Unique Food Trailer with a large TV screen to make your event one of a kind. Only the highest quality meats from the pacific northwest are used and cooked with delicate low and slow methods. We cater to those who want to be different by providing a country-style look and feel with down-home southern taste. We provide all the fix in's for your event and do all the work so you don't have to! You can always find us at local events so you can taste what we have to offer. Now offering our Mobile Tap Room as an option for your event. Our 16 tap trailer offers 4 wines and 12 local craft beers, you can choose a few of your favorites. One of the unique features of our mobile taproom is that it pours by ounce, so you only pay for the beer/wine consumed.

Owner
Mike Gallop, a barbeque aficionado, has been obsessed with good barbeque all his life. His parents were raised in the south and he was brought up on good ‘ol fashion, down home cooking. This, together with his sales background, makes him a stickler for detail and impeccable customer service. He too reads cookbooks, web posts, twitter feeds, BBQ Blogs and more to understand and uncover the nuances of quality food. He lives in Brookfield with his wife and girls, Kaia and Teja. In his spare-time he coaches lacrosse and is President of Hope for Heroes Foundation, a Non-profit for disabled military
