This woman is a fraud and does not know how to run a business. We were paid in full a year before our wedding. When she shows up to review the wedding space she was so un professio...
nal and had no idea what we trying to achieve for our wedding even though we had multiple conversations and inspiration photos. When I canceled her services 6 months before the wedding she didnt even know when our wedding date was which is perfect evidence we made the right decision. Do not ever hire this fraud.
We interviewed several coordinators and Kristin Sullivan, the owner of Twisted Celebrations seemed to on board with helping us execute our ideas and curating our dream event, and w...
as within our budget. We were confident initially based on our initial interview and follow up correspondence. It took several months after signing the contract and paying the entire fee in full, to finally meet in person at the venue. Immediately, the vibe was not the same as on the phone and she was not at all prepared or professional. She took no notes or pictures of the space and none of the ideas she presented aligned with our theme, in fact they were the exact thing we did not want. She had been provided with multiple inspiration photos prior to the visit and we had spoken on the phone about the theme and ideas. After the visit, we gave it intense thought and decided to terminate our contract 5 months prior to the wedding. She refused to refund ANY of the money we paid her despite paying her full nearly 9 months ahead of when the payment was due and despite the contract saying we were entitled to a refund. We had to take her small claims court, where we won our case but still have not received any of our money back or any communication! Save yourself time, money and frustration and do not hire this company!
We had our wedding on 9/17/2022. It was an absolute magical day, and Twisted Celebrations had a lot, and I mean ALOT to do with making it so special. First off, the owners are genu...
inely nice people who just want to ensure you have the best wedding ever! The cocktails they made specifically for us were absolutely amazing! They kept the drinks FLOWING and all of our guests were completely satisfied! If I could rate them out of 10 they would get 20/10! Couldn’t recommend them more! Thank you Twisted Celebrations for making The Amanda’s wedding a night we will never ever forget! ❤️
Kristin was so amazing as my wedding planner. Every conversation felt like I was speaking to a friend and she really listened to what my vision was. On top of that, she helped me f...
ind a photographer/videographer within months of my wedding as my previous company had fallen through. Every wedding being planned is stressful, Kristin knows exactly how to make it easier and enjoyable. Also shout out to her husband for literally running to the store in the middle of the wedding for more mixers so we could continue our special drinks to the end of the night, it's the little details that really matter! :)
