I worked with Undercover Tents as I planned my wedding, and I had a terrific experience working with them. After we locked down our venue, UT was the first vendor we contacted. The...
y have a lot of experience with event planning, and I couldn't be more grateful for the guidance they gave us. Planning a wedding is overwhelming, and everything you want to do raises a set of questions about how you're going to get it done, and the helpful people working at UT helped us think through all of this as we figured out what kind and size tent/chairs/tables/and so much more that we needed. They were also flexible with us which is important as weather and guest count conditions change. Lastly, we were happy with everything we rented from them. Everything was in top condition and arrived the day before our wedding, helping to reduce the stress from an already chaotic day.
Absolutely recommend!!!!! Erin, Luke, and Team were fantastic from start to finish. Erin coordinated everything leading up to the day like a pro and Luke and Team executed installa...

ppy with everything we rented, and the service and communication with Luke and Erin was top notch. We even had an issue when we overloaded a generator, and were able to call Luke who troubleshot us through a solution during the event. The pricing was reasonable compared to other rental companies in the area, and everything they provided was high quality. We would recommend Undercover Tents to anyone!
My wife & I had an amazing experience working with Undercover Tents. The pricing is unbelievably simplistic and upfront. The entire catalog, including pricing is available on their...
website. The company is easy to contact and available for last minute changes and questions. Delivery was seamless and timely. The staff was very professional and accommodating throughout the entire process.
Our summer wedding was held in a field overlooking the mountains. Undercover tents supplied us with everything from the tent to the spoons. They also included professional and luxurious mobile bathroom which our guests were very impressed with. Thank you to the staff! They were great!
Undercover Tents was wonderful to work with and I can't recommend them highly enough! Erin helped us coordinate everything ahead of time, including helping us figure out what size ...
tent and dance floor we would need for our number of guests, as well as sending us about 15 updated versions of our layout as the guest list changed and we decided to hire a band. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. The setup of the actual tent, dance, floor, and stage was incredibly smooth despite a tricky layout and very narrow fences at the farm that they had to back multiple trailers through. The tables, chairs, tableware, and linens we rented were beautiful. We also rented a restroom trailer which was incredibly nice and felt like the inside an actual restroom despite being in the middle of a field. Overall, it was a fabulous experience and I so appreciated Undercover Tents making a day that could have been stressful so easy and lovely.
Erin was so great to work with. Our planning was all done remotely and she was very prompt at communicating. Due to COVID, our guest count kept changing and she was extremely under...
standing and patient with us in sharing different tent layouts explaining the various options that would work best for our requirements. The tent set up and lighting was extremely well done and allowed us to have a safe and beautiful outdoor celebration. We highly recommend Undercover Tents for your next outdoor event!
We rented the amazing 4-stall bathroom trailer for our wedding. Luke was very generous, delivering the trailers far ahead of the event and worked with us on the perfect placement o...
f the trailers. When we found that our generator was not strong enough for the trailer, he suggested several options rather than selling us on renting his generator.
I cannot recommend Undercover Tents enough. We had a smaller wedding in my in-laws backyard in NH, Luke and his team provide tents, tableware, ceremony benches, restroom trailer - ...
all the works! It was beyond expectations and truly brought our vision to life. The fairytale wedding of our dreams!!! The professionalism and organization of this company is amazing - I highly enjoyed working with them. They alleviated so much stress by being so on top of their game. I LOVED Undercover Tents!!! 10/10!!
Luke and his team have beautiful, new equipment and are focused on customer service. They took the time to visit and survey the property before the event to make sure our desired t...
ent size would fit, then were incredibly patient and helpful as we asked endless questions and shifted our order numerous times during the process. We also rented a bathroom trailer from them and many guests commented that it was nicer than many bathrooms at nice indoor venues. We loved the gold silverware too! As the company is fairly new, they don’t have the same breadth of selection as some other companies, but they’re growing by the day, were happy to help us figure out what would work for our event, and ultimately completely understood when we rented a few items that weren’t in their inventory from a different company.
