Caitlin was extremely professional, responsive, patient, and kind through the whole process. She always had great suggestions, recommendations, and was present during vendor calls when I needed her to be. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and it's thanks to Caitlin! She was a superwoman making sure all the details were set up right, working with vendors, and communicating with me and our bridal party. Everyone raved about how amazing she was. Not only is she passionate about what she does, but she's also so kind and caring. I would recommend her to anyone who is starting their wedding planning process, or even in the middle of it!

She helped us by keeping me on time with all the planning details from about 10 months out and was very hands on the day of the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. Most of our flower and decor things were DIY and Caitlin handled almost everything with such calmness and professionalism that I was 100% sure everything was going to look amazing. planning and staring down the long list of vendors and contracts just disappear. A lot of people say their wedding was everything they imagined but ours was more than we ever could have hoped for! We were planning the wedding from CA, wanted the venue near family on the East Coast. Caitlin found the venue, helped us order decorations and supplies, talked to vendors and reviewed contracts for us. She was able to tell us what the industry standard pricing was and trim down expenses where we didn't need them. She made it feel as easy as planning a small get together down the street, not a 125-person wedding across the country. Also, people did not stop asking us how we found such a beautiful and perfect venue; we just told them it was all our wonderful planner! There were definitely things that went wrong, but we never knew. Caitlin handled it all effortlessly. She seamlessly worked with the venue coordinator to make sure everything we wanted happened, was on time, and in the right place. She decorated, transported supplies and personal belonging back and forth, and somehow still had time to bring us appetizers and drinks throughout photos and the reception. She made us feel like royalty, letting us be the guests of honor and not the hosts. Caitlin was incredibly professional, personable, and always had our backs. She the best in the business and the reason we recommend planners to all the engaged couples we see. Theres a lot of costs that go into wedding these days, but if you're on the fence, Caitlin is the only cost you will never regret.

ire process leading up to our wedding, Caitlin was by our side to help us with decision-making, coordination, scheduling, etc. She was there for whatever I needed, even just to bounce ideas off of. But that doesn't even begin to describe how monumentally helpful she was for the day of. Our wedding took place at my parent's house, so there was a lot of coordination needed. We were able to spend the morning of our wedding getting ready, relaxing - basically doing everything except worrying about all of the logistics because Caitlin was on it! The weather the morning of the wedding was perfect (a little humid, but it's August) and everything was looking amazing and in place. However, that didn't last. 90 minutes before our ceremony, as I was getting in the car to depart to the location - a freak surprise storm broke out. And when I say storm, I mean hail, downpours and everything else. No one saw it coming and the perfect planning that had taken place all day went out the window. All of our table placements were destroyed and scattered across the yard, table linens soaked, we lost DJ equipment - it was a nightmare to say the least. But thank goodness, we had Caitlin. Caitlin jumped right into action, directing vendors, neighbors, family members on what to do and how to put it all back together in record time no less. I have never seen someone more capable and calm during what truly was a disaster. What made it truly special, is that we felt none of that stress. We were still able to focus on the moment ahead of us and Caitlin made that all possible. And after that - we still started the ceremony on time which would not have been possible without Caitlin. She went above and beyond in every aspect for our wedding and we can't thank her enough. Our entire wedding party and guests continue to rave about how helpful she was - she was managing everything from coordination, vendor placement, to people who had questions about how to put on their boutineers. I cannot recommend enough working with Caitlin more for your wedding planning! She truly made our day and for that we will forever be thankful for her!
