I won a wedding coordination package from this vendor. She was a great help with setting up the decor at the reception, however she wasn't very helpful in any other area. She doesn't have a very assertive personality, which is definitely needed in the wedding planning business and was easily out-voiced by the wedding party and families. We had two initial meetings before the wedding, to go over the details and changes. I was told that I wouldn't have to let any of my other vendors know of any changes that I was making; she would take care of it. However, on the day of our wedding, it was obvious that none of the changes were made and there was a lot of confusion, especially at the reception. I've learned that if you want something done right, you need to do it yourself. I would never pay for services that caused me more of a headache than anything else.

Roxanne is a great wedding planner!! She can get you whatever you need..and can fix disaster in a moments notice!!! You definitely need her!!!

Roxanne from unforgettable events is a saint. She was wonderful great at calming me down and helping me with the little details that I didn't have time to deal with. She is wonderful to work with and HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her!!
