Loved my hair during my special weekend! My bridesmaids were also so happy with their looks as well - 10/10 experience for service, professionalism and flexibility. Definitely recommend!

I booked UnBleavable Hair for my wedding this past September. I liked my hair for my wedding . HOWEVER , the lack of professionalism with this business leads me to NEVER recommend their services. My first time at the salon , the proprietor was late and I learned that I accidentally paid for hair service for two people instead of just the bride . Once I realized this I asked if that could be refunded to which I received notice that I was under contract and it was too late . I took this as a lesson learned . It is now two days before my wedding in which we scheduled the installation of the hair so that on the wedding day the beautician could just style . I arrive on time (7:00 am) to the appointment only to learn the shop was closed . I reached out to the proprietor after 10 minutes in the parking lot to which an assistant responded to my email “she had to drop a family member off at school and she would arrive 20 minutes late “. Not only did she arrive 30 minutes late, but there was no apology or even acknowledgment of her lateness. But to add insult to injury she also STARTED SERVICING ANOTHER CLIENT when she was only halfway through my own stating “it’s just a takedown it shouldn’t take too long “. Enough is enough ! I did speak up about this given that I was now running late to all other wedding errands (e.g nails , family flying into town) because she arrived late . The Wedding Day : I guess this was to be expected . Of course she arrived late. After starting my hair she then asked for the wifi so that she could complete assignments for her online college class as she is also aspiring to go to med school. THIS WAS NOT THE TIME NOR PLACE. While she is on her laptop completing her classwork, my makeup artist reminds her that in order to complete the makeup she needed the hair to be done first . It was at this point , she finishes the hair and makeup was able to finish her job . Naturally, I am now running behind to the venue and the photographer had to cut down on the pictures he could take because of this . I cannot stress this enough : I DO NOT RECOMMEND Unblevable Hair . There are many bridal beauticians in Houston and on your wedding day you want to choose the one who not only can do hair but also adds no additional stress !

Janice was so great! I was so happy to have chosen her. So professional and her skills and talent is unmatched! I felt so beautiful my wedding day. Even for our trial run the hair was so beautiful. She was very prompt and on time on my wedding day. Made me feel calm and just at peace during the glam session. Will definitely use her again for any hair services I'll need in the future.
