When I walked into Twirl I was greeted by the sweetest humans I’ve ever met. Taylor helped me find my dream dress which just so happened to be the first one I tried on. She was so kind and easy to work with. She knew what I wanted to see but also accommodated my guests and made their experience just as beautiful as mine. She is a true master at her job. I originally had plans to go try on more dresses in other places but after my experience, I cancelled them all and came right back to Twirl to purchase my dress and shop some veils. Madeline helped me when I came in a 2nd time and was also a doll to work with. I feel my experience from day 1 to 2 were seamlessly tied into each other and every detail carried over well. I will forever recommend the Twirl girls to anyone❤️

I had the BEST experience in dress shopping with Madeline and the team at Twirl Boutique! They were all beyond nice and friendly and really made you feel connected with them. I had such a wonderful experience at Twirl Boutique. Taylor, the stylist, is so helpful and friendly. She made my family feel so welcome. Twirl Boutique has so many beautiful styles and Taylor helped me choose the best ones to try on. The boutique itself is gorgeous and pretty with lovely pink and white accents. The staff are so hospitable and offered us champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, and water on both of my visits. Taylor made my dress shopping experience so stress free and most importantly, fun!! She also gave me the cutest goodie bag, which is such a lovely personal touch. I felt listened to and my likes and dislikes were heard and the dresses that Taylor picked were curated perfectly for me. I loved my visits and I’m so thankful and excited that I’m a Twirl Bride!! :)

The ladies at Twirl are absolutely amazing! It was very easy to book a try on session with them. As soon as I showed them my dress board on Pinterest, they picked out the perfect dresses for me to try on. All the women are so bubbly and have great personalities. I didn't feel overwhelmed by their own opinions of the dresses I tried on, but they gave input when I asked, which really meant a lot to me! They were all so helpful and took great care of me and my guests for the try on. The dress I picked was ordered perfectly and came in with little delay. Absolutely an amazing experience over all

I can not say enough amazing things about Twirl! I went in so nervous and sick about finding the one, and did all of my worries exit the door as soon as I stepped inside. The atmosphere of Twirl is so personal, relaxing, and has a very calming sensation. My stylist, Lyndsey, was so great. She listened to me and explained everything about each dress in amazing detail. She was one of my biggest cheerleaders in that room and helped make me feel like a beautiful bride. The rest of the staff at Twirl that I got to meet were also wonderful and never failed to make us feel welcomed and like being there wasn’t a job for them! The customer service has also been a number one reason I wanted to go here as they answered all my questions and any concerns I had in a timely and professional manner. These girls take this seriously and you can tell through their acts of kindness and dedication that they truly love each bride that walks in that door. I can’t wait to get my dress, and recommend Twirl to all my bride friends and future brides that walk through my Aunt’s venue!!

Twirl helped me find the absolute best dress. They already had a few styles pulled out for me that they had found based on my Pinterest boards, which was fantastic since I did not know where to start. This helped us not only find that I was looking for a style that I ultimately did not love, but led me to ‘the one’. After finding the dress of my dreams I went to look at other stores and despite that Twirl never made me feel pressured or like I needed to make a decision at that time. They were a great group of women who were supportive, kind, and knowledgeable. Don’t go anywhere else, these women are 10/10!

The Twirl girls are so amazing and did an incredible job helping me find my dream dress! They had so many beautiful options in their gorgeous boutique, and I felt so taken care of during my appointment searching for "The One". A special shout out to Taylor who spent the entire appointment listening to what I envisioned, helping me narrow down the dresses until I picked my dream gown I would walk down the aisle in. She helped me mix and match different veil, belt, and jewelry options to really envision the full look. I felt absolutely stunning on the wedding day in this dress, and have Twirl to thank for making me feel so confident and comfortable on my big day!

Before booking my appointment with Twirl, I had heard so many testimonials about how amazing the boutique was. My experience was above and beyond my expectations! As a plus size woman, I can't tell you how nervous I was to go dress shopping. But once I met Taylor and the rest of the crew at Twirl, it was a flawless experience. Taylor was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing! I even had a few bumps in the road with my family and she helped me through everything and helped me find the perfect dress and made me feel super confident! All of the girls were extremely supportive and HONEST, that’s hard to find. She made sure to stick to my budget the best she could and made sure to ask if it was okay if it was over my price range before she even put it on me. Also, she clipped the dress to look perfectly sized even when it was 2-3 sizes too big so I wouldn’t be distracted by that when trying to see myself in it. I couldn’t be happier with my experience there!

After previously going to another bridal shop that was just alright, the Twirl girls absolutely blew me away! Their customer service, attention to detail, and sincerity were off the charts. I found my dream dress & had the best time in the process. Any gal looking for their dream dress needs to take the time to set up their appointment here :) I highly recommend!

Twirl is the place to go for a girl to find her PERFECT dress! They are so kind and accommodating, and have the BEST staff. My future mother-in-law was coming into town for only one day and the girls at Twirl were able to work their magic and make me a late notice appointment on that day so she could be there for the experience. Everything from then on was flawless. I went in wanting a certain look for my dress but saw one that was very different from that aesthetic. They supported me in the decisions I made and gave open and honest input, and I ended up going with the perfect dress. I wouldn't have been able to find it without their support!

My day at Twirl was everything that I wanted it to be and more! I was initially very concerned because not being a size 0 in the bridal world is a little scary! From the very beginning, they were so accommodating. Tori and Ty helped me find my dress. My niece came with me to my appointment. It was important to me that she was involved in the selection of my wedding dress. Tori allowed her to come upstairs with me to choose gowns to try on. I tried on many, many dresses within an hour. They did an awesome job of helping me zero in on what exactly I wanted for my dress. Within an hour, I found my perfect gown. Tori helped me pick the perfect veil for my gown. Twirl absolutely knocked it out of the park. They were so kind from the moment I bought my dress to the moment I picked it up. They even recommended a seamstress. I am kind of sad that my time there is over. It was an absolute dream experience. I would not change a thing.

Absolutely love twirl!!! I knew I wanted to go here before I even got engaged, which is why I went 2 weeks after I got engaged! It was definitely one of my favorite parts of the wedding planning experience. Emily helped me at my appointment and she was amazing! She actually ended up picking my dress! She had me try it on first as she could tell from the other dresses I chose that I would probably like it. She was right! It was the first one I tried on. We all cried! I didn’t think an hour would be anywhere near enough time but they were totally right- it was plenty of time and I never felt rushed. The space is so cute and was so cozy. It was truly such a fun experience and they make it extremely special. I would recommend Twirl to anyone! They had an awesome selection of styles and prices. I had several I really did like but absolutely knew the one was “the one” the second I put it on!

Buying my wedding dress at Twirl was one of my absolute favorite parts of my wedding planning experience. The shop itself is adorable and incredibly welcoming. Our consultant, Emily, greeted us with champagne and took us to the room where we would be trying on dresses. I loved having an entire room to ourselves, it made the experience so much more personable. My family and I had been to a few other bridal shops where we tried on dresses in a room with 5 other brides which was very overwhelming to us. Emily ensured we were comfortable which was so appreciated! Emily was so patient with us as we talked over every detail of each dress. She also offered truthful feedback which was totally invaluable as she really understood what would be flattering for my body type. She also look the time to get to know us, which made shopping with her feel like shopping with a close friend. I had a clear favorite dress, but was still undecided at the end of my appointment so Emily suggested taking time to think over it and make an appointment to come back if needed. This was so comforting as we had actually bought another dress off the rack at a different bridal store after getting caught up in emotion (and sub coming to a pushy sales person). I ended up coming back by myself to try on the dress one more time and buy it! The entire process from trying on dresses to picking my dress up 6 months later was so easy and enjoyable. My mom STILL says that she wishes we would have come to Twirl first as it was the perfect experience. Thank you Twirl Girls!!

As soon as we walked in the door the entire staff was welcoming and accommodating to my group.They were so kind, friendly and helpful. They made the dress buying process so easy! My consultant listened to exactly what I wanted and even helped pick out the perfect accessories to go with my dress. Twirl Is SO much more than a store selling wedding dresses. These women put their heart and souls into everything they do. I got my wedding dress there in 2017, and the girls took so much time with me, spending much more than my appointment time that’s for sure. I never felt rushed into a decision!! You know what else they did? They flew in a sample dress from Hayley Paige just for ME! It ended up being my dream dress, and I have never felt more beautiful. I loved shopping at Twirl for my dress! My consultant was super sweet and let me deliberate over dresses with no rush! Their selection of dresses are absolutely stunning and you feel like you’re getting the real “say yes to the dress” experience!

I absolutely love Twirl! I literally cannot day enough about this group of ladies! They were so patient with me at both appointments that I made. I never felt pressured to buy a dress, and never felt rushed on time. When I wasn’t even totally sure what I envisioned for my wedding dress, they took the tiniest of details and found so many options for me! Tess and Ty helped me during my first appointment and made me feel so comfortable. Emily helped me during my second appointment, and when I found a dress I loved, but wanted something a little more, she helped me to customize the dress so that it became the dress of my dreams! Everyone that works at Twirl is truly a genuine person, and they only want the best for their brides! While I had set consultants at each appointment, it often felt like I had the entire staff at my disposal.

Very inexperienced when it comes to helping customize a dress. The girls were very nice throughout my visit but completely ruined the order and I now have a $5,000 dress that’s trash and I can’t even sale. Didn’t come as a whole dress, two different materials and shades of white so not sure why they would try to pull that together and say they could customize a dress. They didn’t even submit the order properly as the designer did as asked which I don’t understand why she didn’t question something so awful. Twirl takes no ownership of their mess. I did got to Davids bridal where they were completely honest and helpful as well as patient.

I enjoyed every minute of my Twirl experience! I had the entire boutique to myself and had two attendants helping me to try on many gowns in an hour! I was able to choose my dress in less than an hour and was told on my wedding day that it was the most beautiful dress anyone had ever seen. I felt like a princess all day!

Absolutely loved my experience with Twirl. I tried on several dresses and at several places before I the one at their store. The staff was tentative the day I went to try and dresses, and even the day I went to pick up my dress. They didn't seem pushy and made sure they gave us enough room to discuss if we wanted to purchase a dress that day. I had even wrote the wrong day down on my calendar to pick my dress up, and they let me come in the next day with no issue. They even let me try my dress on when it came in!
