Unforgettable Edibles

I am so glad that we chose Unforgettable Edibles as our caterer for our wedding! Jill and all of the staff were amazing and ensured that we got exactly what we wanted! Jill answered all of our emails/ questions promptly and ensured that the room was set up the way we requested. She helped us coordinate with our reception venue, the Irish American Heritage Center, and provided us with great recommendations on how/ when to serve the food/ desserts as well! In addition to being on top of everything, the food at Unforgettable Edibles was AMAZING! We did a buffet with breaded chicken, stuffed shells, mashed potatoes, and green beans and the food was delicious. We received so many compliments from our guests on how good the food was (so many people wanted to get the recipe for the chicken and the maple sauce that came with it!) The appetizers and late night snack were also a big hit! We are so glad that we chose Unforgettable Edibles for our wedding! We highly recommend them as wedding caterers (and as caterers for any other event too!)

My husband and I used Unforgettable Edibles as our wedding caterer for our May 21 wedding. As we do not live in Chicago, most of the planning was done over the phone and via email. Jill was a total professional throughout the entire process.We were able to have a tasting with her on a visit to Chicago. She was very accommodating of our schedules and fit us in when we were in town. The owner encouraged us to try short ribs for one of the meal options. It was an unusual choice for a wedding but was absolutely delicious. All of the meal options were very tasty and the portion sizes were perfect. They were super accommodating with dietary needs and very organized. In addition to catering, the team set up the whole room. I simply sent pictures of how I wanted the tables set up, and they made it happen. Jill gave very helpful recommendations all along the way as she had worked in the space before. We ordered the chairs, linens and cutlery though UE as well. Jill was very patient with me throughout the selection process, and we were so happy with the room set up and the food. It was so easy to work with them, their quality was great, they were super friendly, and their prices were reasonable. We also really liked supporting an all-women business. I highly recommend Unforgettable Edibles for your next event.

We had Unforgettable Edibles cater our daughters wedding a few weeks ago. It was perfect!!! From the tasting 7 months ago to the wedding Jill made it so easy and worry free you just trust her. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed by Jill and her catering staff and would recommend them to anyone! After meeting with other stuffy caterers, it was so refreshing to work with Jill, who was genuinely nice, professional, and laid back. She was always very straightforward and wasn't trying to hide any costs. I received numerous compliments from my guests about the food and the wonderful waitstaff at our wedding. Everything went off perfectly and we owe it to them!
