About this vendor
I create an exercise and nutrition plan that is built based on your goals, and how you want to look on your wedding day. I train in person sessions out of Youngquest Fitness Center, in Eden Prairie, MN. 30% Discount for in person training for people who found me on TheKnot!
I do online coaching as well. It includes everything you would get from in person training, but for a more cost efficient price (because seriously, weddings are spendy enough, right?) You get nutritional guidance and an exercise plan that are built specifically to make you look amazing on your big day (and all the days you go back to look at those pictures!), the accountability you need to stay on track, all with the convenience of being able to workout whenever it fits your schedule!

My husband and I started working out with Zach a few months before our wedding; after we got our engagement photos back and I knew I wanted to look and feel better than that on my ...
wedding day! We signed up for couples sessions twice a week, and Zach implemented a personalized meal plan for us (that still let me have dessert and a drink to de-stress sometimes 😉). By the time our wedding day came, I TRULY believed every “wow you guys look amazing!” that came out of our guests’ mouths. Zach was flexible with our crazy schedule, always available and willing to answer any questions we had, and what we needed most: MOTIVATING. The personalized attention made a huge impact on the way we trained and made individual goals based on what we wanted to get out of the process. I will forever love the engagement headshots we ended up buying, but DAMN our wedding photos blew us away! Thank you so much Zach!! (See you soon after baby comes!)
