TwoFish Wedding Photography and Video

Jamie and her team did a FANTASTIC job capturing our special day! She was calm, organized, and a joyful presence throughout the day. BIG SHOUTOUT to her team member that was able to cheer up a crying 2 year old in order to take a family photo! During our planning process, she was very organized, engaged in our vision, and open to new ideas. We recently got a "sneak peek" of our photos and we loved them so much they brought tears to our eyes! Can't wait to see the rest!

Jamie and her team was such an essential part of our day from providing a suggested day of timeline, to giving us so many cool photo ideas and directions, and to making everyone (include those who are very camera shy) feel so comfortable in front of the camera. In the planning process, Jamie helped us think through so many things that we didn't even think about. These conversations helped us come up with a better idea of what we wanted our photos, and our day, to look like. The photos we got back are so natural and timeless and felt so us.

Don’t pass on TwoFish!!!!! Jamie is truly amazing and talented at what she does. We hired her to do our engagement shoot and wedding day photos, and we REALLY wish we did Videography. Looking back, we would’ve gone into debt just to get that amazing content. Our guest also noticed how dedicated she was at the ceremony and dance portion of the night. We used Two Fish Photography for my daughter’s wedding. Jamie is very creative and artistic. She took a picture of my daughter in front of a stained glass window. Beause of the way she did the lighting there was a reflection of the stained glass on her veil. Beautiful! The way Jamie takes pictures of the wedding party is creative and beautiful and not boring. She captured alot of emotion throughout the day which is what we wanted to see and remember. Jamie is also a wonderful person to spend the day with.

Jamie and her team are incredible. We were able to have them for our engagement photos and our wedding and despite our anxiety around having professional photos taken Jamie made us feel so relaxed and comfortable and always knew exactly how to direct us to get the best shots and help us feel confident. She and her team worked with with us for our outdoor wedding in June and despite the heat they were always incredibly professional and in a good mood. Working with TwoFish Weddings was the best decision we made for our wedding. Their work is absolutely stunning. More so than that, Jamie (photography) and Zach (videography) -- and everyone they selected to work with as their 2nd's -- are truly amazing people with the perfect energy to keep you relaxed and having fun at your special event. They were always by our sides (across three days of wedding events!) capturing every moment or helping us with whatever we needed. They gifted us with impeccable photos and video, but they also were there to grab us a glass of water, a snack, a ride(!), a laugh, and tons of kind words that got us through a few stressful moments. They are a master at keeping track of the schedule and pivoting/managing family members when necessary. They came early and stayed late (multiple days). We would have another wedding just to spend more time with this team and work with them again! Jamie and her team did an amazing job with our wedding photos! Jamie provided such a calming presence and was prepared and ready to go from the get go. We really needed this type of energy on our wedding day and felt immediately comfortable with her! I was most impressed by her memorizing my massive family members and the intricate relationships and helping guide from all of the family photos seamlessly. That was a lot of people to wrangle, and she did just that! She provided her previews quickly and we were already obsessed and couldn't wait for the rest of the photos. Jaime and her team did a fantastic job with capturing the essence of my son’s wedding…a 2 day Indian wedding in Austin. She was amazing at taking candid photographs that really showcased our event. She made me laugh as she jumped right up and into the pick up truck that led the baarat so she could get photos from that vantage point. Jaime was wonderful with her communication with the bride and groom, and very timely with getting the photos to us. She is an amazing photographer and I would definitely recommend Jaime and TwoFish Photography.

My husband and I could not recommend Jamie and her team enough. For two people who are not typically comfortable in front of the camera, she not only captured amazing photos (engagements and wedding day) but made the entire process so enjoyable for us! Jamie was professional, matched our energy perfectly, and was our timeline champion. My husband and I wanted classic and timeless photos for our wedding and needless to say Jamie and her team delivered. Hiring Two Fish was one of the best decisions we made with our wedding! Jamie & Zach are the kindest professionals and extremely talented videographers. Jamie and Zach blew our minds and exceeded all of our expectations. We met with them before our big day to go through the events of the day(s) and cover tricky family dynamics (divorced parents). We had to push our wedding by 6 months because of COVID, and they made the process incredibly easy. In fact, they had just had a baby a few months prior, and still spent time with us to cover our entire wedding weekend! We cannot emphasize enough that this professional team went out of their way to keep us comfortable, happy and engaged in the midst of a crazy big multi-day Indian wedding! On the day of the wedding, we were scatter-brained and did not put our layout materials (rings, vow books, flowers, etc.) together, but Jamie and Zach hunted them down and put together beautiful shots – and didn’t make us feel bad for one second! In the chaos of family and bridal party getting ready, they were able to interview me and my partner to get snippets for the highlight video. We especially appreciated that during the tricky family portraits, they were sensitive yet firm with who was in each shot, which did SO much to ease our stress. They got the best posed and candid shots in all kinds of settings – from the bustle of downtown Austin to the ranch-like hill country of Dripping Springs. Once the big weekend was over, Jamie and Zach delivered incredible pictures and videos that took our breath away! Because we had 3 big events, they delivered hundreds of incredible pictures – with the first batch a mere week after the wedding. They captured all of our favorite parts of the weekend and then some. They answered all of our questions, were quick to make the edits we requested, and put together a fabulous photobook for us. Their communication and turnaround time is still fantastic, months after our weekend was done! Overall, we can’t say enough positive things about working with TwoFish photography + videography – they are a dynamic duo and a wonderful vendor to work with!

Jamie is a true professional! She made us feel so chill and calm on our wedding day and was able to wrangle a 20 person wedding party with ease. She has such a calming presence and made taking pictures fun and easy. I am really impressed with her editing style and how the pictures look so natural and bright. I was also so happy and impressed with the 2nd photographer she brought along. Jamie was definitely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and engagement pics. We were blessed with Jamie at TwoFish when having to plan our wedding in 5 months after having to cancel our destination wedding due to Covid. She was incredibly responsive and her talent is unmatched! We actually didn't even meet in person before the wedding day and when the big day came around, it was as if we had rehearsed everything - that is how smooth the day went! Working with Jamie at TwoFish was one of the best decisions we made for our engagement photos and wedding photos. For the engagement photos she helped us with picking a local spot that matched the vibe we were going for, and from our first meeting we knew we made a great choice. She was punctual, professional, and the engagement pictures were perfect! She somehow topped them with the wedding pictures, which were beyond anything we could've imagined. At our wedding her and her second photographer were again punctual and professional, and got along so well with our guests. They made us feel relaxed and comfortable, especially as 2 people who never had professional photos done before! Absolutely worth every cent. Jamie and her team photographed my wedding and did the most incredible job! From our first consultation to receiving our beautiful wedding album, she guided us through the process and supported us the whole way. We wasn't sure exactly what we were looking for in a photographer starting out, but she somehow managed to create an album that was beyond our wildest dreams. She was there right on time the day of the wedding and made sure to do things in the most efficient way possible - like doing the detail shots as we were getting ready so I'd have my dress and shoes back right on time. During the reception she was so stealthy with her camera I barely noticed she was there but she managed to capture every moment I wanted to remember and more. I cannot recommend TwoFish more if you are looking for a super professional photography team to make you or anyone else look fantastic!

I cannot recommend Jamie and her team enough! We used her for our engagement pictures, my boudoir pictures, and our wedding day. She makes being in front of the camera so easy and fun. She always answered my messages and thousands of questions quickly. She made the process so stress free, from helping with outfit ideas to wedding day timeline. Her prices are amazing and she was able to be there for our entire wedding day including our exit at the end of the night. She was very attentive to all of our picture requests and family dynamics, and was more than willing to include our dog in our engagement and wedding pictures! Jamie and Zach are simply the absolute best- seriously. I've had experiences with many different wedding photographers and I couldn't be more impressed by TwoFish. Jamie was more responsive than my wedding planner and was so well organized, thorough, and prepared. The guide she shared ahead of time was so extremely useful and went a long way in helping us to make critical decisions. Day of, they were equally everywhere taking pictures of everything, and nowhere, blending in and not interrupting the ceremony or key moments (like I've seen other photographers do!), while capturing it all and not missing a beat. Day of, we just had so much FUN with Jamie, Zach, and their crew- and it all comes through so beautifully in the photos that they took. Literally every person I share our album with is in awe of how beautiful the photos are- and it's all by design because of how amazing Jamie and Zach are. We did photo and video through TwoFish and even in COVID crazy busy times, the turnaround was so fast- we had a sneak peak the week after our wedding and the album was ready less than 2 months after which was amazing. THANK YOU, Jamie and Zach, for executing on our vision, for so perfectly documenting our favorite day, and for being such amazing partners. From a cost perspective, Photo and Video will always be one of the bigger expenses; I cheaped out with a different photographer during our "exchange of vows" when we had to postpone our wedding, and you can really, really tell. Jamie and Zach are worth every single penny.

Jamie photographed our micro-wedding and she was fantastic! She was super professional and easy to work with throughout the planning process and day-of the wedding. She was great about being unobtrusive in getting candid shots, which was important to us, but she was equally great in directing us and our families when doing the formal portraits. Most importantly, the photos are stunning! Absolutely recommend.

I first reached out to Jamie after watched a ton of wedding videos and continuously loving the ones shot by TwoFish! We planned a bit bigger of a wedding in September but due to changes with Corona and an unfortunate death in the family, we moved our wedding up to July and starting planning with a 2 week time line. Fortunately the planets aligned and we fit into Jamie and Zach's schedule! I was super impressed at how attentive and personal this duo is! They met with us via zoom to get a feel for us as a couple and the vibe of the day. My husband HATES getting photos taken and working with Jamie and Zach felt more like a fun walk through Austin than wedding photos. We didn't know them long, but you couldn't tell me that they weren't my besties for forever. My pictures came out gorgeous! Jamie completely exceeded my expectations! AND THE VIDEO!!!! I'm beside myself! My computer is going to burn out with the amount of times I have already and will continue to watch this video. I'm so lucky to have gotten to work with this team and feel like we need a wedding every year now. HIGHLY recommend!

Approximately 10 months after our wedding, when I look at our pictures it gives me the same happiness as our wedding day. Jamie and Zach captured true emotions and raw love in their pictures. I'm still amazed and blown away with how beautiful everything was. A lot of our families and friends weren't able to attend because most of them are out of the country so to be able to share our wedding through our beautiful pictures -I'm just really grateful. It is true when they said that their pictures tell a story. It's moving when we showed it to our families. Also, I have to share that me and my wife are not very good subjects for picture taking haha! We don't know how to act and we're just shy, conscious, uncomfortable people. Jamie and Zach were so kind, warm, and friendly that they just made us comfortable and it was like a "feel-at-home" vibe that it was just easy for us. Our engagement and wedding sessions was really fun - like hanging out-with-you- friends fun. We love it! They are very professional. They respond timely, they are organized, and assist with all your concerns/questions/recommendations. They were able to capture all of our requests. We love them so much that any milestones that we achieve- we would love them to capture it for us. Ohh and our wedding pictures were featured in a magazine, Brides of Austin. I think that's pretty cool! :)

Jamie and Zach are the most compassionate, professional, creative team that my husband and I could’ve asked for! They personalized our film by incorporating the details our love story perfectly. They made us feel really comfortable while filming and were so accommodating. They took our ideas, and they came up with some awesome ideas, too! If you’re looking for a photographer and/or videographer, look no further. The TwoFish team captured our engagement pictures, rehearsal dinner, and wedding ceremony/reception. We’ve been blown away by everything they’ve done and I really can’t recommend them enough. They’re so easy to work with and bring their unique creativity to the whole process. They book up quickly so make your move!

From start to finish, Jamie was an absolute dream to work with. I can’t say enough good things about Jamie and TwoFish Photography, but I’ll try. We really couldn't have asked for a better photographer! From start to finish, Jamie was incredibly communicative and kind. At the very outset, when we were still shopping around for photographers, she showed us her portfolio and gave us a lot of guidance on how to structure our photo list. On our wedding day, Jamie and her assistant were professional and friendly. She has a beautiful documentary-type style. It all felt very natural, and we were very comfortable with her. It felt very easy and smooth to get all the photos we wanted of our friends and family. Jamie also got some amazing photos of us when we made our grand exit out on a tandem bike! Our photos had a very fast turnaround, and they all looked great. My partner and I have very different skin shades, and Jamie was able to make both of us look amazing in all kinds of lighting. We're so happy we chose Two Fish to capture our wedding day. We'll cherish those photos for the rest of our lives!

Jamie and her Husband are just a dream to work with!! I did a Boudior shoot with her as a wedding gift for my husband and also had them do video/photo for our wedding. Boudior was a bit outside my comfort zone and I had the most fun doing it! Jamie gave me wonderful cues for where to put my body/hands/etc, was so creative in her set ups and was just so fun to be with during the shoot! For my wedding, she was about a week from her due day, had set me up with another photographer, and STILL came to take/help with the photos. It was so special to me that she came and made our big day even more wonderful! I haven’t even seen all the photos yet (just a few teasers) and I’m so in love with her work! I also have no doubt that the video will be just as wonderful. They are both incredible people and so fun to work with, they will make you feel like a million bucks! Please do yourself a favor and book them immediately! They are the best!!

Picking TwoFish as our wedding videographer was unquestionably one of the best decisions we made with wedding planning. We were initially on the fence about booking a videographer in general, but in hindsight, it would have been one of our greatest regrets to not book TwoFish. To say they did an amazing job is an understatement. Their wedding highlight video absolutely blew us away. Watching our video has allowed us to relive our special day – one of the best days of our lives – every day. No joke, we’ve watched their video every day since we got it and our parents have too. Jamie and Zach did such a phenomenal job of capturing the essence of our wedding that we haven’t stopped talking about it even months afterward. A few things that we wouldn’t have known until the wedding itself: - Jamie and Zach blended in seamlessly into our wedding. They were somehow able to capture the perfect shots without ever being in anyone’s way. Moreover, they work really well together. They are a chill, down-to-earth, super talented husband and wife team, and it was really easy to be comfortable around them. - Our wedding highlight video did more than just show a sequence of events; it told our story in a compelling and cohesive way. The video had purpose and intention. To put it another way, my brother said, “it’s like watching a 7-minute movie.” - We asked Jamie and Zach if they would be able to include home videos of us growing up, and they did it so perfectly that it’s hard to articulate. They transformed a few random shots of us as children into some incredibly meaningful parallels to our wedding. - A lot of our family and friends have shared our video with their friends who don’t even know us because the video is just that good. Not surprisingly, one of our wedding guests who is getting married in Florida is now trying to book TwoFish for their own wedding. Overall, if you are at all uncertain about whether to book a videographer or are torn between a few options, TwoFish is the way to go. They surpassed all our expectations and gave us something that we will truly cherish forever. We have shed far too many (happy) tears watching our video, and will be shedding many, many more in the years to come.

Jamie and the artists at TwoFish went beyond our expectations for our wedding video. We can't stop watching it. Two Fish is the BEST of the best! We used Two Fish for wedding photo and video, rehearsal dinner photo and video, and bridal portraits and HIGHLY recommend them. I researched many photographers and videographers for my Austin wedding and Two Fish, was hands down, the best package for the quality. Jamie was incredibly helpful from day one and sat down with me to discuss the vision for my wedding photos and video. She was intimately involved with planning our wedding-day timeline to ensure we had enough time and daylight to get the pictures I wanted and executed that timeline down to every detail. Jamie, Zach, and the whole Two Fish team (we needed extra shooters for our 350-person wedding) were an absolute dream to work with. They were friendly but firm in corralling our wedding party, discreet but always present to get the right shot, and calm but worked very energetically – everything you want in your photo/video team. We had so much fun with Jamie and Zach that they ended up feeling like friends who simply brought their cameras to our wedding! And most importantly, our photos and videos are SPECTACULAR!!! Just what we wanted. And the photo gallery is easy to view and share and the video DVD is beautifully presented. If details are important to you and you want beautiful, timeless photos and a video that captures the aesthetic and ambiance of your wedding, do yourself a favor and hire Two Fish. 10/10 would use again.

Jamie is an absolute delight to work with and an even more talented photographer. When we first met with her, she impressed us by having a book ready to detail everything from the services she offers, considerations for ceremony/reception details, and a recommended timeline. Because of this and the quality of pictures we saw on the website and her social channels, we decided it was a great fit. Working with her from there was even better. She asked for a list of people to take photos with ahead of time, so by the time we got to our big day, she had everything planned and it made everything super efficient. She was also very flexible on capturing moments that we hadn't originally planned for in the timeline. Queue when we actually received the photos: WE WERE BLOWN AWAY! We received a few the very next day while everything was still fresh and we were amazed at the quality and attentiveness she gave to our special day. We received the remaining photos one month after the wedding (super speedy) and each picture brought us back to that day because she captured so many perfect moments. She knows how to work with light, to get a mix of candid and "wedding cliche" pictures, and is so kind throughout the whole process. Everyone who attended our wedding (and those that didn't) complimented her amazing work and wanted to know who had captured all the stunning details. We can't recommend Jamie enough for the quality of her work, her attention to detail, and her true passion for weddings. Because of her, we will have so many beautiful moments from our day captured even more beautifully than we ever thought possible. THANKS JAMIE!

Wow- TwoFish is a STEAL! I cannot stop raving about what fantastic skills this photography duo has! They truly understand how to utilize lighting, shadows, colors, angles, reflections, and so much more. These perfected skills mixed with their extremely considerate, creative and kind personalities created the most perfect day, and the most perfect pictures to preserve these memories. Jamie was extremely easy-going and calm, even during major malfunctions. She was more than a photographer, she filled in all gaps that were missing - she created the day's timeline, helped plan logistics of the day, got stains out of the wedding dress, helped set up parts of the ceremony and reception, and so much more. She created such a great energy on our day and always put the bride first, while making everyone else feel like they were her priority. Zack was extremely easy to be around and talk to. Every groomsmen and usher made sure to reach out to me to let me know how much they enjoyed working with him. Jamie and Zack were so good at reading people. I, the bride, am not very comfortable being in front of a camera. They were so good at reading this. I never needed to state that I needed space or anything, but they were so good at reading and predicting this. Yet, despite giving them little time to work with, they produced 800 STUNNING shots of me, both posed and candid, that I will treasure forever. They produced photographs that were more beautiful, more creatively shot, than ANY picture I saw on Pinterest [and I researched a lot!]. They captured the true emotion of the day- getting candids of people that radiate their happiness, but still making them look beautiful rather than crazed. People I don't even know well have been stopping me, saying they love the photographs I've posted online, getting TwoFish's contact. I honestly do not know how TwoFish does what they do, but this photography pair cannot be compared. They are worth a million dollars and more.

Jamie is AMAZING! The photos TwoFish capture are consistently breathtaking. Jamie shot our wedding in January 2018, at St. Mary's Cathedral and Pecan Springs Ranch. You want someone like Jamie on your wedding team. She was super helpful during the planning process, was delightful to spend the whole day with, and captures the day perfectly. I'm so thankful she shared her knowledge with us and knew how to navigate the church's restrictions. She brings out the best colors, has a great eye for focus, and captures everyone's natural smiles and beauty. We could not recommend TwoFish enough!

Working with Jamie and Zach was one of my favorite parts of the whole wedding experience. From the engagement shoot to the wedding day itself, Jamie made the whole experience fun and easy. If that wasn't enough, the photos themselves were absolutely stunning! Her creative eye and suggestive directing combine to create masterpieces in pretty much every one of Jamie's shots. What's more, she seemed to have a knack for being everywhere at once, and pick up on all the important moments that we wanted captured. The most difficult part of the whole process is deciding which of the photos to display! Of all the decisions that we made surrounding our wedding day, going with Jamie and Zach for photography is absolutely the one that I would make time and time again!

From walking us through the awkwardness of an engagement shoot, to the rehearsal dinner, & then spending the entire day with us at our Wedding- they were helpful, calming, fun, and the most professional/amazing photographers! What else is there to say, TwoFish was one of the best decisions we made in selecting a photography team for our wedding. As in team I mean friends, even from our initial meeting at Austin Java they made everything so easy and personal. They walked us through everything and guided us from day one and even today. They are true professionals and the process felt very natural. They were with us from rehearsal to sendoff. I can honestly say that not too many others offer full day coverage like TwoFish. I hired Two Fish for my wedding at Vista West Ranch in Austin, TX 10/13/16, and I couldn’t be happier. I had such a tough time finding a videographer who had the style I wanted. My husband and I were both wanting a video that was edited in a more upbeat, music video style, but as soon as we saw the work that Jamie and Zach had on their website we KNEW they would be perfect. I can’t even begin to describe how much I adore the video. It perfectly captures the entire tone of our wedding, and the editing is flawless. A lot of people consider a video as something that’s optional with a wedding, but those people are so wrong. The night will fly by and even the best photographer can’t capture things like the vows. Jamie and Zach are absolutely awesome to work with, and the video they create will be something you’ll want to watch over and over again. Best videographers in Austin!

I can't say enough about this duo! We booked Two Fish as our wedding videographer after seeing some of their previous work. Living in Dallas but getting married in Austin left us relying on the Internet to find vendors. We honestly couldn't have asked for anything better! Our day was full of rain but Jamie and Zach knew exactly what to do! I've literally had every person that has seen our video say that it was the BEST wedding video they have ever seen! They did such an amazing job and we are so thankful that we found them!!

She got to know us and really listened to what we wanted! Amazing team of videographers! Jamie and Zach came to Santa Fe, NM to shoot my wedding and the video was amazing!! They were incredibly professional and were able to capture all the best moments. Working with Zach and Jamie was a great experience. They were easy to work with, listened to what we wanted, and took the time to get to know us. They flew up to Iowa to shoot our wedding and we couldn't be happier with their product! The pictures and video are beautiful and we will cherish them forever! I truly could not recommend Jamie at TwoFish enough! We were so impressed by her demeanor, her professionalism and her ability to capture incredible, moments in our wedding that we will cherish for the rest of our lives! There are a million things I love about her, but here are a few that I think, make her stand out amongst the overwhelming number of photographers in the Austin area: 1) She is a classically trained photographer. She went to SCAD and teaches photography- that meant a lot to me because she didn't just pick up a camera one day and decide to shoot weddings. 2) She is so affordable in comparison to other photographers in the area. She is also so talented (trust me, I interviewed 20 or so photographers and her portfolio/website was the most impressive as a whole) 3) I consider myself to be very un-photogenic. I was really nervous about having my picture taken. Jamie made me feel completely at ease. She had tricks up her sleeve that made my whole wedding party feel like they weren't being photographed. 4) She is so organized! She had us give her a list of family members we wanted photos of, and she made sure she got all of the portraits we wanted! 5) She is SOOOO flexible! She really listens to what you want as a client and she delivers! Our wedding had twists and unexpected turns throughout, and Jamie just rolled with the punches! 6) She really is a ninja. My family and friends mentioned that they didn't even realize they were having their photos taken! 7) We wanted an open photo booth during our wedding and she was able to give that to us! It was the hit of the wedding!!! All in all, we just loved her- she really captured the most cherished moments in our wedding and our only regret was that we didn't hire her to do our video as well!
