Even in January, we could tell how beautiful the place would be in summer, and on our wedding day, we were greeted with a stunning peaceful willow forest, amazingly manicured garden and reception lawn, freshly renovated and painted bar and shop, and we are truly in awe of how Brian and Rebecca designed and maintain the venue. All our guests raved about how incredible the grounds were, and as my dad and I stood in the forest waiting to walk down the aisle, he couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous it all was, and how happy he was to give me away surrounded by nature. If you have a chance to book TWG, DO IT. Brian and Rebecca were so communicative, responsive, and kind throughout the entire planning process, rehearsal, and wedding day. We are so grateful to have had our wedding there, and will be revelling in the memories forever. Thank you, Brian and Rebecca!

They are constantly working on the venue to improve it so you can see how much they love what they do. We had the most perfect and smooth wedding day. With the addition of their chandelier to the ceremony area, it truly felt like a fairytale. The tented reception area and gardens are gorgeous and our guests still have not stopped talking about our wedding. From the moment we met Brain and Rebecca we knew we would work well together. They want to do anything in their power to give you the best day. Leading up to the wedding, during covid times, I expected to not hear much from the owners as I was sure they would be putting out fires, but they were still always available to answer my questions no matter how small. Everything was well organized with these two and me being an overly organized person myself, it made for a perfect match. Rehearsal was so well planned, everyone new exactly what they needed to do. Fast forward to our wedding day/ the best day of my life! We arrived at Twin Willows and I expected to have to fix problems all day with vendors or decor that I made and brought. Nope. Not a single problem needed to be run by me. Not to say their weren't any, but whatever happened throughout the day, Rebecca and Brian made sure all hands were on deck so the Bride didn't have to worry. I actually got to enjoy every minute of my wedding! The ceremony area is unbeatable. I have had so many people say it was the best ceremony they have ever witnessed. Literally breathtaking (especially in the fall). The gardens are spectacular for photos and are so large you can always find a place for a little quiet with your partner when things got overwhelming. We really appreciate those moments just the two of us, tucked away in the gardens. Overall there is not a single complaint. We had about 150 guests and everyone enjoyed themselves here. Easy to get to, lots of parking, and I was worried about not having enough restrooms but this was never even an issue. If you want the perfect outdoor wedding, look no further, this is THE place. in the middle of a forest. So dreamy! It’s a hidden gem. I had my wedding there in June 2021, it rained during the ceremony and they were totally prepared. They had umbrellas for all our guests and wiped off the benches before our guests sat down. Brian and Rebecca were so great to work with, they are very organized and super responsive. They worked so well day of with all our vendors, everything went so smoothly. The experience was fantastic. I fell in love with this venue the moment I saw it and I am so grateful that they survived through the pandemic. Highly recommend this venue, it comes with all the amenities you could wish for! Brian and Rebecca do such an amazing job there and they definitely know what they are doing.

d Rebecca was such a joy. They are very organized and super responsive. I am so glad they survived through COVID and allowed us to reschedule our wedding date. They were so flexible and worked with our other vendors so well. They are so friendly and professional, our experience was absolutely wonderful. I can only say great things, they really know what they are doing and do it very well. They are prepared for everything and I love that they were there day of to make sure everything went okay and that we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this venue it was the best experience and are lucky to have found it.

owners appear experienced with wedding planning and hosting. We appreciated the fast and quick communication leading up to the wedding day, and their planning and flexibility during the pandemic. They are well equipped to set up the venue how you would like, handle large or small crowds, and make sure you've considered a lot of details of planning, which was greatly appreciated. However, our experience was dampened on the actual wedding day; in the end, we left with the distinct feeling the owners cared far more about their business and venue as opposed to caring about our happiness or satisfaction with the day.  We experienced this in many ways and heard about it in feedback from a majority of our guests afterward.  Some examples include: inspecting the tiny homes/wedding party areas during the ceremony...which we were directly told were locked and not accessible to anyone but our wedding planner.  As it turned out one of our guests had brought hard alcohol (against the rules) to some of the wedding party - unbeknownst to myself or my husband. The alcohol was sought out and found by the owner as soon as the ceremony started. Subsequently, the owner brought this to our attention grand total of 15 minutes after our ceremony, implying that we would be losing our deposit. This was just added, unnecessary stress in the middle of the wedding. Some of our guests and wedding party reported being reprimanded for smoking several feet outside the smoking areas, some for holding sparklers incorrectly, and some for parking the getaway car 30 feet from the building as opposed to 50 feet and an overall feeling of being policed. These were all small things, but in the end, all these small things ended up being a large and unexpected detraction from our otherwise perfect wedding day. When booking this venue, understand that the owners will be part of your wedding day, not in the background.

guidance from Brian and Rebecca made all the difference. We were married at the end of July and the gardens and ceremony grounds were breathtaking! Our photographer had a great time taking photos all over the venue. If you are looking for a gorgeous venue with 5-star customer service, look no further!

with just 9 family members, and still got to have the feeling of a gorgeous wedding because of the amazing property and the owners' (Brian and Rebecca's) hospitality. We even asked Rebecca to officiate for us when we learned she was ordained, and she did a fabulous job! Her many years of wedding experience was so obvious- she jumped right in and ensured that things happened according schedule, made sure we walked down the aisle on the correct sides, coached us through the ring placing, etc! They are also following Covid guidelines to ensure the safest possible experience for guests and we felt extremely comfortable with the measures they are taking. The grounds are really beautiful and well taken care of, and we are so excited to get all of our pictures back with all the gorgeous scenery!

wanted. The place is so beautiful we barely spent anything on flowers or decorations! The layout is spacious and accommodating and the ceremony area feels storybook-esque. We went rustic but the gardens were well-maintained and elegant and could provide the backdrop for a number of different wedding themes. We got notified last year that the venue had been sold and were a bit apprehensive since we didn’t know the new owners but Rhea and Rio clearly know the wedding business and were helpful and easy to communicate with during the wedding planning. They made some excellent modifications to the venue including well-designed cabins for the bride and groom areas and turning the main storage area into a useful indoor lounge with full bathrooms. All in all, really great venue and really great experience.

our vision for a truly magical wedding. Their professionalism made myself and my fiancee feel much more at ease during wedding planning. The venue itself is gorgeous - beautiful gardens with lots of walking paths for guests to stroll around, and the "Cedar Chapel" (typically used for ceremonies) was AMAZING. All our guests were blown away at how gorgeous it was. The location is also perfect - close enough to Seattle/Bellevue to be accessible, but far enough away that we felt like we were in our own magical wedding world! Would highly recommend for anyone seeking a truly special outdoor venue.

months and venue ownership was changing. I cannot stress how much of a godsend this was. Rhea and Rio are amazing. They were always quick to respond to us whether we emailed or called them. They were always understanding with anything we asked of them, they accommodated us in so many ways. During the rehearsal Rio walked through with us and gave us tips on what he had seen other weddings do. And then comes the actual venue. Wow it was gorgeous before Rhea and Rio took over, wait until you see it now. They put so much thoughtful effort into making the venue perfect in so many different ways. No small detail was overlooked, it is an incredible place to host a wedding. I can’t imagine if we hadn’t found this gem, take the time to look into Twin Willows, you will be so glad you did.

Their bartender Robin is fantastic, she remembered people's preferred drinks and everyone was super impressed! Overall the day ran so smoothly and I think a lot of it has to do with how professional and how caring David and Jannette are. e had a ton of help with planning, and were able to go see the venue every wednesday during open houses and talk to Richard and Jessi when we had questions. They are constantly looking for ways to improve their venue - which doesn't need improvements at all. All we've heard since the wedding from our guests is how beautiful Twin Willow Gardens is and what a great wedding it was. This is the BEST outdoor venue you will find. We really felt right at home at Twin Willow Gardens, with genuine, exceptional people in Richard and Jessi, they honestly feel like part of the family and go so far above and beyond to make the wedding day special. I cannot say enough good things about them and their venue.

Jessi continued to keep in touch with us over the months and kept us informed of what was going on around the venue. The day of our reheresal had been the first time that we got to see the venue during the summer... it was breath taking. The flowers and gardens were so beautiful. You could tell that they had put a lot of hard work in to the venue and that they take great pride in it. Our wedding day came and went and all everyone can talk about is how stunning the venue was!!

They help facilitate the rental of linens and tent(s). The venue rental includes tables and chairs. They help set up and move the chairs, and are onsite to direct people for parking. You really get your money's worth here and you won't feel like you are getting ripped off like at some other venues that charge you for almost everything! They have 3 different areas you can choose to set up your alter. The garden is just beautiful, and there is an area with a more outdoor romanitc woodsy look to it. It's big enough to where you won't be crowded and you will have space to move around (kids run around), but it is small enough to feel cozy and intimate. You just have to go out to this site, talk with Jessi, sit, chat and have a drink with Richard at the yellow lab bar, and make sure to pet sage. You will love this place and the owners.
