This is a great one-stop shop for all your wedding needs. As a couple on a budget, we found the wedding packages to be the most reasonable during our search process. We met with both owners, Alex and James, initially and they made us feel extremely comfortable. They weren’t pushy like other companies we looked into. They were very professional and worked with us to create a package that was perfect for our wedding. Alex was our MC/DJ (although he had an assistant there with him) the night of our wedding and he had our guests up and on their feet all night long! The music was great, giveaways were fun, and the lighting was amazing. Guests were raving about the style of music. In addition, the team was very accommodating when we made song requests and even letting the groom do a surprise dance! We decided to get the photobooth because it was affordable and a great way to get even more pictures and capture funny memories. We also went through their company for photography and videography with Eclipse Photography Studios. Joelene and her crew have been nothing but helpful and her photography skills are amazing. You get so many fabulous photos, an album, thank you cards, and wall print. We can’t wait to see our video- the videographer Vinny was so much fun to work with. All in all, great staff and company. We definitely recommend Ultimate Entertainment DJ to all the newly engaged couples out there!

Truth be told, I had high hopes for this company. Everything seemed so amazing at first, and my husband and I couldn't wait for our wedding day. The wedding was great, and we had a blast. There were a few hiccups with lack of communication with regards to photos. First, the photographers showed up way too early. They were under the impression we were doing a first look and we told Joelene that we were adamant on not seeing each other until the ceremony. So they obviously weren't given the memo. Secondly, when we asked after the reception how long for the photos, we were told 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks past and we were told 6-8 weeks. 8 weeks past and we were told 8-10 weeks. By week 11, we were given the photo link. Do not get me wrong, the photos were absolutely beautiful!! I am beyond happy with them. The whole issue with Joelene and why I only gave them a 2 was the lack of communication. I understand how busy wedding season is. But there needs to be more communication and if you set a date for things, stick to it.

Joelene and James were one of the best investments of our wedding. After quite a few photographer meetings, we instantly knew when walking into our meeting this was the company for us. Joelene was personable, honest, direct, and has such a distinct and gorgeous photography style. She was easy to work with and responsive leading up to the wedding. James put together a great package for us that handled all the big ticket items for the wedding and gave us a lot of breathing room. On the day of Joelene and Alex were punctual and worked their tails off! One of the biggest comments from our guests was how great Alex was as our Dj and how dedicated Joelene was to grabing the perfect pictures. Joelene also ensured that we got all the shots in but were fully present and enjoying our wedding. Once we took our couple shots we barely noticed she was there the rest of the night. Our photos are so special and we have one of kind shots to remember our perfect day for a lifetime! I highly recommend Ultimate services to everyone! You won't regret it!

Alex, just wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful job you did at our wedding! As you know, all we wanted was that our guests danced and had a good time! we couldnt have been more thrilled at the turn out and we ourselves had a blast! the feedback has been incredible as well. Most people are saying it was the best wedding they've ever been to, the music was awesome and that they have never seen a wedding where the dance floor was always packed!! we are thrilled and truly grateful for the great job you did for us. we knew when we met you that you were the right DJ for our wedding and you more than proved that!thank you so much for a wonderful evening and memory that will last a lifetime! Jolene, Thank you for being so patient and professional! We couldnt have made it through the day without you. From the morning shoot to the organizing everyone for pictures and helping me bustle the dress(quite an experience..lol) The pictures came out beautiful, and i still tear up when I look at them. I cant thank you enough! We are preganant and wiil be calling you for the baby shoot!

Seemed like the perfect situation, everything in one place! Work looked beautiful and so did all of the samples! We paid in full a year before our wedding. Joelene, the photographer is so irresponsible. I do not understand how she has this business. She did not answer phone calls or texts, a year before our wedding we were given an engagement shoot she didn't answer anything and was an hour late we were about to leave to go home and she finally walked in. Took FOREVER to get those pictures. I was apprehensive about the wedding day, as it is the most important. Communication was still an issue and I had to go through her husband, Alex, who always answered. Joelene was untraceable after the wedding. I have now been married for 6 months and JUST got my albums, and they did not fulfill my contract. Brides and grooms beware. Alex was super entertaining during the reception, he played all the songs on the list. One complaint he did NOT allow anyone to make requests and it really upset my guests. I was very disappointed. Needless to say for $7,500 when you don't make much money is a huge hit to your wallet and more importantly left a sour taste in my mouth. What was supposed to be the perfect day was not so great in hindsight because of the lack of communication. I would advise you to 100% get married at the Grayiff it was so beautiful and they really are amazing, but this company they recommend are out for the money and not for your happiness, which is even more disappointing because they work out of the upstairs of the venue. Do the Graycliff, the staff is absolutely amazing and the venue is beautiful, it was the perfect place to get married, avoid Ultimate Entertainment. So disappointed. I have been so upset I asked for some type of refund, they are sending me a check for $200, seriously 6 months of waiting and false promises and this is how you compensate? Absolutely ridiculous. The level of professionalism in this team is beyond disappointing.

Alex was amazing. Our guests loved the music selections and were dancing the night away. Terrific job and would definitely recommend!!

I searched several options for DJs and Photographers but none compared to Ultimate Entertainment DJs. From the very beginning the Alex was extremely friendly, personable, professional and organized. It was the perfect "one-stop shop" for us especially because we are not Jersey natives. I took suggestions from coworkers and browsed all the sites and I know we made the very best choice. One of the best things about this vendor was the fact that both Alex and his photographers listened and listened well. We had cultural music from the Caribbean (both Latin and French-Creole) and the Creole (Kompa) music to be honest is vibrant but difficult to understand if you do not speak Creole (which my wife and I do not but I have Haitian family). Alex showed us an impressive portfolio of their photography and their was social media clips of other weddings that he services were used and it was amazing. The photobooth was a guest favorite and the perfect suggestion from Alex for party favors as we did not know what to give. He had many great ideas and practical advice. He was very supportive of our own suggestions and was really able to take our vision and bring it to life. He wasn't afraid to say that something may not work and give good reasons for it, which I really appreciated. In the end he would leave the decision to us but at least at that point we saw both sides to the story. He was very responsive and flexible. He always answered our questions and was easy to get ahold of. The staff overall was great and they did an amazing job from the music to the photography. I highly recommend Ultimate Entertainment DJs for both music and photography as they have the experience, the quality and the customer service to pull of an amazing production at a very reasonable pricing.

Alex and his crew did such an excellent job for our wedding! They played a special song for me walking into the ceremony, and it was beautifully done. Every request we made was met, and they packed the dance floor the entire night. Our guests had the best time!

Cannot say good enough things about Joe and his team. They made my wedding an unforgettable day. Weeks later, my family is still telling me how much they enjoyed it. :) Joe was an amazing emcee. I was initially a little worried, as we had a high percentage of 50+ year old guests, but I shouldn't have worried because he had everyone out and having a blast. He even had my 15yo moody niece out dancing and even SMILING! A feat in and of itself!

Alex and James took very good care of us. They had our guests on the dance floor from the beginning of our wedding to the very last song.

Ultimate Ent DJ's did our reception lighting and photo booth... the guys were super helpful and so pleasant to work with, answered all our questions, were super nice to our guests (photobooth) and offered us a great package. would definitely recommend!

Ultimate entertainment far exceeded my expectaions for our May, 2012 wedding. Alex was fantastic, through the whole process he swiflty answered all of my questions. On the day of the wedding I could not ask for more. He played a fantastic mix of music for all of the guests to enjoy. He kept the reception flowing and never lost the crowd!

Alex was the perfect fit for our wedding. He was fun and energetic without being overbearing. He was great with our guests, took requests from everyone, but stuck to what we asked him to do above all else. He was able to keep people on the dance floor the whole time. All of our guests still talk about what a great time they had!

I chose this DJ because they were the in house DJ for my reception facilty, The Graycliff. Alex did a very good job at my wedding and even add some extra spotlights for free. We had a little miscommunication on music style during the day, but it was resolved quickly. I would encourage any bride & groom to work closely with your DJ about the specific songs and styles you want to hear that day. I would also advise selecting as many songs as you can for that day so there are no misunderstandings

Overall our DJ, Alex was awesome! We provided him a list a songs and he followed but still, added some on his flavor. We added on a candid picture option, which is where a photographer will walk around taking pictures of the wedding as it occurs and displays them on 2 huge screens for everyone to see. What a hit!!! Everyone complimented me on that...WOW!!! and you get to keep all those pictures on a CD file to add to your memories!
