Tyler was an exceptional photographer! He was very easy to get in contact with and was always available for pre, during, and post wedding conversations. He arrived ahead of schedule to the wedding and was such a kind and comforting person who made us feel very comfortable the whole day! We received our photos in about three weeks via an online portal that was very easy to navigate. The photos turned out better than I had expected and can't thank him enough! Book him!

Tyler is the most incredible wedding photographer in the Roanoke area!! He did both our engagement and wedding day photos and made us feel so comfortable the entire time. He makes the pictures a fun, relaxing part of the day (and also does a lot of hyping up). AND he is quick with his turn around in getting your photos back. Cannot recommend enough!!

We can not say enough good things about Tyler! From the moment we booked him he was asking all the right questions and very communicative so that day-of he knew exactly what we were looking for. Not only did our shots come out AMAZING, but he was just the right combination of quirky and professional to make our guests feel right at home— my mom won’t stop talking about him. We got all the big photos everyone expects, but the ones we keep crying over are the little details he managed to capture.

Tyler (and his wife!) went above and beyond. From traveling across the state for engagement pictures to providing emotional support on the day of, they were helpful at each step. We’ll treasure all of the photos and memories they captured for us!

Tyler was great to work from the initial phone call to the end. He was professional, flexible and put my husband and me at ease at every turn. We had a short engagement(2 months) and getting the initial wedding planning going and booked was stressful and felt incredibly rushed. From our first conversation Tyler put me at ease with the whole process and helped keep me on track with information he needed for the big day. Prior to the ceremony my husband took pictures with family and members of the wedding party and was nervous, he said how great Tyler was and made him feel comfortable and able to smile normally. I felt the same way. During our ceremony he took great pictures while never being noticeable to guests or us. He captured one of our favorite moments where I thought our officiant was reading my vow for my husband to say to me- turns out we had come up with the same vow. We have that picture framed. Everyone is laughing and it’s wonderful.

Working with Tyler is so great! He's super communicative in order to make sure he doesn't miss a detail of the day that's most important to you. Just give him the info and he makes it happen. I got my pictures right on time about a month after the wedding and I'm in love with them! Everyone keeps saying how beautiful everything looked. You can't go wrong with Tyler!

We were recommended Tyler by a family member, but after meeting him for a our engagement shoot, we knew he was a great fit for what we were looking for. Tyler was affordable, highly professional, super friendly and knowledgeable, and made the entire process really easy on us. Most importantly, his photos were incredible! Tyler is an incredible photographer! He was responsive, shared great tips prior to the wedding, and made the deposit and final payment easy with reminders. Tyler is easy going, shares his opinions, and follows the plan you decide. We communicated via email and through phone calls where he confirmed all the details and made sure I was getting what I wanted. My bridal party loved him and felt very comfortable posing under his direction. He has a great system to finish the family photos in 15 minutes! We absolutely LOVED all the photos we got, he even sent us a "sneak peak" the day after the wedding! Cannot recommend him enough!!

Tyler was such a great photographer. He was punctual, fun, easy to work with, and creative. He got initial photos back to us so quickly and provided tons of helpful reminders and guides before the wedding. Tyler was an absolute joy to have at our wedding. In addition to being a highly skilled photographer, he was such a pleasure to work with. We loved working with Tyler! We found him online and reached out because we were impressed by his portfolio. We had an indoor ceremony wedding in Charlottesville, VA and saw that his indoor shots were absolutely beautiful. We also took outdoor portraits and they were amazing as well. Tyler's also a great guy and turns out he has close mutual friends with my husband. On the way to our engagement shoot, my husband complained "Two hours of photos? What do you even do for two hours?" Tyler was fun and engaging, and walked us through poses that look incredible in our photos! My husband, who is very much a natural romantic, ended up having a blast. Two hours went by like a breeze. On our wedding day, Tyler brought an assistant and both of their shots turned out amazing! We loved his teasers on Instagram, and we are thrilled with how the rest of the shots turned out. We've used our wedding pictures to create collage books for our parents and they love the beautiful photos, mentioning how looking through the photos makes them feel like they're walking through our wedding day again. The number one priority for our engagement and wedding in December 2021 was to preserve family moments and have the best possible photographer. Hiring Tyler was on gut instinct and he went above and beyond the job. We could not be happier with both sets of photos! He made our family and friends feel at ease (we got so much positive feedback about him!) He captured so many candid pictures of moments we missed and continues to make us laugh and cry as we look back over such beautiful photos. Tyler was amazing!!! We saw some of Tyler's photos online and thought he would be a great fit for our style and were very pleased. Tyler took both our engagement and wedding day photos and gave us PLENTY of photos to choose from. Tyler and Ashley are super fun to be around and kept everyone upbeat and did their best to find locations to take photos even though it was raining most of our wedding day. The rain finally stopped around dinner on our wedding and they pulled us out to get some great outdoor shots. Highly recommend to others!

Hiring Tyler as our photographer was one of the best vendor choices we made! He was so calm, cool, and collected all day which allowed my now-husband and I to truly enjoy the day and all the photo taking. He also provided us with a fabulous videographer and second shooter- both of whom were JUST as amazing as he was. If you want a photographer who goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera, Tyler is the obvious choice. His communication leading up to the wedding was phenomenal and he was always very proactive in reaching out to me- it was rare that I had to reach out to him with questions because Tyler provides that much info all on his own! Weddings can be stressful, but Tyler navigated the day with ease. I gave him a family photo list with easily 40 shots (every photographer’s nightmare, I’m sure) and he didn’t bat an eye. Instead, he helped make sure that each and every photo was taken beautifully and in a timely manner. If I haven’t convinced you to book him yet, just take a look at his work- it speaks for itself! Every photo was stunning and I’d hire him again and again and again. He’s the BEST.

My husband and I absolutely loved having Tyler as our photographer!! He made us—and our guests—feel so comfortable and relaxed around him that we never felt like we were actually posing! That feeling is captured in every picture—nothing but true emotion of the day. I usually hate pictures of myself, but I was so shocked and surprised that every single photo Tyler took was breathtaking. It was honestly difficult to choose just a few to share. I cannot rave enough about Tyler. He was absolutely the best vendor we hired, let alone the best photographer I could have possibly chose. Tyler was such a calming presence on our big day and throughout the entire panning process, which was such a blessing after covid completely upended our plans. His photos were INCREDIBLE, magazine quality good.] I work in media and to me it was very important not to have photos that were too staged and overly edited. Tyler is so good at capturing the natural joy and excitement of weddings and he is amazing at playing with natural light. Tyler always responded to my emails, texts, calls, in a very timely manner and was incredibly flexible with us. He was truly a joy to work with and I'm honestly sad we wont get to see him again now that the wedding is over!

We LOVED having Tyler as our wedding photographer. He is SO talented. He was very easy to communicate with and work with. He is energetic, yet calm, and eliminated much of the awkwardness that can be felt taking pictures. He was very organized and helped make the family portraits and group pictures efficient and easy. We received many compliments from our guests about how smoothly the pictures went despite freezing cold temperatures and snow flurries. Tyler was SO easy to work with. He photographed our small, backyard wedding during COVID-19. He is easygoing and flexible and goes with the flow so that he really captures the true feelings of what is happening. With that being said, he is also able to get pictures taken in a timely, organized manner. His videographer, Bryce, and Tyler both made us feel so comfortable and so special on our big day. Due to COVID-19, my husband and I had to change our original wedding plans, but Tyler was still willing to work with us through all of those changes. He was so accommodating to our wants and needs and I can't imagine having anyone else capture our day for us.

We were coming in from out of state so chatted with him by phone a few times and it felt like we knew each other after those chats!
