Owners have been very unprofessional throughout our dealings with them. Paid the full balance of our contracted amount over the phone and were told they had no record of payment or a contract with us. We ended up cancelling with them because despite providing proof of payment and getting acknowledgment that we’d paid, they again claimed later that we hadn’t paid them. After getting confirmation that we’d get a refund for the balance paid, we are still waiting nearly a month later to get that money back.

Joey and Sam are great at what they do. From the first time we met them, they walked us through the process of what could be done and we weened it down to what we would like to see at our wedding. Walking into the ceremony and reception the day of our wedding, they accentuated the room so beautifully. I highly recommend working with them. They have so many options to fit all different types of styles and themes. They are super professional, came in, did their job as planned and made sure everything was great.

Joey and Sam were very accommodating. We browsed thru their collection and they allowed us to mix and match however we’d like. I gave them my vision and they brought it to light. They made our arch for our ceremony and it came out gorgeous. Same with our sweet heart table and back drop! Highly recommend them!
