Working with Two Vows was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Because of our day-of coordinator, our wedding day was completely stress-free. Caitlin took so many tasks off our plate and made sure everyone knew exactly where to be and what to do. I didn't have to worry about anything except to have fun and be present during the day.

Caitlin was absolutely incredible in making our wedding day an absolute dream come true. Her dedication, attention to detail, and unwavering support were evident in every aspect. We truly couldn't have done it without her. Her organizational skills and calming presence on the day allowed us to relax and fully enjoy each moment, knowing everything was in the best hands possible. As someone who finds it hard to let go of the reins, I was initially apprehensive, but Caitlin reassured us time and again that she had everything under control, and she delivered beyond our expectations. We are especially grateful for the countless times Caitlin stood up for us when we felt helpless and confused. Whenever we felt lost, she always had a solution, whether it was coordinating with the priest, handling the cake issues, or finding a hair stylist. Her ability to navigate these challenges with such grace and efficiency shows that she was truly born for this. Her sweetness and genuine care did not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for how she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Without Two Vows, we likely wouldn't have made any vows! Caitlin was an absolute pleasure to work with and was the best decision we made. We were feeling very overwhelmed and stressed with planning everything ourselves, but thanks to Caitlin we finally felt some peace and confidence that everything was going to work out. There aren't enough words to describe what Caitlin meant to our wedding day. Without her, I firmly believe that our wedding would not have been as magical as it was. During the entire process leading up to our wedding, Caitlin was by our side to help us with decision-making, coordination, scheduling, etc. She was there for whatever I needed, even just to bounce ideas off of. But that doesn't even begin to describe how monumentally helpful she was for the day of. Our wedding took place at my parent's house, so there was a lot of coordination needed. We were able to spend the morning of our wedding getting ready, relaxing - basically doing everything except worrying about all of the logistics because Caitlin was on it! The weather the morning of the wedding was perfect (a little humid, but it's August) and everything was looking amazing and in place. However, that didn't last. 90 minutes before our ceremony, as I was getting in the car to depart to the location - a freak surprise storm broke out. And when I say storm, I mean hail, downpours and everything else. No one saw it coming and the perfect planning that had taken place all day went out the window. All of our table placements were destroyed and scattered across the yard, table linens soaked, we lost DJ equipment - it was a nightmare to say the least. But thank goodness, we had Caitlin. Caitlin jumped right into action, directing vendors, neighbors, family members on what to do and how to put it all back together in record time no less. I have never seen someone more capable and calm during what truly was a disaster. What made it truly special, is that we felt none of that stress. We were still able to focus on the moment ahead of us and Caitlin made that all possible. And after that - we still started the ceremony on time which would not have been possible without Caitlin. She went above and beyond in every aspect for our wedding and we can't thank her enough. Our entire wedding party and guests continue to rave about how helpful she was - she was managing everything from coordination, vendor placement, to people who had questions about how to put on their boutineers. I cannot recommend enough working with Caitlin more for your wedding planning! She truly made our day and for that we will forever be thankful for her! She is exactly who you want leading your wedding planning and could not ask for anything more!

Caitlin with Two Vows Events has been a wonderful vendor to work with! She has been the planner + day of coordinator for several clients at our venue and has been timely, organized, clear, and direct with all communication and coordination between client and vendors prior to wedding day and throughout the event. As someone who is organized and detail oriented myself, in the early to mid stages of wedding planning, I really thought I could do it all on my own. Luckily I was introduced to Caitlin and it was truly a game changer, and honestly was the single best decision we made during the entire wedding planning process. Not only was every single detail of our wedding weekend perfect and seamless, but having Caitlin around allowed us and our closest family and friends to truly relax and enjoy ourselves without having to stress or even think about logistics or timeline. When anything came up - no matter how big or small - Caitlin was there already quietly resolving the issue. She was also such a positive and relaxing energy, and by the end of the weekend she truly felt like part of the family. Coming from a stubborn control freak - she made the wedding weekend the best time of our lives and I am so relieved we found her!

Caitlin leaves absolutely no stone unturned. She is attentive, creative, and so very hardworking. She helped me in all aspects of my wedding. From the planning, to the setup, to keeping everything and everyone on time and in check the day of the wedding, she made sure it all went off without a hitch! 11/10 would recommend her to any brides needing a planner/coordinator for their big day!

This young lady was amazing. She had every detail worked out and because of that, the wedding was perfect. I have never seen anyone that attentive to the needs of the bridal party and guests. I would have her for any event that I host. I highly recommend Caitlin Meszaros.
