The bridal and bridesmaids bouquets were as we envisioned on the front end, if not more elaborate and gorgeous. The groomsmen flowers were elegant and unusual. There was nothing ordinary about anything Flora touched. She worked with our budget and went the extra mile to deliver everything we asked for, and then some. The floral crowns we added for bride and bridesmaids were a highlight. By the way, what Flora delivered was more beautiful than numerous far more costly proposals we received. I would use Flora again in a heartbeat and recommend you do, too!

I absolutely adored my bridal bouquet - so much that I took it home with me the next day and it was still blossoming a week later! Less than a month before the wedding, I had to get a few additional centerpieces, Flora was very quick to respond and had no issues accommodating the request. Everyone at the wedding raved about the flowers and they turned out incredibly beautiful in the pictures. Flora is extremely talented and very responsive! UNNING. They increased the "wow" factor of every part of our event, and now when I look at our wedding photos, her flowers stand out in every picture! I had a pretty specific idea of what I wanted for my flowers, and I visited several florists who didn't seem to quite get my vision. From the moment I started talking with Flora, though, I could tell that she understood what I wanted and how to make it happen. She was delightful to work with throughout the entire process--very sweet and conscientious. She exceeded all our expectations and in terms of customer service, I can't recommend her more. In terms of cost, I'm confident we got a lot more for our money by going with Flora--she was very conscious of our budget and worked with us to stretch it as far as possible. The day following her wedding was Mother’s Day so we sent the table flower arrangements home with some of the guests. I received several thanks you cards from moms raving about the beautiful arrangements and they lasted well into the following week. The bouquets were gorgeous especially my daughter’s bridal bouquet. It was exactly how my daughter pictured it. Nice and full as if she was walking through a garden picking flowers. The priest at our church when she got to the altar with my husband said “What did you do? Rob a flower shop?” If you use Flora for your wedding flowers she will exceed all of your expectations! She does a fabulous job and is very easy to work with.

I wanted and didn’t want to waste time. We met with 4 different florists and Ultimate Floral Design was the only one who was really willing to work with our budget to make my dreams a reality. A lot of places will give you a very broad price range for their initial consult and want you to go back and forth on all the tiny details to narrow down the price, but Flora asked us up front what our budget was and told us what she could do with that based on the pictures and specifications we gave her. I was worried that because we had had our first meeting with her so early in the planning process, Flora might forget what we had discussed by the time the wedding happened. However, Flora is a true professional and when we met with her again about 3 months before the wedding so she could show us a sample centerpiece, it was EXACTLY what I had envisioned. The week leading up to the wedding, Flora emailed me almost every day, just letting me know about little details she decided to enhance or improve that wouldn’t cost us extra money. It made me feel like we had definitely made the right choice. Needless to say, all the floral elements of our wedding were absolutely stunning and beyond what I had imagined. People couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the centerpieces were and several of our guests asked to take them home at the end of the night. I will also add that the delivery staff from Ultimate Floral Design was very professional and efficient in setting everything up, especially during the quick flip of our ceremony and reception room. I would HIGHLY recommend Ultimate Floral Design for a wedding or any special event that requires floral arrangements.

When she realized I had a few less tables she utilized the extra floral centerpieces to decorate by escort card table beautifully. I loved the crystals she added to my bridal bouquet that made it extra special. I only take a star off because there was a separate delivery and pick up charge. While I appreciate that our venue (Clarendon Ballroom) was quite a hike from the shop, it just is hard to wrap my head around that double charge. I had an option to take the vases etc.. back myself but since we left the next day for our honeymoon we just paid the price. Overall, highly recommend everything looked beautiful!! PS because we left the next day for the honeymoon I gave my mom my bouquet, she said it lasted the car ride from DC to NY and another three weeks in a vase.

Even my wedding planner was shocked when she saw them. The priest asked if I robbed a flower shop when I got down the aisle, that's how big and beautiful my bouquet was! She is the perfect florist.

Hands down, she is absolutely amazing, and a true master of her work. During our first meeting, she listened carefully and understood my vision. As we got closer to the wedding, I realized that I needed a few extra arrangements, I e-mailed and she included them without any worry. I corresponded by e-mail and she was able to answer any questions without a delay. Very professional and responsive. My guests throughout the wedding kept complimenting the arrangements and design. All arrangements looked very well thought out and with style and class. I really could not ask for anything else. We are very thankful for Flora and that she was part of our big day! I strongly, suggest her as the florist for the wedding, best decision!
