Worst service I've ever experienced in my life. I booked for wedding cheesecake come to find out the cheesecake melts if it's not frozen and they told me to keep it in the freezer ...
& only leave it out for 30 min at a time, which clearly is not do-able at a wedding. I was the told that I would be given a refund 2 months ago, I have yet to receive it and I am no longer able to make contact with this company. Terrible business and customer service.
Amazingly delicious and beautiful desserts! We loved all of the flavor choices and that we could mix and match various desserts all at one shop. We went with 3 styles of cheesecake...
, 2 types of brownies and a small cutting cake. We personally love variety, so this was right up our alley! We did have a miscommunication on one of the cheesecake flavors when we came to pick everything up, but they didn’t miss a beat and the owner remade the one we were wanting and delivered it to the venue in the morning. It was absolutely no inconvenience for us and they made everything right as quickly as possible. This was a great company to work with and everything was delicious!
I got a 9 inch cherry cheesecake to cut, 96 brownie bites and 96 cheesecake bites and they were all amazing! My only regret was not getting more of their cheesecake! Things to keep...
in mind, you have to pick up day of (no delivery). Wasn't a big deal for us, it gave my dad a job the day of! Also we ordered all white mini cheesecakes and they still gave us their variety pack. It was still very good, but just not what I ordered. Highly recommend them though!
We were beyond thrilled. The cakes were beautiful. Jennifer and her team communicated with us throughout the process, were very flexible about helping us make selections from a dis...
tance and the cakes were gorgeous! Our guests raved about the cakes! Awesome and so is their location...highly recommend you check them out!

process. What we paid for the quality we received was outstanding!
Underground Cheesecake makes the BEST cheesecake. I live in the bay area and have traveled extensively, this is the actually the best cheesecake. Each guest ended up having more th...

The cakes were beautifully decorated - they even made the bride & groom cake a little special with white chocolate.
It was a huge hit.
We got a 3 tiered beach themed cheesecake for our wedding cake.... and it was AMAZING! We had three different flavors (one on each tier) and then an original sheet cake in the back...
. It was so original and tasty, the guests LOVED it! We also got toppings for them to put on the cheesecake. The one down side is that they don't deliver, and they aren't open on Sundays, so we had to pick the cake up on Saturday, transport it to the reception hall, and they put it in their freezer until the wedding on Sunday for us, but it all worked out great!
We ordered a 3 tier carrot cake and it was amazing! Beautifully made and the best carrot cake I've ever had. Really good service but they do not deliver the cake, you need to pick ...
it up but that was pretty easy.
I would highly recommend them for you wedding and also for just a treat anytime!
The cake for our reception was fabulous... highly recommend. The employees were great and understood our decisions to go with sheet cakes for a cheaper cost!
Neither myself or my husband like cake, so we opted for cheesecake and brownie bites and cupcakes from the Underground Cheesecake Company. The brownies melt in your mouth, the che...
esecake is amazing and there are so many flavors to choose from. We had a huge selection of cupcakes too. The best part was that with 150 brownies, 150 cheesecake bites and 3 dozen cupcakes we spent about $200 less then we would have on a cake that no one would've ate and we would've hated. Plus we have some left overs Best idea ever!
