremony and cocktail hour were scheduled to be held outdoors, but the rain, hail, and sleet decided otherwise. Ashley, Andrew, and the amazing staff at Twin Lakes moved the celebration indoors without a hiccup. Anything we needed, they were on it. They really thought of everything to make our celebration unique and special. We received so many kind comments and compliments on the wedding and reception. It really was beautiful. We couldn't be more thankful.
