We really enjoyed the friendly service. The rooms were clean. Free coffee and assorted organic teas was great. The food was excellent.

We stayed in briar house which fits 10 people. It is a 4 bedroom 3 bathrooms. 3 cars fit in the driveway and 1 on the side parking area. All kinds of balconies and patios. Full kitchen 👌 two living rooms and fire wood included. I wish we wou...
ld have stayed longer! Lots to see and do I would definitely come back and stay here again.

This place is beautiful. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Maria in the dinning room was ever attentive and really made my family feel welcome. The grounds are breathtaking and I will definitely be back.

asure and its sweeping lawns and trees and wonderful views of the lake are only exceeded by the gracious service forward excellent staff. From checkin to each and every activity they could not have been nicer and more helpful. The grounds are beautiful. The food was delicious and very well prepared. Everything was fun and the retreat was ultimately successful. Every family is looking forward to next year. A big thank you to everyone at the Lodge.

I attended conferences here in 2023 and 2024 and loved it both times, so my partner and I booked a personal vacation through a Cyber Monday sale expecting the same. Even with the discount, the third time was not the charm.

n in the Brookside building had charming character but serious privacy issues. Paper-thin walls made every movement from adjacent rooms jarring, and the bathroom door doesn’t even latch. Walls and doors are painted over countless times, the vintage-looking furniture felt grimy, and the nightstands are an odd height with granite tops that became a recurring elbow hazard at night. The room did have plenty of outlets and USB ports. The 4pm check-in and 11am checkout also feels tight for the price.
The grounds are beautiful and the included pool and sports amenities are great. Free EV charging is a bonus. Staff are friendly and genuinely try to make things right. We really appreciated the no-tipping policy.
Our dining experiences were disappointing. We were stuck with the same tavern bar menu for our lunches and dinners… no true dinner options. Based on my previous experiences, we were expecting buffet options for all meals. Sadly, only one buffet (for breakfast) was offered during our stay. The food is pricey, and with no restaurants nearby, you feel captive to whatever they’re serving. Our first-night waitress Ryan was exceptional, but the second night we were offered plastic plates at a sit-down dinner. The cocktails and desserts, however, were great.
This place has incredible potential and would be amazing if renovated to modern lodging standards. For now, it works well as a conference venue but fell short as a personal vacation. We won’t be returning for leisure.
