Although the Day-of Coordination package officially begins about six weeks before the wedding, from the moment Lisa stepped in, it felt like we had hired a full-service planner. She immediately took the reins, contacted all of our vendors, confirmed every detail, built a flawless timeline, answered our questions, and made sure nothing was overlooked. She gave us complete confidence that everything was under control and a huge senseof relief. On the wedding day, Lisa and Ashley were absolutely phenomenal. It was such an incredible relief not to end an amazing wedding day having to search the venue for décor, signage, keepsakes, and personal belongings. Instead, we were able to simply enjoy the celebration, knowing everything had been thoughtfully taken care of. Because of Lisa, Ashley, and Jessica's teamwork, our family was able to relax, be fully present, and simply enjoy one of the most meaningful days of our lives. ntire wedding by myself, but the one thing I kept stressing about was having to coordinate timelines and vendors on the day of the wedding. Ashley Brien was my wedding coordinator, Ariana Caruso was my assistant coordinator, and Siobhan Wright was my personal attendant — and they were all absolutely amazing. Ashley and I met on Zoom twice, and I filled out a very detailed online interactive form that helped create my wedding timeline. We also did a walkthrough at my wedding venue where Ashley showed me exactly where everything was going to go, and we went through the timeline step by step. It made me feel so much more at ease and organized going into the wedding weekend. One of the best things they did was provide every member of the wedding party with a printed copy of the timeline with their own name highlighted, so everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. That level of detail and organization made the entire day run so smoothly. Any bump in the road or last-minute change I had, Ashley handled it and made everything seamless. Siobhan was at my Airbnb the morning of the wedding steaming dresses, making sure everything was in order, and helping wherever she was needed, while Ashley was behind the scenes coordinating with vendors. They also came prepared with an emergency kit that had chalk, a sewing kit, an umbrella, and so much more. I actually got lipstick on my wedding dress TEN MINUTES after putting it on, and Ashley used chalk to cover it — you could not see it at all! This incredible team was absolutely perfect for my wedding day. I cannot recommend them enough. The money is well worth it, and I would choose them again and again.

Wedding Day: GRATEFUL that Lisa & Jeanette were by my side the entire day as they kept me sane. They ensured that we were hydrated, fed, and if assistance was needed, they were there. Lisa & Jeanette were attentive, friendly, and fun; not only with us but also with our guests, which made it even better. By the end of the night, they joined in on the fun by taking a photobooth picture, which made my partner and me happy to see. Brides, I know a wedding coordinator can seem like an extra investment, but 1) the UC team has multiple options to make it feasible, and 2) the time and stress saved is 1000000% worth it. I promise. Many brides say they're thrilled when the wedding process / planning ends because of how stressful it can be, but I'm a bit sad it's over because I didn't have that experience - in HUGE part to Lizzie and Meredith. As I mentioned, I'm not much of a planner, but her suggestions, guidance and logistical awareness made it so I could still have control of our wedding, but also be able to entirely relax once we got to New Orleans, and simply just focus on getting to marry my best friend. Consider yourself lucky if you get to work with anyone on the UC team, but even more lucky if you get the pleasure of working with Lizzie and Meredith!
