ent back about a month and a half ago to look for a Mother of the Bride outfit. Suzy , the owner, helped me and I did make a purchase!
Suzy was incredibly intuitive and very keen to my vision. It seemed like she waved her magic wand and before me were the perfect dresses all lined up to try on. I believe that it ...
was Suzy's thoughtfulness that led to an easy breezy choice. She swooped in and out seamlessly to remove dresses that proved to be less than right for me so that my brain could keep focused. The dress that I purchased is most perfectly flattering for my figure. I am certain that I will glide up the aisle of St. Mary Basilica at Notre Dame, IN with true confidence when wearing this dress. Thanks to Suzy for her visual acuity and strong social intelligence...it's like she knew me and brought out the best in me as if she were my best friend since elementary school!
Caitlin was amazing throughout the whole process! Highly recommend under the arbor for trying on/buying your wedding dress!

s I liked, she helped me find my dress - it was the second one I tried on! They were incredibly understanding and did not pressure me to make a decision before I was ready. Also, they had a ton of helpful advice and ideas to help me bring my vision to life. I ended up buying my dress and veil here. I highly recommend going to Under the Arbor if you want a more personal experience. You’ll feel like you’re their only customer even when they’re busy.

r me to try. It was stunning, but not the one. It was a very close second that led Caitlin to pull THE dress. Not only did I find and say "yes!" to THE dress at Under the Arbor Bridal but also THE veil and THE earrings both of which Caitlin also pulled. She understood my vision better than I could articulate it!
The energy of the shop is so positive, and the dress selection is excellent. I really think they've got options for any bride!

he attention to my needs, wants, and concerns was warming. I chose what I thought was my dream dress and due to a fitting issue, I had to choose another. These guys were so so accommodating and genuinely just cared that I felt amazing in my dress from them. And the dress I ended up buying is ✨perfect.✨
The time they took to get to know me and who I am as a bride and the vibe I'm going for touched me, this is obviously a passion for the people at Under the Arbor. Unbelievably grateful for the gift I was given by walking in their door with an impromptu appt!
They are so friendly, fun to work with, and very helpful! I've never been the best at figuring out what I want or putting it into words, so I appreciate their patience as well as t...

the best! So personable and down to earth. I just loved working with her. She pushed me out of my comfort zone. I went in wanting sleeves and she challenged me that she would change my mind about that. She understood my issue and damn didn't she find dresses without sleeves that I was comfortable in. Not only did she make the experience comfortable, but I had a lot of fun. I highly recommend this shop hands down...Plus I live in Fairport and if I can shop local, I am very happy!!
Thank you Suzy for all of your help.
I went to Under the Arbor to look for a MOB dress. I HATE to shop and was kind of dreading the process. I worked with the owner, Suzy, and had a great experience. Under the Arbor ...
works by appointment only and I had as much time and individual attention as a bride shopping for her wedding dress. I tried on a number of dresses -- there are MANY to choose from -- narrowed it down to two, went back a week later and ordered my dress. Under the Arbor was my first stop and it turned out to be my only stop; I found a lovely dress that's flattering and that I feel good wearing.
I had been to several dress shops before finding Under the Arbor Bridal. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with this shop. As the MOB, the selection was large and appropriate fo...
r someone in their 60s and fuller figured. Suzy was very helpful and, as MOB herself, could relate to my wants and needs. I would recommend this location to any mom looking for THE dress.
wonderful ladies to work with on finding any dress you need for your special day!!
I had the BEST experience at Under the Arbor. Caitlin was super helpful, kind, and fun! I was nervous going into the process but she made it such a great experience. One thing I lo...
ved was that they let you walk around the shop and pick out dresses to try on, as opposed to other bridal shops that only go to the back and pull dresses for you. My mom, friend, sisters and I were able to walk around the store and look at every dress they had which helped me explore different styles, colors, etc. They also didn’t pressure me at all to buy my dress the day of my appointment. I came back the next day to try on one more time and officially purchase my dress and they were super sweet and excited to see me back. Overall 11/10 experience and I would highly recommend!!
I highly recommend Under the Arbor Bridal if you are looking for a dress for the mother of the bride/groom! I went to my appointment just intending to look at styles that might wo...

Went to Under the Arbor today and I must say it was an amazing experience. Searching for a MOB dress with a fuller figure has been a difficult challenge. Other Dress shops we went ...
to were not very helpful and or they had no selection to try on. I had pretty much given up expecting to find anything I felt good in. At Under the Arbor I was able to try on over 10 dresses in different styles and colors and still could have tried on more if I wanted to. We felt very welcome the minute we walked in and Suzy and her husband couldn’t have been more helpful in helping me find the perfect dress!

hed me through my indecision when it came time to decide on the dress. She did not make me feel pressured to buy there at all, but I knew that's where I wanted to buy my dress once I had such a lovely experience and found the most beautiful dress that made me feel like myself. Suzie and Caitlin we so gracious to my family/guests who accompanied me. They made me feel like their only customer.

or my son’s upcoming wedding. Suzy and her daughter made my anxiety disappear. They were both relaxed, so very helpful and honest about how I looked in each dress. I would definitely recommend this shop. They have some beautiful bridal gowns as well.
I had been to 5 bridal shops prior to discovering Under the Arbor Bridal (in the old Katherine Patricia shop). Walking into their shop was like walking into a beautiful fairytale. ...
The gowns were some of the best and most beautiful that I've seen in all of the bridal shops I've been to between Rochester and Saratoga Springs. I immediately found several dresses that fit my style perfectly, and I was in and out with a dress on the way in UNDER an hour. Caitlin is the daughter of the owner and was extremely helpful without being pushy or sales(wo)man-like. Working with Caitlin felt as if I was just trying on dresses with my best friend. I was floored by how affordable my dress was, and will be sending everyone I know who is getting married over to Under the Arbor Bridal. It was also a really cool touch that I got to sign their "I Said Yes" Dress! 😍 Thanks, Caitlin, for an amazing experience!
