Jacque made me as a mother feel comfortable and special, something that is not always done by vendors. We came from Wichita Kansas so this was our 3rd wedding planning due to the Pandemic. Jacque worked out of 2 different locations for the wedding and reception and was a "ball of fire", keeping us all in check. The ceremony area was stunning and the reception had numerous candles that were the most romantic ever. We loved it! Jacque connected me with Kathy Baggett as our wedding planner. Kathy took care of me from the very beginning, always contacting and reaching out to me to schedule a meeting or give my daughter and I an update. She made me feel important and that no question was a dumb one. She contacted vendors and addressed numerous financial questions that were needed when we had to cancel in March 2020. She then showed me some of her earlier projects and I basically let her take over because I knew she would make something work with the little input I had. I remember during the consultation her phone went off and her ring tone was the Harry Potter theme song. That's when I knew it was meant to be! By the time it got close to the wedding date she showed me what she had planned and I loved it, I knew I made the right choice picking her. The day of the wedding was magical!!! To see the flower petals along the aisle, how she designed the sweetheart table and the guest tables...absolutely breathtaking. I still get compliments on how elegant my wedding was and it was all thanks to Jacque and the ladies at TWW!!

t of the time, we went with what her experience dictated and it was spot on. She knows how put you in touch with the vendors that are right for you and she was open to me introducing to her a new photographer and cake vendor. Kathy was there for us all the time and always brought us back to reality, which will be very needed when you're on the emotional rollercoaster of wedding planning. And in the process she introduced us to her business partner Jacque who immediately won our hearts with her personality and creativity around our florals and decor. We were immediately on the same page with her as we started planning the florals. The florals and decor came out exactly how we envisioned in our heads which never happens; we were blown away on our wedding day!! We are sad now that our wedding is over that we aren't in constant communication with these ladies; we miss them! Together they helped us create and pull off the wedding we had in our minds but didn't know quite how to execute on our own. Keep in mind we had a whole wedding weekend, 3 events in total they helped us create. The wedding weekend was truly magical and our guests haven't stopped talking about it since. Hopefully we can help someone else plan their event, or think of another event for ourselves, so we can work with Kathy and Jacque again!

Now let's talk about rentals and florals. To say I fell in love with my florals is an understatement. THEY ARE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENTS I HAVE EVER SEEN. I am SO picky and had no idea what I wanted- Poor Jacque dealt with my changes day in and day out yet somehow she understood what I wanted while I myself did not and she learned so much about me that she made the florals reflect who I am. She is SO talented! All the decor was beautiful as well- even things I did not ask for, they did because that is how amazing they are. The rentals were all beautiful and I would recommend it all! Linens, centerpieces, chairs, jars, everything- they have so much for you to choose from. Truly, truly, I say to every future bride, hiring TWW is the single best decision you can make for your wedding. If you want to be present at it, to enjoy it, to know people you can trust are in control of it, to know that they care for your every need when it comes to the wedding, to know they understand your vision and will work relentlessly to make it happen, is PRICELESS. Wigwam. My first phone call with Jacque I could tell she was the florist for me. Jacque has a strong personality, she is hilarious, is a creative genius and will give you her honest opinion. My flower/ design idea changed twice before we settled with simple, white and succulents. Jacque spent some time with me on the phone/email to determine our inspiration. After the 15 min conversation I knew that she saw exactly what was in my head. I let her run with it and didn’t sift over every tiny detail. I trusted her design process and let her be free to design. Fast forward to ~90 days pre-wedding, mild panic attack and husband lets me hire Kathy! at our friends and family are still talking about two months later! Jacque and her crew did the floral and rental pieces for the event. Originally the wedding ceremony was to be outdoors but it rained. No matter! These girls had it covered!!! They procured a room indoors at the ceremonial site, decorated it exactly the way my daughter had envisioned her day to be they went FAR above and beyond what I had paid them to do. They brought extra props, crushed pink velvet runner for the bride to walk down the isle on adorned with rose petals, moss balls, candles, birch wood. (The theme was woodland). Huge cherry blossom branches! It was stunning. My daughter was so disappointed that it had been raining on her special day that when those doors opened for her to walk down that isle her face couldn't have been brighter or have had a larger smile!!!!

From the service, to the cocktail hour, dinner and late night snacks the evening did not disappoint! Kathy Baggett (aka, Thee Wedding Fairy) is a total pro. We had no difficulties. She did it all. My daughter only had to make decisions and Kathy was on the rest. She even followed up with the bridal shop when there was a problem with my daughter’s dress. She only works with the best vendors. Our DJ was great, the photo booth was a blast, the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD, the characaturist was a great surprise for everyone and the staff was wonderful. Kathy handled every detail and I literally showed up with a dress, the rest of the day was in her hands. She was on site from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm and was behind the scenes for it all. She went with our little changes at the last minute without blinking an eye. Jacque Dearing is a genius with décor and flowers. Our entire event was outside and she was able to make the setting intimate and beautiful. The cocktail hour, dinner and dancing were outside under the stars. It looked like a fairy tale! She is creative and imaginative and was able to transform an ordinary patch of grass into an enchanted forest! The staff at Thee Wedding and EventWarhouse are the absolute best at what they do. I have been to a jillion weddings, but none as wonderful as my daughter’s. The fee was a pittance compared to what they provided. So, what are you waiting for? Her well being and comfort became Kathy's priority; making sure the photo sessions had breaks built in, getting chicken noodle soup for her to eat since she couldn't keep much else down (still have no idea how or where she got it...), making sure she took the pain pills the ER gave her that morning promptly on schedule, and making sure she stayed hydrated. Kathy went WAY outside her scope of work and did it with a calmness that helped us not loose our cool when our big day didn't go quite the way we imagined. All of these extra tasks she performed came at no expense of the million other things she had on her plate that day. It was truly as though she cloned herself and Kathy 1 took care of normal business while Kathy 2 focused on Ashley's well being. We're forever grateful for her and having her to help us with our event was the best decision we've made! There wasn't a single flaw in the event, Kathy does her job better than I can imagine anyone else would be able to, it's incredible. Jacque and team were fantastic as well, the flowers turned out to be every bit as beautiful as Ashley imagined. My husband, mother, and I spent a good hour with Kathy a couple weeks before the wedding outlining a day-of timeline. Because of them, I can actually say that I did not feel one bit stressed on my wedding day. Kathy or Karie were always there to help get anything that I, or anyone in the bridal party, needed. During our bridal party pictures, some of the groomsmen were feeling tired and mentioned wanting Five Hour Energy. My groom was also having trouble with allergies. Karie came back not ten minutes later with Five Hour Energy from the gift shop and some Zyrtec from her own purse. Before my first dance, I noticed tulle was dragging from my dress. In a minute, Karie came back with safety pins to fix it so I didn't trip. If this doesn’t show how much this team truly cared, then I don’t know what does. It is obvious that wedding planning and day of coordination is their passion and I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. Everything was perfect, and I can say that if you are considering hiring a wedding planning team, go with Thee Wedding and Event Warehouse. You will not be disappointed! Of course I have to mention the flowers and wish I had more space to do so. Jacque took my vision for the flowers and made it better than I imagined. When I met with Jacque she immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in her ability to manage my wedding. Her experience helped guide my decisions with flowers for our blush, gold, and burlap wedding. Just from one meeting with Jacque I knew I had to switch to her services. As the wedding day approached she was constantly available by cell phone for all my annoying bride questions. The day of the wedding arrived and my flowers were spot on. So beautiful!!!! Both of these ladies did exactly that with our flower arrangements and coordinating everything before, during, and after our wedding. ear! Kathy was absolutely amazing from our very first meeting until our wedding reception was over. The day was even more beautiful than I had dreamed of. All of our vendors were amazing recommendations from Kathy. She helped me through every step of the wedding planning process, even down to the beautifully addressed wedding invitation calligraphy. The most excited I was on my whole wedding day was when I saw my bouquet and my bridesmaids' bouquets! They were absolutely stunning! Jacque is so incredibly creative and passionate about what she does and her vision and mine came together even better than I was expecting. It was so wonderful to have Kathy and Jacque in the background at the wedding. I had total trust in them that everything would go smoothly and I couldn't have asked for more. We enjoyed our wedding so much and didn't have to worry about a thing! These are definitely "thee wedding fairies" to make your day special!

e whole wedding and even after, when looking through pictures everyone raved about how beautiful the flowers were. From our bouquets to the center pieces, down the aisle anywhere and everywhere that I could put flowers I did and Jacque made it all happen. I had a vision of what I wanted to be done and she ran with it and made everything 10 times better than I anticipated and could have ever dreamed of. Jacque is so knowledgeable of what flowers are going to look good together what is going to last the longest anything and everything that I needed to know or adjust she had a solution for it!
