Chef Adam and his team were absolutely amazing and so professional to work with! Everyone at our reception and even afterward couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the food was. Chef Adam also went above and beyond by preparing special late-night bites from our home country, which meant so much to us and made our family incredibly happy. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch! We highly recommend Chef Adam and his team. We are so grateful for everything they did and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I cannot say enough good things about Adam and his team. Not only was the food absolutely delicious (with multiple guests days later still saying how much they loved everything but...

especially the blue corn grits which are a must have in my option), but the team handled a little rain delay with no stress and it made the evening so much more relaxing and enjoyable. Adam was amazing about dietary restrictions, and provided delicious options for them as well that were not just an after thought. Any future NOLA events we will be running to this amazing team again!

dibly professional, kind, communicative, and sensitive to our budget. The food was beyond amazing and everyone was raving about it - we had an appetizer station and buffet inside, as well as a charbroiled oyster station outside. It was a lot to keep up with, but no one was ever waiting for replenishments. The team boxed up leftovers for late night snacks as well, which were devoured by the time the party was over. 10/10 would recommend!

Food met all dietary requirements for 140 guests and the food was delicious and EXCITING! Before our tasting, Adam met with us in-person to learn about our taste, and then offered ...

so many interesting options. Working with him was so fun. Steller option for vegan/vegetarians, but can do anything. We highly recommend Adam's devilled eggs.
