ctual food and the display went over really well. We had a few vegans that were able to get a good fill during that portion of the night. We then did a dinner buffet with two salads, two entrees and a side, and all of it was served at proper temperatures and was amazing. Chef Jeremy is on another level with his cooking and should be given more awards. Dessert was apple donuts, which were awesome. We did a cash bar, which worked out great and the bartender was awesome with our guests. We set the table up in an L shape (we had a choice) and I didn't like it that way. I would suggest to anyone else to do regular tables. This was my fault, but it was still great to sit at the bar to eat and just relax. The beer is great, too. Two River's is a wonderful example of local food and beer in the Lehigh Valley.
