Even when an unfortunate circumstance came up she still made found Reverend William to take over and made the transition smoothly. He was so well prepared at the last moment switch. n’t expect it to either based on five star reviews. Our overall experience with Kathleen lacked professionalism from the very first meeting where she called me the wrong name the entire time. She came to our meetings unprepared and she also reached out to schedule a meeting that we already had on the calendar. Additionally, two months before our May wedding, she informed us she could not attend ceremony rehearsal despite us verbally giving her the date several times. Four days before our wedding, she informed us via email that she could no longer attend the wedding due to a family emergency. We were offered a substitute, but declined due to not having the time to connect with an officiant with four days notice and an extremely busy wedding week. While we understand emergencies happen, this event unfortunately brought us to a breaking point with her services which we already weren’t satisfied with. Her service recovery did include a full refund and copy of the ceremony she prepared which we were very grateful for. We hope improvements can be made as her business ventures down south.

She wrote the most emotional and poignant ceremony, but I also love how there was humor infused as well. We really felt like she had known us for years and that's because of the amazing reflection she has created. During our meeting, I instantly felt so much more relaxed because of how organized and knowledgeable she is. Not to mention, she took care of filing the license, which was awesome. is very expensive. We are very happy and our guests thought she was fantastic, but a little heavy in the pocket. Yes, you sometimes get what you pay for, but God wouldn't charge. Don't get me wrong I know now people need to live and survive, but you don't have to overcharge others in the word of Christ and yes, we could've change our minds to a cheaper person, but we are new to getting married and she was highly recommended and by then it was too late also covid, not a lot of people were opening up. Like I said she's great, I would recommend her to others.
