Although, I did not get my gown from Unbridaled, I would recommend the shop to any bride. Vanessa my stylist was professional, warm, and instantly picked up on my personal style. In fact, the dress she selected was going to be “the dress” had I not found my dream dress at a sample sale for 75% off. I intend to shop with them from my reception dress.
So so happy I chose Unbridaled. I went into the appointment with my mind set on what dress I was going to be getting and walked out with the complete opposite. Kristin and the ladies made the appointment so easy and they made sure to listen to what I was wanting and helped me find it with no problem. I can’t thank them enough!
I can't say enough positive things about this bridal shop. I went in with my dream dress on the mind, as this was the only shop in Louisiana that sold it. The employees made sure I tried on a bunch of other options, before trying on my dream dress. When I finally put THE dress on last, everyone in the room knew it was the one.
I felt so special during my appointment and was catered to by all of the staff. They helped me choose my dress and made it an amazing experience as well. Can't say enough about Kristen and the rest of the staff. If you're a bride in need of a boho dress, GO TO UNBRIDALED NEW ORLEANS :)

I do not recommend. They didn't use any of my inspiration photos, and had me try on the one style that I told them I didn't like. All the dresses fit very small or not at all. They offered no options for trying on dresses bigger than my size and clipping it in the back, as most bridal shops do. The shop was very warm, which made trying on these extra small dresses even more stressful. I wasn't offered water or anything. The dresses were all dirty on the bottom. I could actually see discoloration and dirt. Their prices are outrageous. I spent almost $2K on my wedding dress from a different shop, so I was not opposed to spending. But they quoted me $5K at Unbridaled for 3 mismatched and awful looking pieces that I was told to "imagine" how they'd look together. nope!
Hands down the best bridal shop in New Orleans.

The dresses are stunning and speak for themselves. They have SUCH a wide selection of dresses ranging from a more traditional to a unique look. Also, they have many different accessory options for their dresses such as removable sleeves as well as removable skirts.
As for service, Kristin was amazing. I was contacted prior to my appointment about specific dresses I’m interested in which made me feel more prepared. Kristin also picked additional dresses based off of my taste that helped me find my vision. She was the perfect mix of “giving advice” and “allowing me to pick the dress.” She 100% knows what she is doing and I don’t think I would have chose my dress without her help. They also allowed me to take a few days to think about the dress and come back to try it on again and make my final choice.
If you are looking for a breathtaking dress, Unbridaled is your place!!!
Wonderful store with absolutely the best assistance. The dresses were current and affordable. Every single dress pull for my daughter was beautiful and different.
I highly recommend going here. If you want a more modern, show-stopping unique style this place is for you. Did I mention the staff was outstanding! Love, Love , Love and my daughter said YES to the dress!
I cannot say enough good things about Unbridaled. I went to several other stores in the New Orleans area when dress shopping and none compared.
Kristin could not have been more helpful and always quickly responded to and had an answer to my questions. She ultimately made my vision of a perfectly customized dress come to life! I could not be happier.
My mom and I had a last minute appointment scheduled at Unbridaled and I was NOT disappointed. Kristin made me feel like I was the most important client she has ever had. The personal attention and professionalism received was unmatched. We were not rushed through our appointment (like at some salons) and she got a feel for exactly what I didn't even know i needed within 10 minutes of meeting me. Not to mention the gowns/designers they carry are absolutely breathtaking. If you are looking for something modern, fresh, and STUNNING without feeling pressured by staff then Unbridaled should be one of the stops you make in the search for your wedding gown. It was a stress-free, fun, and very productive bridal appointment.
