she was amazing! She actually ended up picking my dress! She had me try it on first as she could tell from the other dresses I chose that I would probably like it. She was right! It was the first one I tried on. We all cried! I didn’t think an hour would be anywhere near enough time but they were totally right- it was plenty of time and I never felt rushed. The space is so cute and was so cozy. It was truly such a fun experience and they make it extremely special. I would recommend Twirl to anyone! They had an awesome selection of styles and prices. I had several I really did like but absolutely knew the one was “the one” the second I put it on!

uld be trying on dresses. I loved having an entire room to ourselves, it made the experience so much more personable. My family and I had been to a few other bridal shops where we tried on dresses in a room with 5 other brides which was very overwhelming to us. Emily ensured we were comfortable which was so appreciated! Emily was so patient with us as we talked over every detail of each dress. She also offered truthful feedback which was totally invaluable as she really understood what would be flattering for my body type. She also look the time to get to know us, which made shopping with her feel like shopping with a close friend. I had a clear favorite dress, but was still undecided at the end of my appointment so Emily suggested taking time to think over it and make an appointment to come back if needed. This was so comforting as we had actually bought another dress off the rack at a different bridal store after getting caught up in emotion (and sub coming to a pushy sales person). I ended up coming back by myself to try on the dress one more time and buy it! The entire process from trying on dresses to picking my dress up 6 months later was so easy and enjoyable. My mom STILL says that she wishes we would have come to Twirl first as it was the perfect experience. Thank you Twirl Girls!!

ure what I envisioned for my wedding dress, they took the tiniest of details and found so many options for me! Tess and Ty helped me during my first appointment and made me feel so comfortable. Emily helped me during my second appointment, and when I found a dress I loved, but wanted something a little more, she helped me to customize the dress so that it became the dress of my dreams! Everyone that works at Twirl is truly a genuine person, and they only want the best for their brides! While I had set consultants at each appointment, it often felt like I had the entire staff at my disposal.

They didn’t even submit the order properly as the designer did as asked which I don’t understand why she didn’t question something so awful. Twirl takes no ownership of their mess. I did got to Davids bridal where they were completely honest and helpful as well as patient.

THER bridal store. After receiving my dress, I found out it could not be altered at all and was on a dress hunt less than3 months before my wedding. I shopped at Meant To Be, Twirl's sister store, thinking I would not have enough time to have a dress ordered and shipped to Twirl and that buying a consignment dress was my best luck at getting a dress in time. While I had a wonderful experience at Meant To Be, Ashton at MTB mentioned that we could at least try Twirl and see what they could do. And they worked some crazy MAGIC! I was set up with an appointment only a week after I called. I explained my situation and never once was I made to feel rushed or like there was no hope in getting a dress. While being realistic as to what I could get in time, Haley was also a total optimist. She listened to what I wanted, wouldn't put in me in anything I couldn't get in time and made the experience as stressless as possible given my situation. She and Ty worked with me on dresses I was liking and helped me see what would be the best purchase for me. Never once did I feel like I was getting pushed into buying a dress or pressured to say I liked something I didn't. After having been to several other stores let me just tell you these ladies genuine kindness and understanding was a breath of fresh, sweet air. I ended up finding a dress I loved and those Twirl girls made sure I got it in in time for my big day. They helped me find a veil too! Haley was a dream and I honestly can't say enough good things about Twirl. It was such a wonderful experience and let me just say that when you are buying your wedding dress you want these ladies in your corner! Also a little brag to them that they helped me with my girls bridesmaids dresses to and I didn't have to lift a finger. Haley coordinated talking to all 6 bridesmaids, 2 of which were in different states. She got measurements, coordinated payments and made sure girls got their dresses. It was the least stressful situation ever. They are the best. Hands down. A blessing!

t was just small enough to not feel a bit overwhelming, but had a selection that was plenty large enough to find a dress within my budget. I will remember our appointment at Twirl as one of the most fun steps in the wedding planning process!

dress selection is insane, and I have never felt more beautiful than I did trying on their amazing gowns. I ended up saying yes to the first dress I tried on, and it was the easiest decision I had to make for my wedding day. We loved Twirl so much that my girls decided to get their bridesmaid's dresses from here as well. I couldn't have been happier with my decision to become a Twirl bride and I am so thankful for this perfect little bridal boutique and all that it has to offer!

time I went to pick up my dress and look at bridesmaid dresses with a few of my bridesmaids. I had an appointment scheduled but they were extremely busy and were not helpful in the beginning. After waiting around for about 20 minutes, someone helped us and brought me my dress. They helped choose different styles of dresses for the girls to try on and discussed color options with me. They had a lot of beautiful dresses but most were too expensive for what I wanted my bridesmaids to pay, so we ended up getting their dresses elsewhere. I would highly recommend looking at Twirl for your wedding dress if you want something unique and have time to travel a bit outside of Columbus.

erience so I wanted to try out the twirl in KY when I got married. Since I was just visiting I made sure to make an appointment with them, which they were very helpful to work with me since I had limited time for my bridesmaids to shop. Almost everyone in my party was running late including myself and they were still so pleasant on the phone and once we arrived. Olivia was a petite blonde with the sweetest voice and personality to go along with that, she greeted me at the door when I arrived. She was so involved and helpful she was pulling dresses in my colors, showing me swatches, and even pulling up pictures on the internet. It was a wonderful start to the day and all the dresses the girls tried on were beautiful, but we weren't ready to make a final decision at the end of the appointment so Olivia made sure to put all my information in the system with each bridesmaid and what dresses they liked to make it easier when one of them came back to order. So at the end of that day my sister who had traveled from AZ to pick out a dress had decided that she needed to try a couple of the dresses at Twirl back on to make a final decision. They opened at 10am the next morning so we drove up there and even though we hadn't made another appointment they welcomed us with open arms. Olivia was there again and she even had another appointment, but she was still willing to let my sister try on a few more dresses including some she hadn't tried on the day before. She was still very helpful and gave us plenty of attention while helping her other appointment. My sister picked a dress from Twirl that day she got measured and we paid. They even shipped it to AZ so she wouldn't have to figure out how to get in from KY. I went to around five bridal boutiques for bridesmaid dress shopping and that was by far the nicest and most pleasant experience I had. All three of my bridesmaids went with a dress from Twirl in the end. I actually felt a little sad that I had already bought my wedding dress in OH because I saw a girl trying some wedding gowns on that were so beautiful. Maybe when my best friend gets married she'll get her bridesmaid dresses here or maybe when we do a vow renewal someday I will be back for another wedding gown. Wonderful wonderful experience! I can't say enough.

eel so comfortable and beautiful and wanted to know everything! The wedding date, how we met, the theme / colors of the wedding, everything. We started trying on a few dresses and I was amazed!! I was trying on dresses that I never thought in a million years would look good on me. She made trying on dresses such a thrill!! Every dress she added a little touch of glitz, in either a belt, or the veil, it was incredible, and perfect! (I love sparkles!) I knew when I saw myself in the last dress and started tearing up, it was the one. Even Caraline started tearing up! I actually went back and picked out my bridesmaids dresses there as well, they have such a great collection! Not to mention the price range is all very respectable. Needless to say, my experience at Twirl was one of a kind. I felt so welcome and comfortable being in their hands deciding on the gown I would wear when I marry the man of my dreams. And just a side note on how personable and how special they want to make you feel, they photographed me in my dress after I said yes and also with a cute little sign outside their store so I can look back and remember this day!! Twirl is unbelievably fabulous. I would recommend their boutique to anyone, anywhere in a heartbeat!! I can never say enough thanks to Twirl!! :))

The selection is also great for such a small boutique- I couldn't find many of their designers or dresses anywhere else in the state! Not only did they provide great help in the shopping process, their highly, organized manager and assistant manager keep track of all bridesmaids orders from start to finish. I worked with the owner, Ty and she really helped me pick out the dress that would look good on me, but also fit what I had in my head. The day was a little overwhelming, but Ty helped me in making the best decision. The dress was not one I had seen anywhere else, and really fit everything about me and my wedding. The dresses are more expensive than some, however from what I could see there were all options in all price ranges. A neat place with a great staff.

It was obviously that the quality of gowns sold by Twirl were top-notch and the prices are reasonable. The dress was delivered on time and in great shape. Highly recommended!

While I was agitated that this dress was not the price that was originally listed, their customer service and willingness to accommodate our needs more than made up for the sticker mistake.

ride, so after working with the Twirl Staff (Ty and Amanda), I quickly found exactly what I was looking for in exactly the right color. They even had a fitting party with my Bridesmaids and I, and had us in and out in one hour. We never had any issues with sizing delivery (they actually arrived 1-2 months early!). I have been in many weddings and have had some pretty crazy experiences with Bridesmaid dresses (sizing, quality, delivery, etc.), but I definitely didn't encounter any of this at Twirl. We also ordered my mother-in-law's dresses (Rehearsal and Wedding) for both my wedding and her daughter's wedding at Twirl .. that's four dresses.. and in less than two hours, we found all four dresses at Twirl, thanks to the staff who offered great recommendations and showed us all the length, sizing, and color options. She shopped around at many other places and couldn't even find one that she liked. Twirl made this so easy for her, and her dresses for my wedding looked gorgeous! I would recommend Twirl Lexington to ANY bride!
