We spent over $2,000 on decor that they messed up! We got a completely different cake that we requested. Two of Us Event Planners tried blaming Cake Don even though Cake Don provid...
ed us with text messages between them that Two of us approved a completely different cake without my approval! We paid extra for them to make up my daughter’s name for the dessert display, and they completely FORGOT to make it. They did refund me that day, but the dessert display looked bare without her name displayed. They had a table chart for my guests and they listed the table numbers as 1,2,3,4,6 not 1,2,3,4,5. My 8 year old daughters knows that right after 4 is 5 NOT 6! It was very embarrassing when a family member tried to make a joke about it. Be very careful before hiring them to decorate for your special event. I completely regret hiring Two of Us and would like to warn customers about the errors they made to my daughter’s party. If you have no choice and have to work with them make sure to confirm EVERYTHING the day before so you can fix any mistakes they made! I thought this was a professional company that knew what they were doing. I was wrong.
