My stylist was absolutely wonderful and the dress I ended up choosing was the very first one she pulled out. She was very professional and friendly and I had a lovely experience with them. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a wedding dress.

I had the best experience at Twirl! Booking an appointment is easy and there is no fee to hold the appointment like most bridal salons nowadays (which can get expensive during an already expensive planning process). Sam was my bridal consultant and she was so professional, sweet, fun & amazing at what she does. She had the style/budget I was going for nailed from the beginning and I ended up buying the first dress I tried on! Their customer service is stellar and she even took care of calling & cancelling an appointment I had with a different salon for later in the day since I'd already found THE dress. Our try-on appointment was just as wonderful and I received a couple follow-up texts from Sam with updates on delivery and just to check-in with me. I can't say enough wonderful things about this store. RUN, don't walk, to Twirl bridal!

From the first step into Twirl to the first step into the perfect dress, our experience was incredible.The entire Twirl staff was superb, professional, and warm. Even before we stepped foot inside, they went above and beyond - there was a brief scheduling issue (that really wasn’t a big deal at all) that they quickly rectified and then upgraded our appointment with complimentary mimosas and snacks. Our consultant, Ashley, was outstanding in her focus, care, and dedication to me and my search for the perfect dress. There were thankfully no awkward family or friend dynamics to navigate among my crew, but I got the sense Ashley would handle sticky situations with effortless grace. She ensured I was the focus, and that what I wanted was most important. I often struggle to enforce that (and didn’t need to enforce anything with the people I brought!) but Ashley made me feel at ease during my moment in the spotlight. She seamlessly blended her knowledge of the Twirl collection with my wishes while effortlessly learning every detail about my husband to be and our planned wedding, venue, flowers, colors, style, theme, season, etc. The entire appointment was warm, calm, leisurely but shockingly comprehensive, discreet when necessary, focused but exceedingly caring, just absolutely professional all around. TWIRL was great! We traveled about an hour each way to go there from Columbus and it was so worth it! They had a great selection of dresses in current styles, with plenty under $2000. I had been to other salons in the Columbus area and felt like there was just more variety and current styles at TWIRL. The consultants were very nice and helpful at both my initial appointment and pickup! There was a slight miscommunication regarding my budget, and of course the dress I wanted (and got) was slightly over budget— it was clear that it was truly a miscommunication and not a sneaky business practice, and TWIRL made it right by taking off extra fees to help get the total cost of the dress closer to my budget number! They sent me a sweet text on my wedding day to congratulate me too :) Definitely recommend! I will note that their bridesmaids dresses are definitely pricey (closer to the $200 range), as well as their cleaning/preservation service, so we went elsewhere for those things, but as above I’m so glad we went here for my dress!!!

Kassie at Twirl was amazing! She helped me find my dream dress and was so invested that she cried couldn’t help but shed a few tears when I realized it was “the one.” It’s genuine moments like those that made the experience so great!

I found my dream wedding dress at Twirl! My original plan was just to browse before going to another appointment at a different bridal boutique, which I ended up cancelling because I found exactly what I didn't even know I was looking for at Twirl! My appointment was at noon on a Monday, and my consultant, Nicole, was AMAZING! She was SO patient and honest with me as I tried on nearly every dress in the store. I truly felt like she listened to me and understood what I was wanting. She even encouraged me to try on various styles of gowns to help me figure out what I felt best in. Because of her, I was able to find the most beautiful gown that was within my budget. I would HIGHLY recommend checking them out!

Ashley was awesome she helped me find my dress! She was so patient, friendly and really cared about me and family I brought. She was not pushy at all, I’m very indecisive she helped me through the elimination process and did not make me feel stressed or guilty for taking awhile to make a decision! I went to about 6 bridal stores and twirl was by far the best, they keep in contact with you make you feel like you aren’t 1 of 100 brides! Twirl was AMAZING! This little gem in Kenton is 100% worth the drive if you’re from out of town. After a not so great experience at a large chain dress store, I was feeling discouraged and overwhelmed. My trip to twirl was perfect. Jessica was the one who helped me, she listened to the things that I said I did and didn’t want and didn’t make me feel forced to try on dresses that I wasn’t comfortable with. She helped me into every dress and had tons of tools to help me imagine what it would look like in my correct size. My twirl appointment was a truly wonderful experience, and I am so grateful for Jessica’s expertise. I was able to pick ny dream dress during my first appointment with them.

10/10 recommend this lovely place! Of course it was my first time trying on wedding dresses, having no idea what to expect, my emotions were just all over the place. I came in with my mom and two sisters, we got the upgraded package (AMAZING!) The ladies in the store were just so friendly, which I definitely appreciate! But ASHLEY was my stylist and I showed her some pictures of just some dresses I have seen on the twirl Facebook etc, she pulled some, my mom and sisters pulled some.. when I tell you the first dress I tried on…. My face just lit up like a Christmas tree! I tried on many more, but came back to the first one and when Ashley put on the veil, it was just waterwork central and I said yes to the dress. I honestly had the best experience at twirl with Ashley being my stylist especially being the type of bride who walked in a bridal shop blind sided on what I wanted! But Ashley knew! Thank you so much for everything! I can’t wait to come get my dress!

This was the 3rd place I went looking for a dress and the first 2 places I did not enjoy. I was always told looking for your wedding dress should be one of the best things you do in your life and thankfully going to Twirl it was. Nicole was wonderful and answered all of my questions and I ended up finding my perfect dress!!!!!

YA'LL - do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with Twirl if you're looking for a bridal salon in Ohio. I traveled from North Carolina to go to this salon specifically. My best friend had found her dress here years ago & had the best experience so I knew I had to try it out. It was worth every single mile and minute! I was given their consultant, Jessica and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. She made me feel so comfortable and was so easily able to help me make decisions about styles I liked and disliked. She literally helped me find my dream dress. In such a short time of knowing me, she was able to read my body language and my facial expressions about dresses and knew how I felt about each individual dress before even I did! She is so so good at her job! I can't say it enough! Not only was the in-person experience more than I could've ever wished for, they were great even before I stepped into the salon! About a week or two out from my appointment, I received a text from one of their workers (Sam) regarding my appointment. She was beyond helpful in answering all of my questions. She also let me know about their "upgraded experience" which included mimosas, several snacks, both salty and sweet, a super cute Mrs. wine tumbler and my own little goodie bag with a robe, a shirt, and several other items. Worth the extra money for all you get! Bottom line, if you're in Ohio or willing to travel, THIS IS THE SALON TO GO TO! You will not be disappointed. I cannot thank Twirl enough for the wonderful experience. Xo

You will NOT be disappointed at Twirl! I had such an amazing experience, the ladies at Twirl are so friendly and helpful, they will work their hardest to get you your dream dress. The dress selection at Twirl is incredible, they have so many high quality dresses and great prices.. I ended up getting a ceremony dress, reception dress, bridesmaids dresses, and tuxedos for the guys all through Twirl because I was so happy with the service and quality. Our experience was absolutely flawless and stress free. I cannot say enough good things about the bridal salon, definitely worth the hour drive from Columbus.

I went to 3 bridal salons before stopping at Twirl. Kenton, OH is about an hour drive from Columbus, but totally worth it. Twirl has the best team and the most beautiful gowns. Danielle helped me find my dream dress. She listened to what I was looking for, put one on me, and that's all it took. I kept going back to the first one I tried on. One thing I wish they would have done is show me what jewelry would look good with the dress, but I am not at all disappointed. My bridesmaids got their dresses from Twirl as well. They have a beautiful bridesmaids suite upstairs perfect for a girls day!

This place is so great! All of the ladies were so fantastic and so helpful. I always felt comfortable and they listened to what I wanted. They have a huge selection. Of beautiful dresses in all sizes. I would 100% recommend!

My 95-year-old grandmother came with us and they were very accommodating to her to make sure she was comfortable. Ashley was wonderful during my appointment and pulled beautiful dresses for me to try on. It was my first time trying on dresses and she was great at helping me narrow down what I was looking for. I wanted to go to TWIRL for that classic boutique experience.L and they have designer gowns there. I attended their national bridal sale and found my dream dress at an amazing deal! The staff is very friendly and professional and truly make you feel beautiful. It only took me 45 minutes and one stop to find the one!

My bridal experience at Twirl was so perfect and memorable! As it was my first time trying on dresses, Rachelle was extremely helpful and patient within the time of the appointment, which really helped streamline thoughts and ideas. I began the day not thinking I would find anything, but left Twirl that day with my dream dress and a veil to match. I had an amazing experience with Twirl Bridal! Everyone was friendly and I loved the small-town, local shop vibe of the boutique (so much more comfortable than big chain stores, where I feel like they are pushier and want to get you in and out). They helped me find my beautiful dream dress, within my budget - which was no easy task considering their large array of gorgeous dresses that they have to choose from! Also, everything was done in a timely manner (I ordered and got my dress in plenty of time to make sure it was perfect and ready for the big day). I couldn't be happier!

Twirl is amazing! The studio is gorgeous and the ladies are so kind and helpful. After trying on at multiple other salons, I was feed up with trying on dresses. Twirl changed my perspective and helped me find my PERFECT dream dress. Grace assisted me during my consultations. She made me feel safe to express my truthful opinion and has the sweetest heart. The natural lighting of the studio and the fitting adjustments by Grace really helped me envision myself as a bride on wedding day. This boutique carries all the best styles from wedding to prom (my sister tried on and they were GORGEOUS). Visit Twirl and you’re going to leave saying yes to the dress!

I decided to go to Twirl when I saw them at the Columbus Bridal Show. The salon accommodated my larger group for my appointment (8 people plus me), and were so friendly and easy to work with. My coordinator was knowledgeable and very helpful while still letting my group feel included by picking out gowns for me to try on. I felt so comfortable and even found my gown on the first and only appointment. While they don't do alterations at their store they give you a list of seamstresses who they have worked with in the past and I had no trouble finding one in Columbus. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend Twirl to any bride who is looking for their gown.

I found my dress on my first trip to Twirl (and first trip trying on wedding dresses). The reps were extremely helpful and listened to exactly what I was envisioning. They didn’t pressure me into buying my dress, and they made sure I was completely comfortable and happy before saying “yes”. The boutique is super cute and is the perfect environment to get you ready for your big day!

I had my first and only bridal appointment at twirl and found the perfect dress! The lady who helped me so was so friendly and and helped me pick out and narrow down my choices. She helped me get in and out of each dress, spread out the train multiple times so I could spin around and take pictures. They offer you snacks and beverages when you walk in and are super welcoming and accommodating. My dress was also pretty reasonably priced. I would highly recommend to any bride!

I can't thank the ladies at Twirl enough! If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have been able to wear my dream dress. Long story short my wedding was set for May 30, 2019 on November 2, 2018 my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer... My now husband and I decided to move our wedding up. My dress had been ordered and was not due to arrive until April. Sam, Grace and so many other of the AMAZING ladies worked tirelessly with the designer and were able to get the dress I picked out rush delivered and it arrived in enough time to get all necessary alterations done and we had an amazing wedding! I can not even being to describe how eternally grateful we are for what they did for us! I wish I was able to give more than 5 stars, this place deserves a million star review! ❤ The Williams

Kayla at Twirl was amazing! I had purchased a dress from Elegant Bride before they closed, and got completely scammed. Kayla made sure I was completely happy and did not pressure me at all. I loved my dress!

TWIRL was amazing for finding my wedding dress! The consultant pulled dresses based on pictures I brought in and my budget and I ended up choosing the very first dress she pulled for me! The only reason I bumped off a star was because my budget was $2000 and I didn't feel like there were a whole lot of choices to try on that were within that budget (we ran out of dresses for me to try on)! Even though I had found my dress, I felt like I still could have tried more on (this was the first and only place I shopped for my bridal gown). Also, we bought my bridesmaids dresses at Twirl! They were beautiful but pricey... we didn't get nearly as much consultant attention with the bridesmaid appointment and I would have loved an outsider's opinion! There was another bridesmaid group at the same time as ours and they had some dresses we wanted to try so we had to wait quite awhile for the other group to finish.. so they may want to only schedule one bridesmaid group at a time so groups aren't having to sit around and wait!

TWIRL made my wedding dress dreams come true! They are so helpful in helping you decide. And they stay within your expected budget! I had her pull the type of dressed I wanted, and though she didn't tell me the prices, not one of them was out of my original price range. They also honored an old coupon I had gotten from a bridal show, which they definitely did not have to do. They stayed in contact with me over the few months it took to get the dress in and that was so reassuring! The dress fit me almost perfectly when I got it, only needing minor alterations! I have already recommended this place to many new brides!

If you are getting married, you HAVE to go to Twirl! I had the BEST experience at Twirl and could not recommend them more! I said yes to the dress, but a few weeks later changed my mind. I was worried they'd be rude to me and treat me differently when I went back a second time to look - but I am so glad I reached out to them and we talked about everything! They were just as sweet and helpful to me as they were the first time - I was so relieved! Grace helped me out both times and was fantastic! My bridesmaids ordered their dresses from Twirl also, and they each had great experiences too! If I could give 10 stars I would.

I first found Twirl at a bridal expo I went to with some of my bridesmaids and Mom. They have AMAZING dresses, of all kinds and it was hard to find the one that I liked most, but I did lol. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. I even got my bridesmaids dresses from Twirl, they are very reasonably priced compared to other shops. I highly recommend!

One of the best decisions I ever made was buying my wedding dress from Twirl. They are such a cute boutique that offers a great selection of styles for a variety of prices which allowed me to stay in my budget and still get my dream dress! The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to check in with me for bridesmaid dress ordering and even took charge to take some of the work off me. They checked in to make sure my tailoring was on track and even offered to hold a sample dress for one of my bridesmaids when Alfred Angelo closed suddenly. They are such an amazing shop that more people need to know about! I got so many compliments on how classic and beautiful my gown was and it was so comfortable I didn't want to take it off. I love this shop and can't recommend it highly enough! :)

As someone who hardly ever writes reviews I was compelled to write one for Twirl due to my phenomenal experience today at my bridal appointment. The staff was so friendly and they genuinely cared about what I wanted AND finding something in my price range. The atmosphere was very personal and intimate and made me feel like the only bride in the room. Grace was the girl who helped me and everything she picked out for me was AMAZING. I wound up getting to the fourth dress and not trying on anymore because it was so perfect--it encompassed literally everything I wanted at a super low price. I would recommend Twirl to anyone and just know the drive from Columbus is definitely worth it!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Twirl! I found out about the place at a bridal show in Columbus and had a wonderful discussion with someone from there. My sister encouraged me to setup an appointment and I drew a card that I could open at my appointment that would get me somewhere between $100 and $500 off a dress. Before the appointment, I spoke with someone to discuss my budget and how many people I would be bringing. On the day of- it seemed like everything was falling into place to find my perfect dress. I had a great group of girls, my mom, and a wonderful girl to work with- Kelsey. She asked me about my wedding, my likes and dislikes in dress, and photos of things I had already looked at. She seemed to have an idea for the direction to go in for me so I let her work her magic. And magic is what she created! She pulled a total of 10 dresses for me to try on and let me pick the order. She made sure I tried on each type of silhouette. She knew what I liked, though! The first dress I tried on ended up being "the one" but I made sure to try on so many others. She was able to read my body language about each dress and understood why I liked and didn't like each dress. I ended up saying yes to the first one and she worked so well with me to get the dress ordered. I look forward to picking it up and getting any alterations done! Twirl (and Kelsey) have worked hard to find me the perfect dress in my budget. I cannot express how wonderful it is! I highly recommend it to all future brides!

Words cannot describe how much I love the staff at Twirl! I can truly say this is the best shop near the Columbus area. I stumbled upon Twirl at a bridal show and immediately was impressed. Their booth was well decorated and the attendants were excited to talk to you. I ended up scheduling an appointment with them; I hadn't had much luck with some of the other shops around town and was on somewhat of a budget. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for, but my vision was entirely different from my mom's, so I wanted an opportunity to try on a bunch of different styles to find THE one. My appointment was 2 hours long -- at first this seemed crazy long as most shops barely give you an hour. However, when we got there we were welcomed by the staff and given a quick run down. They let us pick out literally any dress we wanted to (I had an experience with another shop that kept commenting "that's a tall girl's dress" for dresses I would choose -- I'm 4'10) and got just as excited as we did at the choices. Never once did I get a complaint on how long we were taking/choosing too many/oh that will look just like that one -- it was truly about me. I probably tried on 30 dresses and naturally dress #3 was the one I went with -- I probably put it back on 4-5 times before saying "Yes". The best part? It was definitely a dress the other shop deemed "a tall girl's dress". From that day forward everything was great with Twirl -- I ended up purchasing my hair piece & earrings from the shop that I received many compliments on. I have already sent 2 brides to the shop (that also said yes!) and will continue to do so. Seriously love this shop so much and look forward to doing business some day in the future!

This shop is AMAZING!!!! I had such a wonderful experience. It was my first time shopping for a wedding dress, so I didn't really have an idea of what I wanted. Maybe a ball gown/princess, or possibly a-line? The consultant who worked with me really listened to me, my family, and my nonverbal cues/body language. It felt like we tried on just about every dress in the store, but they were just so upbeat and positive during the whole appointment! That was very comforting. I finally found the perfect dress, and it was nothing like what I had originally tried on. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a fun experience and affordable, stylish dresses! The staff is great and they really make the bride/family feel important in the decision making process, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase (another big relief!). Overall 10/10 would recommend!!!

OMG I love this shop! Everyone is amazing to work with. The owner, Laura is super sweet and cares about each one of her customers. I'm so happy I found my dress at Twirl. They have a great selection and the girls know what they are doing. It was such a great experience!! I have recommended them and will continue too. My MOH found her wedding dress there too! I first encountered Twirl at a bridal show in Columbus when I saw "my one" on display. As we were approaching the booth I told my mom and maid of honor that is my dress! That day we made an appointment to visit the salon. At my appointment I tried on "my one" as well as probably close to 8-10 more dresses but of course the one from the show was "the one" and we purchased it that day. I actually drove over an hour to visit this salon and it ended up being the only salon I personally tried but with 2 of my bridesmaids getting married this year as well, I have been in many others and I wouldn't have worked with any other salon personally. They were so friendly and helpful! I'm even going back in a couple days with one of my bridesmaids for her to find her gown! :)

This store was recommended to us and I could not be more thankful it was! Alisha was my consultant and she was so easy going and an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very attentive to what I said I wanted and the feedback that my group was giving. I ended up purchasing my dream dress there and look forward to picking out bridesmaid dresses as well. The store itself reminds you of being at Kleinfelds from Say Yes to the Dress. cannot recommend this store or the staff enough!

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was at Twirl! I came in and hadn't tried on any bridal gowns and Alisha was extremely patient to let me try on a wide variety. She also picked out the dress that I ended up buying!! I would recommend this bridal shop to any bride to be!!

This is a teeny tiny shop in the middle of a teeny tiny town in the middle of nowhere, but it's TOTALLY worth the trip. The inside looks like the inside of Kleinfeld's in NYC (the Say Yes to the Dress show), and the lady who owns it is always there walking around and making sure everything is going OK. When I went, I kept trying on sparkly dresses and then not liking them, and the owner had me try a dress that I would have never picked off the rack because it had no sparkle on it - and it was THE ONE. I loved it as soon as I put it on. Then she pulls off this sparkly belt from nowhere and holds it up the dress to give me some sparkle! Everyone is super nice, and they have a ton of stuff to choose from. I also picked all the bridesmaids dresses from here, as well as the flower girl dress. Highly recommended :-)

The new shop is beautiful and Twirl offers a wide range of gowns in terms of styles and price range. The staff is friendly, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and accommodating.
