Words aren't enough to describe how amazing Stephanie is! When I tell you EVERYONE sobbed during our ceremony, I'm not kidding. So many guests told me after that is was the most ro...
mantic, heartfelt, sentimental wedding ceremony they had ever seen. My husband and I talked to soooo many different officiants but Stephanie stood out to us and honestly, it was the best wedding decision we could have made. Prior to the actual ceremony, unforeseen circumstances came up and we decided to get legally married in advance. Stephanie was able to make that happen last minute and took care of all of the paperwork. For our "real" ceremony, Stephanie crafted up the most beautiful speech based on our questionnaire responses. Many of the guests assumed she was a family member or friend because she seemed to know us so well. My husband and I figured that the ceremony wouldn't be super emotional for us since we had already been legally married and did a first-look before the wedding. Oh, how wrong we were! She added in perfectly timed moments of levity and delivered it in such a sincere way, it was magical. The happiest and most emotional moment of my life. After the reception, guests couldn't stop talking about the ceremony. It was incredibly memorable and the highlight of the night. Thank you Stephanie!!!
Finding an officiant was the toughest part of our vendor search! Our vision was a unique secular wedding ceremony: something that was profound, but not too serious. Upbeat and swee...
t, but not overly saccharine. And we wanted it to feel personal and true to our story as a couple who has been together for 10+ years. It was a tough balance to strike, but when we met with Stephanie at Unfiltered Weddings, we knew she could do it. And she seriously knocked it out of the park!
My husband and I both write professionally, so we went a little over-the-top on our vows. We also finished them at the last minute. Stephanie was able to modify the ceremony at the last minute to accommodate our long vows, and she did it seamlessly.
Our guests are still talking about how much they loved the ceremony. Many of them thought Stephanie was a personal friend of ours based on how well the ceremony captured our personalities and unique quirks as people – they were shocked to find out that we hired her!
Stephanie’s ceremony meant so much to us, especially considering how long we had waited for the big day after multiple pandemic delays. We’re looking into printing parts of the ceremony and framing them around our home, because her words touched our hearts so deeply. We cannot recommend Unfiltered Weddings highly enough for any wedding ceremony.
During COVID, the court system in NYC made it next impossible to get married. We found Stephanie online and she was incredible! In just 3 weeks she was able to meet with us as a c...
ouple and gather information from us individually to create an amazing, uniquely catered ceremony in Central Park. She was extremely professionally and her words even made the the groom tear up. Highly recommend her for any occasion.
The highlight of our wedding day for me was definitely the ceremony all thanks to Stephanie. Working with her was incredibly easy and the ceremony script perfectly captured who my ...
husband and I are as a couple. We even had multiple guests ask if we knew Stephanie personally because the ceremony was so tailored to us and she sounded like she knew us for years! I would absolutely recommend you hire her as your officiant as we had such an incredible experience!
My husband, I met with Stephanie, and from her infectious energy, we knew that she was a wonderful fit for us. Together, we spoke about what we envisioned our service to look like....
She has such a wonderful way with words and I loved hearing about what she was envisioning. We filled out a survey (which was a lot of fun!) and she was able to tell more of our love story. Our wedding was scheduled for April 2020, at the height of covid and it was canceled. Luckily for us, Stephanie's support and flexibility helped us tie the knot during this time. My husband, I got married on the Greenpoint pier with Stephanie and she blew us away. It was spot on. Lucky for us, in Sept of 2021, my husband and I were able to gather family and friends for a wedding dinner and Stephanie came to "renew" our vows. She adjusted our ceremony to fit in all of the things that have happened to us in the past year. Our family and friends were raving about her and It was extremely special. Stephanie will work to understand you as a couple as well as your family dynamic. We highly recommend!
We are SO happy we hired Stephanie for our ceremony. From the beginning, she sent us a detailed survey to fill out and then met with us. Then, she put together a draft of a ceremon...
y and had us review it. We were floored with how she was able to capture us and capture our personalities and relationship based on brief interactions. Stephanie was well spoken, eloquent and warm throughout the ceremony. People came up to us afterwards and asked how we knew her, because she seemed to know us so well based on the ceremony. Everyone said it was one of the most beautiful ceremonies they’d heard. In fact, one of our guests already looked into hiring her for their wedding! It’s easy to get into planning the aesthetics of a wedding and forget about the ceremony, but with Stephanie you won’t have to worry about it being an afterthought. She will create and provide a beautiful ceremony tailored to your individual needs.

the time to get to know us before putting together our ceremony, which really shined through in the service - we had a number of people approach us at our reception to let us know that it was the best ceremony they'd ever been to. In fact, the ceremony was so personal, that my husband's father thought Stephanie was my roommate from college! I cannot recommend Stephanie enough - she absolutely made our wedding and we are so grateful we found her.

your ceremony, and who is capable of making even the burliest of men shed a handful of tears - then she is your person. Stephanie goes above and beyond to help manifest the wedding ceremony you dreamed of - and she does it perfectly.
For our wedding, Stephanie traveled to Kansas City to deliver a beautiful ceremony that brought happy tears to the burly best man, the wedding party and our guests. She was able to perfectly tailor a speech that was personalized and showcased why we loved each other and wanted to take this next step. Furthermore, she did a second ceremony in New Jersey in Spanish (which she learned and practiced solely for this ceremony)- for my husband's grandmother who was unable to attend due to health.
Stephanie is absolutely amazing. Thank you! <3

Stephanie did the “couple story” at our wedding since my godmother officiated. She was absolutely perfect. We gave her complete freedom to say whatever she wanted about us as we ha...
ve been friends with her for over 3 years. The only add in we did was incorporate lines from one of my favorite love poems, which she said so beautifully at the end of her speech. She talked about Andrew and I as a couple and about each of us as our own person. She made us and everyone laugh and cry and overall just feel good about ourselves. I have never heard sweeter or more true words said about myself and Andrew before. I am so glad we asked Stephanie to be apart of our ceremony even if she couldn’t actually marry us. I would highly recommend Stephanie as an officiant for your wedding!

band. A language neither of us spoke. She worked with French speakers to craft the wedding vows as well as worked tirelessly on practicing the pronunciation which was very much appreciated as I was following her lead ;). She basically ran the stage on the best day of my life and did better then I could have ever imagined.

cial to say at the ceremony that my Nonno used to say & surprised us with it. It made for a very emotional & meaningful surprise end to our ceremony. 5 stars isn't enough to express how special she made our day! She didn't leave a single detail out & was in constant contact with us in the weeks leading up to the wedding. If you don't hire her, you're missing out!
