Even though we hired Kristin for "day-of" services, she went above and beyond by discussing and helping us plan logistics months in advance. When we had questions about gratuities, she immediately scheduled a call to walk us through everything. Since she lives close to our venue,
Perona Farms, she also attended our rehearsal to meet the staff and ensure everyone was aligned on the schedule.
On the wedding day, Kristin became the point of contact for our guests, handling any messages or calls that neither my husband nor I could address. She checked in regularly with us, our bridal party, and our families. She even assisted the venue staff with setting up decor, distributed gratuities to vendors, and helped my bridesmaid relocate our card box.
While Perona Farms has an exceptional team with weddings down to a science, I knew I needed a Day-of Coordinator because multitasking, responding to messages, and keeping calm under pressure are not my strengths, especially when hosting a big event.
As a full-time social media coordinator, I’m used to keeping my phone on me at all times. But thanks to Kristin, I didn’t need my phone all night! Even my husband barely looked at his phone throughout the evening.

network of vendors, along with her successful planning process, gave us every confidence that the wedding day would be enjoyed by all with no worries for us. And it was! Prior to the wedding, Kristin visited our out of state venue with us to plan all of the details and to meet with the manager. She successfully interfaced prior to the wedding with all of the vendors and designed and managed the timeline of events on the big day calmly and beautifully. It wasn’t until after the wedding that I realized that we might not have had our wedding desserts if she hadn’t professionally intervened on our behalf. Her estimate for the beverage quantities was perfect, and the UEM bartenders were experienced, knowledgeable, professional and extremely pleasant with our guests. She helped us select and acquire the flowers for the shower flower bar, and has extensive floral design knowledge. Throughout the process, she was always accessible, knowledgeable, pleasant, thoughtful and hardworking, not to mention just fun to be around! We highly recommend UEM Events for any celebration large or small!

ut to her. She went above in beyond in every single way. She connected us with other vendors (DJs, caterer, etc) who were all amazing. She also offered a variety of other services (decorations and flowers, mobile bar cart, picking up liquor, providing bar tenders, etc). There was absolutely no pressure for us to leverage any of these services through her, but we did and it was the best decision ever. On the day of she and her team were absolutely ON IT. If she ever saw my husband or I start to think about any of the logistics, she swooped in to take over and send us back to enjoy our guests. She also brought a whole bunch of things to the event including twine and clothespins to hang table name cards, a glass bowl for envelopes, etc etc. Professional, competent, and a genuinely lovely human being - I could not recommend Kristin more. Friends and family at our wedding commented how "on it" and wonderful she was, and we've recommended her to numerous other people. Christmas trees of gradient heights, lit with white lights, and wrapped in burlap for my son’s December wedding. I had tried a couple other sources who did not have the contacts or resources to undertake the project before thankfully finding Kristin. Kristin was immediately receptive, made excellent suggestions, and carried out the project perfectly. The impact her efforts had on the wedding ceremony was just incredible! She was even able to work collaboratively with the florist to improve the overall look of the ceremony space. My only regret is that we did not engage her for other aspects of the day, as she is very creative, completely professional, and possesses a wide range of talents. Lastly, Kristin returned to the venue that night (at midnight) to collect the Christmas trees so she could deliver them to several local non-profits as gifts from our family. I can think of no better testimony to her character and kindness. If I am ever in need of a planner in the future, Kristin will absolutely be my first call!
Kristin and the rest of the UEM team made all of our wedding dreams come true. We had no idea what we were doing or really even what we wanted. We had some photos, some grand ideas...
and a color scheme. With that, Kristin was able to design a beautiful day for us that we couldn't have imagined.
She was with us every step of the way, helped us bring our ideas to life, kept everything organized, worked with the venue closely to ensure every element in our plan was in place, she advocated on our behalf to the venue, and kept everything within our budget.
Kristin was available for calls, was very communicative throughout the planning process, met us at the venue for walk-throughs with her team, and helped us dress up a fairly unconventional venue space into something stunning and unforgettable. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, she had every detail planned down to the minute in a google doc and helped us stay organized as well as coordinating with our other vendors to ensure they were meeting their timelines for the day.
We loved her constant positive attitude, excitement and her problem solving. We would 1000% recommend Kristin and her team! We are so grateful to have found her and for all her help and support. I truly don't believe we would have had such a perfect, beautiful and fun day without her!

almost everything ourselves, but needed someone to make sure that everything went according to plan, so we hired Kristin as our day-of-coordinator. She asked all the right questions to make sure anything we may have overlooked or could have forgotten about was taken care of, and had all the answers for all of our questions.(She even made sure that we had back-up plans for everything!) If you're looking for someone that is basically OCD, super detail oriented, with a lot of energy, drive, and creativity, she's your gal!

. But each time she kept me calm and optimistic and realistic about what we could and could not do. She offered tons of things to decorate with to make our wedding perfect and boho. She spent hours calling and finding venues, caterers, DJs that were perfect for us. Then when we had to reach out to those people and ask for money back she was right there crafting email and text that helped turn my panicked words into ones that were more clear and direct. She was not only our wedding planner she was a friend and voice of reason when my family was up in arms about all the changes and shifts that inevitably were to happen during a chaotic time. I would 100% recommend her and her team to any couple planning their wedding. She is THE PERSON you want by your side and I am so grateful for all of her help.
