My budget for a dress was $1500, so I was nervous when I read that the average spent in this salon was about $3000. But they never once made me feel like I was wasting their time. In fact, they made the entire experience so magical. Kira (a past bridal consultant) listened to all my needs and ended up pulling THE wedding dress for me. They have huge couches for my bridesmaids to chill at and made sure it was just as magical for them as it was for me. Their communication was on point. They ended up getting the dress to me on time. I loved working with them, and I hope all of my bride friends go to them.

I worked with Lilah and had the best experience I have had so far (I have been to probably five bridal salons)! As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and genuine enthusiasm. Lilah really listened to me, got to know me, and showed me STUNNING gowns. I was so impressed with how passionate she was about making me feel beautiful and comfortable! I have worked in customer service most of my life and Lilah is an absolute asset to Unbridaled. I would recommend Unbridaled to anyone looking for unique wedding gowns and phenomenal customer service!

Although I ended up falling in love with a dress at another shop, the selection and experience at Unbridaled was incredible. Ali was so kind and responsive to my tastes and budget, and I would recommend any bride to come here. I also ended up buying my veil at Unbridaled—one I never would have thought to try on without Ali's keen eye!

Unbridaled was by far my favorite bridal salon in Austin. I went to 8 shops and tried on over 25 dresses, and this was the least stressful experience I had while dress shopping. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable; the salon is beautiful and has a wide variety of dress styles and sizes. It is very casual and very ‘Austin,’ and I felt right at home. I had a style in mind when starting my wedding dress journey, but found a dress that I kept coming back to. I went to two more appointments after finding this dress, and knew I had to go back for it. Scheduling, shopping, and ordering were a breeze, and they recommended a list of local alterations vendors. Overall, a great experience - highly recommend adding Unbridaled to your list of wedding dress salons.

Fantastic experience working with Unbridaled in Austin. Unfussy, sincere, and joyful experience - these ladies truly enjoy what they do and it shows. Unconventional and modern dress vendors to choose from that are hard to find in the Austin area. Incredible selection. Payment plan was fair and easy to work with. When a tragedy occurred that altered my wedding the shop was amazing to work with through an incredibly difficult time. My most sincere thanks to Kelsey and the lady who helped with accessories - I apologize that I do not recall her name. I couldn't have asked for more. 1000% recommended.

Ali at Unbridaled was amazing! She reached out to me before my appointment and asked for some ideas I had for dresses, then sent me some designers to checkout before our appointment. By time I got to see her, she had picked out my perfect dress! She was helpful and encouraging through the process of finding The Dress. Thank you Ali! Ali was the most helpful when it came to helping me find the dress of my dreams. Not only that, but she was easy to communicate with & kept me updated on when my dress/veil arrived at the salon. I drove almost 2 hours from San Antonio with my FML,SL,& sister in traffic for my appointment with Kelley. Kelley pulled 2 dresses that I fell in love with. I was getting back in my number one pic to try it on with the veil and started talking numbers as I was ready to purchase it. She then tells me the dress SHE pulled was x2 my budget and probably more after alterations. I then kindly asked if she could possibly help me find something with a similar vibe in my price range. She got smart with me and pulled only dresses that resembled the one I tried and hates most. I am extremely heart broken and upset. I know you it's a business. But I feel like all she cared about was trying to get more money out of me

What a fabulous dress shop! I happened to go in with a bestie who was engaged at the time and though "Well I'm coming here when I get engaged." Soon I was engaged and Unbridaled was my first and last stop. I know the vibe I wanted, picture Stevie Nicks in a wedding dress, and Unbridaled had an abundance of that style! I ended up visiting 3 times before finally pulling the trigger on a gorgeous Rue de Seine dressed called The Wild Harlow. I will treasure this dress forever, thank you Unbridaled!

This place is so cute and Ali was sweet and very helpful. They didn’t have a lot of dresses in the style I was looking in and she was so honest about other places I could try. She truly cared about me finding MY dress versus just selling me a dress from her store.

I had no idea where to start with picking out a wedding dress. I went to Unbridaled based on other reviews and I am so happy I did. I loved picking out my wedding dress there. The staff is extremely friendly and made me feel so comfortable when trying on dresses. They were also not judgmental when it came to my budget and helped me find my dream dress within my price range.

Ali and the Unbridaled team were incredibly helpful, friendly, and thoughtful throughout the entire dress purchasing process. When I first came into the story I had tried on 30+ dresses and not only did I find the perfect one, but Ali made it the best experience by far. My only stop for wedding dress shopping, and the only place you need to go! I went to Unbridaled for an Alexandra Grecco trunk show and bought my wedding dress that day! They had so many designers to choose from and they made us feel so welcome. I went with my mom only and worked with Lisa who was so incredible. She helped guide me through picking out what I think I want and pulling in others to make sure to rule out what I don’t want. She did not rush me and helped me get back into dresses multiple times to check and recheck my thoughts! It was truly a dream day. They kept me updated while I potentially waited for my dress to come in, and recommended seamstresses to get my dress to fit like a glove! Anytime I reached out anyone I spoke with was so sweet. When my dress came in I was able to come back and try it on with a few friends which was so special. I ended up purchasing my veil as well, they had so many great accessory options. They made sure I loved my dress and I did! The entire staff at Unbridaled made the wedding dress shopping experience 10/10!

I bought my wedding dress from a trunk show at Unbridaled and feel that they really went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for my wedding day, including dealing with COVID-related delays and securing the perfect veil at the 11th hour when a family heirloom fell through. In particular, Ali is lovely to work with and was completely invested in helping me find a bridal look that I loved.

I found my perfect unique wedding dress at Unbridaled. I wanted a wedding dress that didn't look exactly like everyone else's, and they helped my dream come true. I actually wasn't sure it was my dress, but the stylist knew me better than I knew myself and I ended up picking the dress she chose for me.

I came to Unbridaled in an attempt to try on a dress I had already purchased sight unseen through another boutique. I am from out of town and was driving through and emailed asking if they had the sample and they did! Ali helped me and was extremely understanding and went above and beyond even though she knew I had already purchased the dress. If i hadn’t purchased already, I would have purchased through them, they were laid back, kind, and didn’t act like I was wasting their time. I had several other less than impressive customer service experiences with other salons previously, and Unbridaled was the opposite. They deserve your business! Also they stock unique dresses and designers found few other places in the US. Definitely worth a visit!

I purchased my dress from Unbridaled and I am so grateful to have worked with such an incredible dress shop. They have a wonderful and very unique collection of dresses. I had so many people at my wedding tell me they truly had never seen such a special dress like the one I had. They were so fun to work with and did not pressure me or make me feel like I had to buy one from their store. I've had multiple friends go to Unbridaled after me and find their dress too. This is the absolute best dress shop in Austin because of their staff, selection of dresses and overall professionalism.

Got the perfect dress for a modern bride who wanted to look dressed up next to her tuxedoed groom, but still feel comfortable and not stiff. Stretch crepe, spaghetti straps, sleek front, dramatic cutout back with covered buttons. Perfect. We were worried about Covid shutdowns interfering with a dress ordered from China but there were no problems, the dress arrived as promised. Great job, Unbridaled. Can't wait to get our pictures!

I had a great experience with Unbridaled. I went to multiple shops before deciding on my dress and they were by far the most laid back. I never felt pressured or like they would be disappointed if I went with a dress somewhere else (not the case for other shops). I came back to try on my dress three times before deciding and they were so patient with me! I also got my veil with them and they steamed my dress for me twice (for bridals and the wedding). Every interaction I had with staff was very friendly and they all seemed so excited for me. Highly recommend shopping with Unbridaled!

I give Unbridaled 4.5 stars. I had a very positive experience working with Amber, and I also met Kelsey once who was great as well. I appreciated that they did not require a credit card for booking an appointment and that they only had one appointment at a time. I felt very safe, particularly as I was shopping during COVID. Amber was friendly, patient, and helped me find options for what I wanted immediately, even though I did not come to my appointment with a lot of clarity. I ended up finding a beautiful dress off the rack that was reasonably priced, and I also found a veil that arrived within 1 week of ordering. The only area that I would have changed about my dress experience was that I would have liked to have more information about what alterations would actually entail. As someone who had never purchased a fancy gown and had it altered, I did not realize how extensive that process was. While Unbridaled did give me an accurate cost estimate, I did not realize how complicated it would be to do something such as add straps to a strapless gown, for example. I am not sure I would have chosen a strapless gown if I had known how much time it would take to find a lace that matched my gown and make it into straps; it turned out to be more complicated than I originally understood. I was also initially recommended a veil with lace that did not actually match my dress. Unbridaled did do a great job but I think some of the stressful back-and-forth with the straps could have been avoided if I had had a clearer picture of what really needed to be done for alterations. Perhaps for people who are not used to this process and/or for those who are dress shopping completely on their own and during COVID, it would be helpful to make sure they know exactly what they are getting into with alterations.

I highly recommend Unbridaled to all brides! Lisa did such a fabulous job showing me my options and allowing me to try different styles I was interested in. She was good at assessing how I felt about each dress before offering any helpful advice. I felt very free to share my thoughts and opinions. Unbridaled offers a wide variety of different styles and designers. I felt like I had a lot of options to chose from, but when I found my dress I knew.

This was the first and should have been my last stop for wedding dress shopping - Amber was great! I went to one other shop and quickly returned to try on my top two dresses. The process was simple, fun and professional. They catered to a variety of budgets and have really unique and bohemian styles - I ended up with something really simple and fairly classic that I loved! Thank you, Amber!

My experience at Unbridaled was amazing!! The ladies there were so helpful and understood my vision for my dress. I ended up purchasing my dress "off the rack" and after I had left the store. They made the process easy over the phone and let my mom pick it up for me. This store really is the perfect place for brides looking for a non-traditional dress.

Incredible experience at Unbridaled! Amber was so helpful as we navigated the wedding dress process! Everyone was so helpful in helping me pick out the dress and try on multiple accessories. They steamed my dress twice before my wedding day and was always very communicative. Highly recommend shopping here. I ended up buying a Theia Couture gown and it was one of my favorite parts of our wedding day.

Amber and her team were so sweet, welcoming and helpful throughout the couple of visits we made to the bridal salon. They had an array of beautiful, unique gowns and accessories. I ended up finding my dream dress during one of their designer show cases and couldn't have been more in love!

After feeling completely overwhelmed by the pomp and circumstance that surrounds wedding dress shopping at a traditional boutique, I made an appointment with Unbridaled. Thank goodness. I finally could relax and focus on the task at hand! It was very nice and pretty, and Amber took great care of me, but it wasn't over-the-top and bougie. Their dress selection is great, and prices are fair. Absolutely would recommend this for someone looking for a less in-your-face dress buying experience.

Unbridaled is a dream of a dress shop. I received such personal and thoughtful service from the very first moment I walked through the door. We initially went in just to look and didn't come back until 2 months later to try on dresses. The same woman who helped me the first time I came in not only remembered me, but helped me every other time I came by. She made me feel so special - as if she was just excited about my wedding as I was. She even steamed my dress and veil the day before the wedding so it would look perfect. The dresses are so gorgeous. It's a great place to look if you don't want a cliche dress, but have more unique style. I wasn't finding anything along the lines of the dress I wanted at other shops. When I went to Unbridaled, they had so many perfect options that I had to decide between multiple dresses in the end! Also, our experience as we tried on dresses was far better here than any of the other shops! Keep an eye out for trunk shows! Ask for Amber!!

Although I did not end up finding my perfect dress at Unbridaled I absolutely loved this bridal salon. They had a great selection of gowns and everyone was so welcoming. My appointment went smoothly and my consultant was able to pull a variety of dresses in my price range and the style I was looking for. I really enjoyed the experience.

I can not thank Unbridled enough for helping me find my dream dress! I found a dress I loved there, but was ultimately on the hunt for a black dress that was within my budget. They reached out the vendor who agreed to custom make my dress in black, something they had never done before. I later found out that Unbridled had reviewed the dress while in the making and made a judgement call on the beading...which was the one thing I was worried about and they knew that. They had the vendor switch the beading color, so when the dress arrived it was exactly as I envisioned it. They kept me up to date on the status of the dress and all of the ladies were extremely helpful and excited about my dress. I could not have asked for a better dress or a better company to help me find my dress!

I got my Venus dress at Unbridaled, and really enjoyed my experience shopping there. The location was perfect, close to where I lived and worked, and the ambiance of the shop made it a fun and comfortable place to be. I mostly worked with Kelsey and Amber, who were both very friendly, helpful, and gave great advice. They also humored my overthinking tendencies and my multiple visits to the shop to try on the dress to “make sure” before I purchased it. I even came back a few times afterwards to make sure the shoes and jewelry I’d picked out would be complementary, and, as I was usually alone, Amber did a great job of standing in as a gal pal and helping me make some fashion choices. I loved wearing my dress, and didn’t want the evening to end because I felt so great and beautiful in it! Thanks Unbridaled!

This was the first bridal shop I went to when looking for my wedding dress. It was the place I was most excited to go because it has more unique styles. My wedding dress was the second dress I ever tried on. It was amazing! The staff were all so helpful and they really wanted me to find the right dress. I got my wedding dress from Unbridaled and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The consultants really helped me narrow down my ideal dress style and made me totally comfortable while trying on the sample dresses. I found two dresses that I loved but I was having a hard time deciding between the two and they helped me talk through the pros and cons of each and decide which would suit my personality and wedding best! They also provided great recommendations for alterations and I was pleasantly surprised when my dress arrived a month earlier than they originally estimated. Overall I had a great experience and loved their unique, gorgeous selection of dresses.

The woman that work here are truly a blessing. Because of an illness in my family, I moved my wedding up from 9 months to 2 months and they worked so hard to get my dress. The owner called the designer of my dress and was able to get it rushed shipped in 4 weeks. I could not have imagined my wedding without my perfect dress and these woman made it happen and helped make my wedding complete. They were amazing to work with.

This was the best experience trying on wedding dresses. Amber was the one to help me (I had an appointment) and oh my gosh- this place has so many options from styles (vintage to modern and everything in between) to ball gown and mermaid, etc. you essentially get to pick what you like (sizes are what they are so you have to use some imagination on those that, in my case, were too snug/unzippable). Amber was so helpful and funny. She never once made me feel uncomfortable while helping me get in and it of dresses and could explain the linings, style and color options of each one. I honestly had the idea of dress shopping to be uptight and have snippy people working with me to fit in dresses and it was nothing like that. It was so relaxed and she was very accommodating pulling a few more dresses for me to try based on what I liked on others (key hole back, etc). Definitely make this your stop while dress searching! They even were open and not pressuring about dresses outside of your budget.

Best choice for a second or unusual wedding, including one with a Honky Tonk theme. I never would have picked the Claire Pettibone dress they suggested I try on, but it was perfect. Absolutely perfect. I love looking at it in pictures a year later (if only I could wear it again....). The people at Unbridaled have an eye for finding the right dress for a person’s body and style.

I had the HARDEST time finding THE DRESS. I went all over Austin and even to New Braunfels but still found nothing. The way that Hannah at unbridaled worked with me was so personal and unforgettable. I went in two different times, the first time I had my fiancé' mom with me and it was a bit distracting so when I came in again I wasn't sure if I would have Hannah again. But I did! She was so sweet and even remembered me! We tried on a few things but I had a hard time finding anything I really loved. Hannah was so good at listening to all the things I wanted and she ended up doing just that! When we put it on SHE started crying! I had to go to another salon due to a promise I made my future in laws but I went back and it was honestly so much fun! The owner even played beyonce in the store when I said yes!! I am so so so happy with my dress and experience at unbridaled and with Hannah! I would recommend this to EVERYONE!

The girls of unbridaled are amazing! I was in a jam the day before my wedding after driving in from Houston and my dress get very wrinkled in the car. They told me just bring it in and steamed the whole thing to perfection for me. They could not have been any nicer and really saved me in a bind!

Overall I think I tried on 50+ dresses at around 7 different bridal boutiques in Austin, and lucky #40ish was from Unbridaled - THE. ONE. The dress was beautiful, classic and unique which is just what I was looking for! The ladies there are very helpful and ordering/delivery/steaming was very easy with them. The only pitfall happened when the dress came in. There was an option to send the length measurements to the designer making the dress, which sounded like the best option since there were larger appliques on the sheer part along the bottom of my dress that would be hard/expensive to move if the standard dress length came out to be too long once they made it. I opted to do this in an effort to only have to have it taken in by the zipper, not in length, so while ordering at the store they had me try on the dress with the heel size I wanted (I grabbed a Nina heel that they had in the store which was a 3-3.5"). With this in mind, I found the perfect 3" heels to go with my dress. Unfortunately when the dress came in it was too short to wear with those heels and that shoe did not come in a shorter heel. Though it was likely more comfortable wearing a 2" heel for my wedding day, it wasn't what I pictured to wear and I had to search everywhere for a bridal shoe in 2" that fit my style and dress.

Unbridaled was essential to my wedding! I went in not expecting to find anything and found the dress of my dreams! Their dresses are so unique and interesting from great designers. I loved my dress so much, and they were very accommodating with my compressed timeline! Couldn't recommend enough!

Unbridaled was the first appointment I made to try on wedding dresses and it ended up being my last! At the time, I was living on South Lamar and would always see the store when I drove by and want to go in. Luckily when I got engaged I finally had an excuse! I brought along my mom, sister, two aunts, grandmother, and best friend/MOH. I honestly was not expecting (or really wanting) to have a huge crowd but they all came in town so they all came along! Lindsey was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. She was so sweet and just made the whole experience that much better. The selection at Unbridaled is so unique. They have so many different types of dresses all along the spectrum of super traditional to super funky. I wanted something a little bit more traditional but with an edge, and I definitely found that in the gorgeous Ivy & Aster Sophie gown. For my alterations, they gave me a list of their preferred vendors and I went with Lupe. Boy, is she an interesting lady! She did a great job. My bridesmaids also got their Jenny Yoo bridesmaids dresses at Unbridaled, and since not all were local, they made it so easy for them all to order their dresses based on their measurements. Unbridaled has an amazing selection of dresses, but even more importantly have impeccable customer service. Thank you, Lindsey!

Unbridaled was the first place I went to to try on dresses. Found so many I loved but felt like I had to see what else was out there. Went to at least 5 other places and found things I liked, but nothing that was totally me. I just thought I wouldn't have the "YES" moment and instead would gradually fall in love with a dress. I went back to Unbridaled and was debating between two Claire Pettibone dresses. The person helping me asked if I had tried on the Cheyenne gown by Claire Pettibone. I hadn't, so she brought it to me and the rest is history. Fell in love then and there and felt like a queen on my wedding day. All their dresses are unique and modern and beautiful. Definitely recommend trying Unbridaled.

Unbridaled is AWESOME! I can't say enough great things about my experience there. I was extremely nervous about the whole process, since 1) my parents were out of state for an extended period of time, and would not be able to go dress shopping with me, so, I had to go alone and 2) I had previously purchased a dress online and it did NOT work, so I was back to the drawing board and clueless about what I wanted. Budget was also a factor but I didn't want to buy a cheap, average wedding dress. I wanted an atypical wedding dress but because I am a size 14-16, I was worried nothing would fit or look good on me. But I was so wrong! Eileen, the bridal consultant assisting me, was SO helpful and sweet and found me the most perfect, simple and gorgeous yet extremely affordable lace dress ON THE FIRST TRY! I tried on a few more just to be sure, but the first dress was The One. She also picked out a beautiful sash to go with the dress. I think she could sense that I was apprehensive about going through the whole experience as well as having to shop alone, and she really helped me relax and get excited about it all. The store was very nice and never loud or crowded like a lot of other bridal boutiques (I think I was the only one in the store almost the whole time at my first appointment). Lastly, I just wanted to speak to the previous comment below regarding the store not having sizes over 4- that was not the case when I went. As I said above, I am a size 14-16 and my biggest fear going in was coming out feeling fat and unpretty.... but actually the complete opposite happened. I felt slender and yet still very comfortable, and for once had zero insecurity about how I looked in a dress. Incredibly gorgeous, yet very affordable gowns, I highly recommend making this your first stop.

To be honest, finding the right dress was one of the most scary and unfamiliar parts of planning for me. I didn't think the 'ahhah' moment that people talk about was a real thing. I've never watched those say yes to the dress episodes and knew nothing about what to expect of the process. Thank you, Unbridaled, for being my first and last appointment for this portion of our planning! It was almost too easy to find the perfect dress thanks to the personal attention I received and the honest advice that the staff here provided for me. To make a long story short, I called all of my other bridal appointments and canceled them, I had found the one that was for me and it took less than an hour thanks to their selection and expertise. Not only did Unbridaled help me find the perfect dress at half of my budget, they were very accurate in telling me the adjustments that I would likely want to have made and were knowledgeable enough to take what those alterations would likely cost into consideration with my budget! The dress that I chose was the third one that I tried on in my first bridal dress appointment ever and I am still completely at ease and pleased about my decision. I purchased my wedding gown today at Unbridaled. It was the first boutique I went to and I was so pleasantly surprised. I was warmly welcomed, made to feel incredibly comfortable, and helped along every step of the way. I was not on any type of time constraint, and they never acted like they were ready to push me out the door. They were sensitive to my needs/desires and not pushy at all. 10/10 recommend. I was more than happy to drop a few thousand dollars into the hands of this business.

I've helped many of my girlfriends look for the perfect dress as they planned their weddings, so when it came to booking appointments for dress shopping I knew exactly where I wanted to go. Unbridaled was meant to be my first stop, but it turned out to be my only stop! The ladies who run this shop are not only passionate and knowledgeable about the brands they carry, but also excellent about giving advice and guiding you through the process. Even though the first dress I tried on ended up being "the one," but they encouraged me to try on other fits and styles. In addition to having plenty of styles and price points to choose from, they keep their sample dresses in excellent condition. I probably tried on 25 dresses and you could tell that they were all extremely well cared for. I was also impressed at the variety of veils and accessories. I ended up walking away with my entire wedding day look that afternoon! My mom and I truly enjoyed this once in a lifetime moment and highly recommend this shop.

Now that we have purchased a dress (somewhere else) and have been to several other bridal shops, I have come back to review Unbridaled. This is a very large store (compared to other highly rated shops in Austin) with a lot of dresses, but we left the shop not impressed. There was basically no privacy while trying on the dresses. (I am the Mother of the Bride) There is a large area where all the Brides are trying on dresses. Although each bride has their own curtained area, there is no privacy with seeing the Bride in the dress and talking about the dress, etc. This really lessened the experience for us. I don't think the young lady helping us was very experienced in the bridal industry either. Just an observation now that we have experienced several other bridal shops. I would recommend looking first at other shops, especially if you are looking for a special bridal boutique experience.

My whole experience with Unbridaled was amazing! This was my first bridal appointment and I ended up purchasing the very first dress I pulled off the rack. I felt so at ease and calm through the entire process, and I got SO MANY compliments on my gown at the wedding! Absolutely, 100% the very best place to buy your wedding dress in Austin.
