The planning system was great. We really enjoyed how easy it was to plan the important details. Our DJ was so good at reading the crowd for the later part of the evening!

Matt was so great! He MC'd well and created a great playlist based off of our must play songs and our favorite music! We did the co2 machine and it was such a hit! It is a cool mist so feels great on the hot dance floor (which was packed)! We also got to shoot it off ourselves which was so fun! Great time and we danced all night!

We loved working with Ultra Mix for our Wedding. Other weddings we've been to, the DJ didn't seem to really read the crowd. They totally did. And the result was awesome! They also had easy planning forms as well. Definitely book them!

From the moment the reception began until the very end of the night, Ultra Mix kept the energy high and the dance floor packed. Our DJ had an impressive selection of music and played a great mix of old and new songs that had everyone dancing and singing along. They were able to read the crowd and adjust the music accordingly, which ensured that everyone had a great time. In addition to their musical skills, the DJ was also a great MC. They kept the reception moving smoothly, making sure that all of the special moments, such as the first dance and speeches, were timed perfectly. They also had a great personality and were able to engage with the guests, making everyone feel welcome and included. Overall, I highly recommend this wedding DJ to anyone looking for a talented and professional DJ who will make sure that everyone has an amazing time. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with Ultra Mix. More than the music, which had the dance floor moving non stop, the service was excellent and he took the initiative when necessary to ensure that speeches and toasts were running on time and that each of the participants were communicated with. We were not stressed or concerned about anything all night, and he was very professional. I feel like he was a DJ and coordinator in 1, so the price was well worth it. We would highly recommend them!

My wife and I hired Ultra Mix for our wedding, who were referred to us from a friend. Anyone who gets married knows how stressful of a planning process it can be, and the music is so crucial to the overall experience. UM exceeded all of our expectations. They were super friendly, very professional and unbelievably talented. We highly recommended UM for any event!!!

We couldn't think of a better entertainment vendor for our wedding. We knew that having ultra mix would be a game changer. All of their cool effects plus an easy music planner... It was actually fun just planning it with them. When the actual reception happened...it was mind blowing.

DJ Bennii created an awesome dance floor at our wedding. He did an amazing job of mixing in Bollywood pop songs (half the guests at the wedding were Indian), classic American wedding songs, awesome 90's hits, and a few fun metal songs (at our request). All of our guests have been telling us how much fun it was. The dance floor was hopping all night! Prior to the wedding, we were working with Matt, and he was very quick to answer emails to coordinate everything. We also got a Photo Booth from Ultra Mix, which was a ton of fun. Overall, we're very glad we went with Ultra Mix Events for our wedding!

Summery (full story below): DJ was swapped out last minute, and was not professional Played the wrong FIRST dance song, and many others that were carefully planned. Sound system was not tested prior to my group arriving, and there were sound issues that caused crackling during any song with base. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED We hired Ultra Mix Events for our wedding last June (2019). I waited to write this review to ensure I thought through my feedback thoroughly, and a year later it is still on my mind. When I think of our wedding day I think about how perfect it was EXCEPT for our DJ experience. We hired Matt, based on his strong reviews and were very excited to have him DJ our wedding. We prepared a very thoughtful list of songs and the timeline. The week before our wedding, Matt informed us he had another commitment and was going to switch us to a different DJ. I was not thrilled, but understood things happen. I asked Matt to give us confidence he was still providing a great DJ. He said this guy was great. In short, the DJ showed up to our prep meeting unprepared and on the day of my wedding the system had not been tested (resulting in the sound being really bad and crackling during any base), he played the wrong song on multiple occasions including OUR FIRST DANCE! He was not engaging with our group and did not present himself as a true professional. We could not be more disappointed in Matt's decision to swap us out so close to the wedding and not provide a proven resource as a replacement. I hope for Matt this was a rare happening and not reflective of the true value he brings to the industry. While we cannot go back in time and fix the disaster that was our DJ experience, Matt can learn from this to keep his commitments and provide the level of service his customers expect and are paying a premium for....on one of the most special days in their life.

Although I emailed and communicated with Matt for booking and payment in the end we were paired up with Chase for our wedding.He was great!I listed my music choice very last minute and did not have a chance to talk to him more in depth as everything was so rushed the couple of days before our wedding day but that did not stop him from giving us exactly what we wanted for both our ceremony and reception.Absolutely everyone was dancing at some point or another.It was great!Highly recommend Ultra mix events!

We used Matt for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We could not have asked for a better DJ!! He followed all of our requests exactly as we asked. He knew how to keep the party going on the dance floor, and when to play quieter music for the dinner hour. He made the wedding a really fun party!! Even our wedding planners were amazed at how good of a DJ he was and said he did a great job of picking music and not being cheesy or overpowering. He was better than what we could have imagined and I would HIGHLY recommend!

Matt is a master of his craft. He is eloquent, professional, knowledgeable and completely devoted to his career. Not only did Matt go out of his way to meet with us multiple times to review our timeline, music selections, venue and set up, he took the time to make sure we had a vision of the event. Then he exceeded our imaginations. The lighting allowed for candid video and photos in the dance room. The monogram personalized the dance floor and added a flavor of our character. Matt kept our day moving along in a timely manner and even timed our entrance down to a specific second in our entrance song. He nailed our requested announcements – some were long-winded, some were humorous and witty, and some were sharp to keep the party moving along. He reviewed our playlist(s) and made suggestions, blended and mixed different parts, and adjusted throughout the day to extend songs which were crowd pleasers and cut short any songs that weren’t. Matt’s versatility should keep him entertaining only the finest events for years to come. We highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a kick-ass, high-end DJ who’ll class up your event. We also are happy to provide a letter of recommendation to any venue looking to add Matt to their preferred vendor list.

Matt the owner of ultra mix events is hands down the best DJ you could ask for! I actually found him through an add on Facebook! I was hesitant at first as I had not known anyone who had used him before. However I reached out to him & quickly knew that he was perfect for our wedding after messaging him about ideas! I was not only looking for a DJ but for someone who could also help transform our venue space to represent our ideal vision! Matt along with one of his partners Mike did just that! They did everything I asked for plus more! They put up white pipe & drapes along with twinkle lights & pink up lights around the entire room to give it a soft & romantic feel for the ceremony space! It was BEAUTIFUL!!! Just what I had visioned & explained to them I wanted! They also did the uplighting for our reception space & Matts DJ set up was so nice!! They ALSO provided a photo booth which included fun props & a photo album that Mike helped put together with the 2nd copy of each photo that was taken!! Matt went above & beyond as our DJ for the night! He played every one of our requested songs! He was so organized & on top of everything from ceremony to our entrance announcements , first dances & games!! And to top it off at the end of the night when we were having a blast on the dance floor he kept going. Past our allotted time we had him for! No complaints!! I cannot express how happy we are that we found & had Matt for our big day! Everything was just perfect & we owe a big part of that to both Matt & Mike!!! What a great team!! If your looking for a DJ to do it all.. Ultra Mix Events is it!!!!

PERFECT! Matt was so helpful and professional throughout the whole planning process. Unfortunately, he was already booked for the day of our event but thankfully has a team of excellent DJs! Jeremy was our DJ for the entire wedding day, from ceremony, to cocktail hour and reception. He was PHENOMENAL. I seriously don't have one complaint. Matt was a fantastic DJ at our wedding reception. He came to meet us and discuss the music we wanted. He also had plenty of ideas to help us out when we needed it. He kept the mood energized and fun. I highly recommend him!

We booked Matt to DJ our wedding under the advice of our wedding planner and he was absolutely fantastic! We asked him to keep the dancing going all night and he did not disappoint. Everyone has told us they had a blast and that our wedding was one of the best they've been to. We were both very impressed with how seamlessly Matt transitioned from song to song, and his overall setup was very professional. All in all, we wouldn't change a thing about our DJ and we would certainly book Matt again in a heartbeat!
