My husband and I both bought all of our wedding jewelry at Underwood's and I would never shop anywhere else. I'll be a customer for life. Becki was so helpful along the entire way from our first time wandering in to helping him surprise me with a new ring at our wedding. The staff are so incredibly educated and truly have a passion for what they do. I get daily compliments on my emerald wedding ring and it's a treasure that will become a family heirloom. I can tell they are truly good people and care about quality and customers.

We love Underwood's, from the people to the quality of jewelry, we've had a great experience. My husband bought my engagement ring at Underwood's and then we went back to have a custom band designed to match it. We also bought his gold band from Underwood's. They helped us with everything--ideas, design, wax molds of the pieces, etc. Then my husband surprised me with diamond earrings for my wedding present! My fiance did not know this, but because of great referrals he found his way there! Jennifer was wonderful in helping him with my engagement ring and me with my wedding band! The rest of the staff was very friendly too! Both of my rings are beautful, unique, incredible quality and I get compliments daily! The diamonds reflect light beautifully and you will not find a diamond anywhere else that looks like an Underwood's diamond! The sparkle is something to fall in love with! Underwood's is the best store for jewelry, service, and quality product. Period. They were so knowledgeable and patient with all our questions and decisions. They have a wide selection of diamonds at a wide range of prices. You don't have to get something super expensive, but you still get the quality and service as if you were buying a million dollar ring. We felt at ease purchasing our rings here. We bought the engagement ring and both wedding bands at Underwood's. We will be returning for any fine jewelry needs in the future too. You're getting what you pay for: quality.
