Two Sisters Travel

We had a good trip, but to be honest it in many ways did not meet my expectations. The tour guides were nice but for the money we paid for the tours it left much to be desired. They were rushed and left no time to enjoy the places we visited with them. I count that to your poor planing. I run a business and have no problem for a business making a profit, but as i can see it you really didn't do anything but give olive tree our information as far as dates and they did the rest of the work. To which to they added a huge premium for their service. I know how much the hotels cost, the tours and the drivers. You/they charged us almost twice the cost of the accommodations. From my calculations the trip we had could have been done by me for about $7000. The hotel in Florence was the only one that really met our expectations. The winery tour was well non existent we didn't tour a winery. We did a wine tasting, he walked outside to stand in front of the wine feild talked tous for 5 mins then took us inside for the tasting.The time in Sienna and San Giamani was so short there was no way to enjoy it. We were stranded at the hotel in Panzano, Italy. There was no car service at the hotel and no taxi's in the area so in order to go to eat outside the hotel or do anything we had to walk 1.5 miles to Panzano. The Villa Borone Property was poorly kept so there wasn't much to do there or to enjoy. The food at the hotel was about as good as olive garden at best but cost us like eating at Ruth Chris, which lead us to make the walk to Panzono multiple times a day. We made the most of it and had fun but I don't expect to feel that way when i have paid $13000 for the trip. I would not recommend your service to anyone. I would recommend them anyway from it, and have. People have asked. I personally think you and Olive tree should be ashamed. You removed Pompii from our trip with out telling us. But it was my fault for not catching it. Yes we did enjoy our trip, I wasn't going to let your poor planning cause more damage than it did and make a complete waste our trip, time and hard earned money. This was a first of many trips for us, but never again from you and olive tree. I will turn as much business away from both of your companies as I can. The money you ripped me off for will cost you dearly.This was our first trip, and the first trip just my wife and I. It was the honeymoon we never had. We hired you to iron out all the details so we didn't have to worry about anything but it was anything but that. Highly Dissatisfied

Tara did absolutely wonderful planning our dream honeymoon! From start to finish it was stress free. We told her kinda what we had in mind for the honeymoon, and she made it happen! She lined all the details up for us from airfare, the resort, and excursions. Sandals Montego Bay was wonderful!

She took all of the stress of planning a vacation (on top of wedding planning) away from us and put together the perfect trip for my husband and I. Everything from the style of the resort, to the room, to the excursion suggestions were perfect for our interests, and we had the best week ever!
