About this vendor
Ty’s makes renting white or sailcloth tents—and all the essential equipment for an at-home wedding—simple and less stressful. At our core, we’re wedding and logistics planners who ensure everything comes together beautifully.
Our tent venue packages bring a complete wedding setup directly to your private property—whether it’s a home, cabin, farm, or backyard. We begin by installing a beautiful pole tent with lighting and optional sidewalls. Then we outfit the space with chairs, tables, linens, a dance floor, and trash bins. Outside the tent, we place a luxury restroom. On the wedding day, we return to set up ceremony chairs, refresh the restrooms, install sidewalls as needed, and handle any additional services based on the add-ons you choose.

I wish I could rate Ty's Wedding Services with more than five stars. They exceeded our wildest expectations in every way.
My daughter and her partner wanted their wedd...
ing celebration on a remote river bluff on his family's farm, a spot with no existing services of any kind. With Ty's immense help, we were able to create a magical wedding venue there, and also have a backup plan at a farm building elsewhere on the property. Ty met us twice for site visits at the two locations to determine what would be possible and feasible. He was intent on understanding the couple's vision, and he was flexible, encouraging, responsive and steady throughout both the planning and execution phases. Knowing we could rely on him really managed the stress of hosting a large outdoor event like this. (Note: The site was not sufficiently level for one of Ty's large tents, so we went with two smaller tents, one for the food and another for the band; eveything else (dining tables, drinks, appetizers, bistro tables, etc.) was located in the open air. One further note: The deluxe restroom trailer was a huge hit -- much appreciated by all, based on the guests' effusive praise!)
In the end, the location on the bluff was amazing -- the bridal couple and the guests were all thrilled. Certainly, the weather clearing just in time for the 5pm celebration was extremely fortunate. but everything Ty and his workers did made it all possible and greatly elevated the experience for all. Thank you, Ty!!!

ge and loaded add ons and our guests were blown away by everything saying it was like a real venue even though it was in the backyard. Ty had so much knowledge and was so helpful that it made the day honestly perfect and the stress leading up was relieved by his help.
The only downside with getting married in the marina at Treasure Island is that we were required to handle any set up that we wanted to do down on the beach. Luckily we wanted a pr...
etty simple ceremony with not a lot of stuff on the beach and Ty’s was able to accommodate everything we wanted! Originally we booked a wine barrel for our unity ceremony and all of our chairs, closer to the wedding we found out we would need to provide set-up for our DJ for the music and asked Ty’s if we were able to add on something along those lines to provide a table and generator and they were! Everything was so affordable, they were great to work with, and super personable. I cannot stress enough how happy I was that we found them! I never had to worry about anything and they were great about providing all the updates we could’ve wanted from the date that we booked them. I know they do a lot more than what we booked them for so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any sort of outdoor set up (including at home weddings)!
Wow, wow, WOW! Ty & his team are the epitome of customer service & support! Where do I begin?!
As the mother of the bride, & also an event planner, I wanted to put my “event planne...
r” hat aside & enjoy the bride, groom, the special day & all the guests! Our pre-COVID plan involved a local indoor venue but, at 3 months out, COVID restrictions were a tight “10 people & 2 households.” That wouldn’t even accommodate our immediate family! We scrapped our entire plan & started from scratch.
We were fortunate to have friends offer up their hobby farm for the location, but still had to create a venue. That’s where Ty stepped in. We booked the following services, & here is our take on each:
Tent Essentials Package: the staples!
• A tent is a tent, but Ty’s tents are clean, well maintained & what I loved most about the tents was that they didn’t have the common metal poles on the outer edge. They had a beautiful wood surround for each pole to cover it up & give it a less of a “tent” feel.
• The restroom trailer was the talk of the place! Everyone RAVED about how nice the restrooms were & how clean & cool they were (it was a hot, humid day).
• We only used a couple of the side walls to the tent, but it was nice knowing we had that option in case of rain.
• The lighting draping up to the ceiling was elegant & provided just the right amount of light as it progressed into evening hours.
Farm table: We had hoped to use their new table, but it wasn’t quite ready for our event. Ty sourced an alternative for us that was perfect. We had an arbor over it & the two together were a showstopper! Beautiful & elegant, & a lovely way to put the bride, groom, & wedding party front & center at the head table.
Table & chairs: After we decorated the tables, Ty set up all the chairs, which were some of the nicest I’ve seen! Clean, lightweight, yet comfortable. 😊
Dance floor: Ty recommended the perfect size dance floor to fit our tent & guest count. As we set things up, people were walking on it & we dropped a lot of greenery, etc. After all was said & done, Ty & his crew cleaned the dance floor so it looked like new! They take such pride in making sure everything is neat, clean & presentable!
Trash cleanup: The trash cans were very sleek & didn’t look like a yucky old trash can. We used consumables for our meal, so Ty’s team walked around & picked up plates, cups, etc. It was wonderful! Again – such pride in keeping everything clean!
Fans/heaters: We had each of these at the ready. We used the fans to move air through the tent & keep it cool. Worked like a charm. Had it been a cool day, we’d have swapped the fans for heaters.
Throughout the process, Ty himself was my direct contact. He was so kind, patient & helpful. As an event planner I appreciate his calm approach – you have to be pretty calm & collected to be in this business! He went out of his way to explain services, processes, scheduling. He was onsite the day before, day of, & for clean up after. His service is downright impeccable!
I wouldn’t hesitate for a minute to turn to Ty’s Professional Wedding Service for another wedding or event. Professional, communicative, caring, & knowledgeable all describe the service you’ll get from Ty & his crew – in one word: EXCEPTIONAL! Thanks to them, we were able to pivot our entire plan with less than 3 months to go (we even changed the date) so there was a lot to work out. Everything was wonderful & we can’t thank them enough!
We used their luxury restroom trailer. I didn't use it myself but I heard nothing but great things about the restroom and the attendant.
We cannot recommend Ty's Wedding Rental enough. Our original venue fell through due to covid, and we had no idea what we were doing. Ty called us just minutes after receiving our i...
nquiry and from the first moment, brought an excitement, clarity, and calmness to wedding planning that we could not have done without. Throughout the whole process, he was quick to answer questions, extremely informative, and always so kind. The tent set-up process was incredibly smooth and Ty and his team communicated with us throughout the whole process. And the finished product was BEAUTIFUL! We couldn't believe how magical everything looked. And our guests LOVED the restroom trailers - people are still telling us about how much they loved using them. We would 10/10 recommend Ty's Wedding Rental to anyone!!!

e had so much knowledge about what we would need to create our dream wedding outside. I remember telling my mom how great I thought Tyler was based on the one phone call and she was hesitant and then she met him and realized why I had liked him from the very first conversation. He thinks of things you’d never think about that you’d need which is so helpful when you are planning your wedding. We used them for most everything we needed, tent, tables, chairs, power, restroom trailer, vendor coordinator, lighting, fans, trash cans, mosquito control. They were all super easy to talk to and responsive to our messages. We used Ty as our vendor coordinator for our wedding day and that was one of the best decisions we made. He was INCREDIBLE. He did so much behind the scenes, and contacted all of our vendors to ensure they were where they needed to be when and went over the parking details and everything with them. He truly helped pull off our day and made everything run so smoothly. I can’t thank him enough for what an incredible job he did. We would recommend Ty’s to anyone who needed flawless service for planning any event! They were so incredible and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them and especially Ty who did an excellent job as our vendor coordinator and lifted stress off of us by handling all of that! Thank you thank you!!

d Ty I knew it was the perfect fit. He and his wife met us at the property and asked us about our vision. They had ideas and solutions and had thought of things I never would have thought of. In the end we rented a 120'X40' tent, Chairs, Tables, Dance Floor, Garbage Cans and Removal, and Restroom trailer. And OH BOY that Restroom trailer was the talk of the wedding! Heated with running water, it was an absolute dream. We also added a porta potty and lighting in the tent the week before and Ty happily made it happen. Ty was there the entire day and had a smile on his face the entire time. My Mom said she only wished we would have hired him to do more! If you are a DIY couple doing something unique this is the rental company for you!

ed to FINALLY be a bride and not the day of contact. Ty’s Wedding Rental and Services did just that. Having our wedding at an untraditional venue (family barn/farm) definitely had its struggles, but Ty’s was right there to assist. Not only did they do a great job on the wedding day, I also had a great communicating experience with Ty’s. They replied to my countless emails (some of which were sent during the wee morning hours) and really got my vision for the day. Overall I am highly impressed with Ty and his staff and would recommend them to all of my brides and grooms! :)
Everything was set up perfectly, no day of emergencies, absoutely loved working with this group!

ing at a private residence would be a lot of work and coordination but once I found Ty I found that it was so easy! He provided the tent, bathroom trailor, hot and cold beverages, trash pickup, chairs and sound system for our wedding. I could not be more impressed. The tent was beautiful and fit perfectly. It was a size that I did not even know existed, but Ty did!
His team moved the chairs for us and hid the generator in the woods. All the rentals they provided were beautiful! I was so impressed with the tent and tent lighting and the chairs were comfortable and clean.
The bathroom trailer was amazing! So many people commented on how nice it was and we were pleased to save our parents from a septic disaster.
Ty and his whole team are amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone planning an outdoor wedding not wanting to deal with 7+ vendors. Ty is great to work with, relaxed and smart not to mention affordable!
Ty operates his business the way it should be done; everything you would want from a wedding vendor! Our son and daughter-in-law were married a month ago and Ty's services include...
d chair rental, iced cold water for guests on a very warm day during the wedding service, and our FABULOUS day-of-wedding Coordinator, Sarah! The chairs are very high quality chairs that we could not find available for rent elsewhere, especially for the reasonable pricing that Ty offered. They are padded and very comfortable, with thicker legs that don't sink into the grass like other chairs. As for Sarah, she was meticulously prepared for the wedding day, fully understanding the needs and wishes of the bride and groom. Sarah had a winsome way of always being everywhere, seamlessly making sure there were no worries for the couple or their loved ones. She truly became a family member in the best sense! There are many other services available too - really nice people to work with overall.
Wow. Ty's is a model for how a business should be run. Professional, courteous, quick, proactive...they made our wedding stress-free and beautiful. We rented tables, chairs, tent, ...
and a wonderful restroom trailer from them, and everything was top notch. Ty himself spent so much time with us lining everything up perfectly, and was a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them enough.
Ty's was our rental company that provided chairs and some tables for our outside ceremony in a park in St. Paul. They were an absolute delight to work with - responding quickly to ...
requests, their willingness to add on tables and roping off of the space last minute! I also really appreciated that set-up, take-down and staying while the rentals are present is included in their cost, because that way we didn't have to have family or a coordinator watching the chairs before the ceremony to make sure that no one in the park walked off with any of them!
They were also great with surprise events - there was an unexpected thunderstorm 30 minutes before our ceremony was supposed to take place and they worked a ton to help us move everything inside and to make sure we had the tables we needed inside for the change of location in ceremony. They were a wonderful and affordable option for ceremony rentals and we are extremely glad we went with them for our wedding!

ttempted to make a plan C, or B? Anyway, I got in touch with a few chair rental outfits in the area with less than two weeks to go. Ty's was the most responsive, helpful, and friendly business. Working with them was so easy. They were organized, detailed, flexible, and accommodating. I'm sure signing our contract with them kept the rain at bay, but the white chairs they set up in our shelter were beautiful. :)

d. Ty jumped in and let them know he had a generator, and quickly took off to get it. He really saved the day! Multiple people who were helping me that day made sure to tell me how wonderful and friendly the customer service was. If you use Ty's, you can feel confident that your event will get the attention it deserves. Would highly recommend!
