Martin is an AMAZING DJ! We got SO many compliments from our wedding this past weekend 10/26/24! He kept the dance floor full all night long, which was super important to me when looking for DJs. He never played a song for too long and was able to flow from one song to the next effortlessly. He did the music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and he was super thorough with going over all the details with us for the timeline. He is super personable and you can tell he really loves what he does. I highly recommend Martin!

Our wedding on August 24 was taken to the next level thanks to DJ Lucien! He absolutely nailed it—pronouncing everyone’s names perfectly, transitioning our song selections for first dances, playing a great mix of songs during the reception, and taking any day-of song requests. Lucien’s talent for reading the crowd and keeping the dance floor packed was amazing; our guests were having such a blast that they didn’t want the night to end! His enthusiasm and attention to detail made for a vibrant and unforgettable celebration. We had two meetings with him before the big day, and that was all it took to make everything run smoothly. We also loved the flawless, clean setup and the mic capabilities that added a nice touch for speeches. The photo booth was a huge hit and super easy to use, giving our guests fun keepsakes from our wedding. We’re so grateful for the fantastic experience Lucien provided and can’t recommend him enough for any event!

Ultimate Beats Services are EXCELLENT! Martin was a FANTASTIC DJ and wonderful person to work with for our daughter’s wedding reception! Not only was our dance floor NEVER empty but all our guests did not want him to leave when the reception ended. He definitely has a talent with knowing music and his crowd! All enjoyed the music, dancing, and the night went by so fast. Besides being a GREAT DJ, we also consider a must for a vendor in the COMMUNICATION. This was very and always is important to us especially since we were planning this wedding from Illinois where we live. Martin ALWAYS returned any texts, emails, phone calls etc. promptly from either myself or our daughter, the bride!! This was considered the second most important issue for us (the first obviously being a great DJ and keeping our dance floor occupied). We also appreciated the survey he had our daughter/fiancé work on as well as the phone conferences so that he could get to know the couple and their likes/dislikes for music. They (and we) felt important to him and he wanted to get everything correct – very professional! Martin had a very good system set up that made the whole process run smoothly (esp. since we were doing most of it from out of town) from booking his DJ and other services he offers, to paying, and to helping with the planning and order of events coordinated with music and announcements! We also appreciated his flexibility with some last-minute changes for a couple of things we had incorrect or forgotten. He rose to the occasion perfectly! We had done research for a lot of DJ’s in the area and found that Ultimate Beats pricing was very reasonable and worth it for the job performed. Thank you, Martin, for a FABULOUS job and helping us provide a WONDERFUL wedding reception for our daughter/fiancé! All our guests kept coming up to us during the reception saying it was the BEST wedding reception they have ever been too! There is no better DJ than DJ Martin. He had us fill out a questionnaire that helped guide us through planning our entire wedding day and ultimately the absolute BEST PARTY ever! I have never seen so many people on a dance floor as I did at our wedding reception. Instead of a head table, we put the DJ façade on the stage where the head tables would have been so that he was the center of attention. Ultimately, it was the best decision. He was able to be close to the dance floor, feel the crowd, and have a good time. He also listened to us on our music choices and guided us on things we were unsure of. We absolutely loved Martin! Picking a DJ was difficult for us, because it’s hard to know what each DJ can bring to the table by just looking at websites and reviews. Plus they have so much control in the overall feel of the wedding reception. But Martin went well above our expectations. We had made a playlist for our dinner service that my husband and I had created together, and Martin took it to the next level by giving the songs transitions and blending them beautifully together. He also made sure to play songs that we and our guests requested to hear throughout the night. Our guests were on the dance floor the entire time it was open, and everyone had a blast. He was one of the biggest things we got complemented on from our guests. Mid dance people would tell me that they loved him, and even after the night we kept hearing that we had an amazing DJ. And we couldn’t agree more. DJs make such an impact in your day, so look no further because you’ve found your man. The best part for me was when he joined us on the dance floor for a couple dances. Having an awesome DJ was a a high priority. We were so impressed with Martin at our first phone call. He is very enthusiastic and listened to all our important details. When we had our final phone call, Martin made sure he had the correct versions of songs and played all our special music choices for the big event (first dance, father/daughter dance, etc). This small attention to detail impressed us so much! Martin was amazing during our reception and kept everyone dancing and grooving! He played the perfect mix between slow songs and fast beats. And I left feeling like our wedding was the best wedding and party I’ve ever been to. Martin helped us create the day we wanted and was calm, fun, and easy to work with on and before our wedding day. Martin felt natural as our reception MC and flexed the schedule enough to fit our day, but not enough to get off track. We booked Ultimate Beats Entertainment for our recent wedding reception and Martin was absolutely amazing! He was so easy to work with, answered all of the questions I had leading up to the wedding and additionally scheduled a meeting with us a few days out just to make sure everything was in order and perfect for our big day. Day of, he was a huge part of the reason our wedding day went so smooth. He was in charge of the music at our wedding ceremony as well, which also went flawlessly. We ordered his photobooth as well, which was a huge hit at the reception and the photobooth was so nice and so much fun. We also did a monogram light with him, which was just stunning. Martin was an incredible DJ for our wedding! He was well organized prior to our wedding ensuring that all of our songs were correct and all of the wedding announcements throughout the day were accurate. My wife and I were looking for a DJ to have the dance floor going all night with the younger and older crowd, and oh did Martin deliver. The dance floor was packed all night! "A club vibe for people that don't go to clubs" was how we ambiguously described it to Martin. He assured us he was the right person for the job, even as we consistently pestered him with questions. Martin was very skilled at continuously mixing songs and knowing how to not only keep people dancing, but also get more people to join in. Multiple people told us he was the best wedding DJ they'd ever seen, and I would definitely agree! I'm pretty sure some people did not leave the dance floor the entire night. Aside from his skills in the DJ booth, Martin is an incredibly friendly person that is easy to communicate and work with. He always responded quickly to any questions we had, and really helped us formulate a plan for the timeline for the whole evening. We used his equipment for our ceremony audio and everything sounded great. The up-lights he brought added perfectly to the vibe of our venue, with so many colors to choose from. It went so well! Martin was a FANTASTIC MC and partner throughout the entire process. From the very first time my wife and I both spoke to him (separately, I might add), we were both captivated by his energy and ability to make it feel less like a business transaction and more like an agreement between friends. He was attentive and accommodating in all the time leading up to the wedding without ever seeming pushy, and even when it was time for putting together a detailed plan of action, his flexibility took all of the stress out of the process. Having worked in the wedding industry, I've seen many DJs perform. While attending a client's wedding last fall, both my colleague and I were so impressed with Martin, and I inquired for my own wedding shortly after! Martin is wonderful to work with, detail oriented, and flexible. He does a great job reading the room! When some of my older family members were the only ones on the dance floor, he switched up the songs and they had a great time dancing to songs they were familiar with! Not only will you and your guests have a great experience with Martin, but your other vendors will be glad to work alongside such a great wedding industry professional. Highly recommend!

For our wedding on 05/14/2022 at Little Piney Lodge, we used Martin with Ultimate Beats Entertainment. He was very responsive and quick to answer my questions, booking him was very easy and he offered sales around certain holidays which allowed us to tack on Dancing on a Cloud - I highly recommend that service. Two days before the wedding I changed my mind and decided to have Martin handle our ceremony music, which was a blessing because the friend we thought would do it did not show up on day of. Martin arrived early and I was able to show him where I wanted the DJ booth and Photo Booth for the reception part of the night. Martin brought extra speaker to do our dinner service and first dance song, which was in a different area, and a separate speaker for our ceremony. He was set up on time, the ceremony started and wedding party went down but then the devices got so hot that it overheated and the music cut off right before I was to walk down the aisle. I was able to see Martin messing with his devices trying to get it to play but it wasn't, he literally RAN up to his car to get his iPad as a back-up and resumed the ceremony. Our music skipped for just a second during our first dance but then resumed. We didn't get to walk out to the song that we picked, we walked out to the rest of the bridal party's music as he had already announced us - which wasn't bad but not what I wanted. I cannot fault him for the heat, he apologized after we were able to talk but I would use him again. Hopefully he gets a little tent protector for his devices for outdoor weddings going forward but he was great!

I have never been so pleased with a company before. I was lucky to meet Martin before our wedding for him to see our venue and talk with him in person. Unfortunately, Martin was sick at our reception and brought another DJ in. He was amazing as well! Our guests were very happy with the music and so were we. Martin left all of his notes we talked about with him for the other DJ and it went so great! Highly recommend Ultimate Beats Entertainment. You will not be disappointed!
