We recently booked our anniversary trip to Italy through Unforgettable Honeymoons, and it truly lived up to its name! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of spectacular. Rome: Our hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the city, allowing us to easily explore all the must-see sights. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and we loved the unique decor inspired by the owner's passion for watches. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a delightful way to start each day, with stunning views of Rome as we enjoyed delicious food. Sorrento: Our hotel was a dream come true. We were welcomed with champagne and a fruit plate in our beautiful ocean-view room. Every part of the hotel was breathtaking, from the well-kept gardens to the gorgeous pool area. The concierge service was impeccable, helping us plan excursions to Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello. Capri: Our private boat tour around the island was an absolute highlight. We were able to explore hidden gems like the Blue Grotto and swim in the crystal-clear waters of Marina Piccola. The restaurant recommendation was spot-on, offering fresh fish and an unbeatable view of the ocean. Unforgettable Honeymoons took care of every detail, ensuring we felt like VIPs throughout our trip. We had the pleasure of working with Renee Meyer and could not say enough good things. When we originally started planning our honeymoon, we were debating between a few destinations and resorts and decided to reach out to Unforgettable Honeymoon to streamline our planning and help us narrow down what seemed like unlimited options. We filled out a survey with the kind of trip we were hoping to go on, and Renee reached out and we had an initial consultation. Renee spoke to us for almost an hour going over every detail we possibly could, and we decided that Couples Sans Souci in Jamaica would be the most ideal spot for us. Unforgettable Honeymoons booked our flights, all our accommodation and every detail we could possibly need. We also received really helpful tips leading up to our trip and a booklet with all the details of our trip. Prior to our trip, we had an additional phone call with Renee where she addressed any last-minute issues and questions we had. Maryann was so incredibly nice and helpful. She did a consult with us and helped us decide where to go and also stuck to our budget. We ended up at Grenada and Barbados - both were lovely. It was so nice to basically not plan the honeymoon after planning a whole wedding! She took care of everything and all we had to do was show up. So thankful for Unforgettable Honeymoons. Renee couldn't have been more helpful in planning our two-week honeymoon in Italy. She is a wonderful sounding board for destination ideas, as she's visited many of these cities herself. She then takes nearly every element of the planning process off your plate. Her thoroughly researched "tips" on activities and destinations to see once in each city were a huge help in scheduling our time appropriately. It was seamless. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible time on our honeymoon to Thailand. It was truly the trip of a lifetime, and we can't thank Renee and her team enough for everything they organized for us. When we first started planning our trip, we didn't know where to begin, and Renee was able to provide so much guidance from hotels to areas of town to activities, it was invaluable information. This was our first time using a travel agent, but with so much of our free time going into planning a wedding, it was so nice to know that Renee had our honeymoon planning covered. She listened to our budget, our priorities, and our preferences, and she found incredible resorts that checked all of our boxes. The activities that she organized were so unique and significantly exceeded our expectations. It was also so comforting to know that if anything came up while we were there, she had contacts in Thailand that could help us resolve any issue (though none came up). I appreciated that she took the time to have a few phone calls with us during the planning process to make sure we were all on the same page. Destination: Costa Rica How did the honeymoon turn out in general? It was amazing. Everything went so smoothly. We are so grateful to have gone through an agency so we did not have to plan that much. Renee promptly answered all of our questions we had prior to leaving so we would be set up with no hassles. What did you like best about the resorts you stayed at? The food and the views, delicious and beautiful. We felt like we were in another world. Secrets Papagayo - Nayara Gardens What about the destination(s) in general? Secrets Papagayo was super relaxing. We loved having it be an all inclusive resort so we could do activities at the resort and have tons of romantic meals together. Our room had a beautiful panoramic view of the water. Nayara Gardens was absolutely amazing! We loved all the exotic views of the resort, especially our rainforest villa with our own hot spring and view of the volcano! We enjoyed how the plants around our villa made it private. This resort had a lot of wildlife there as well! The least? Secrets Papagayo - the resort is on a hilly mountain so we couldn't walk to and from our room, we had to call a van to come and take us to the activities and our meals. Nayara Gardens - Nothing Highlight of the honeymoon? ( please tell us about any excursions/day trips?) Secrets Papagayo was more of our relaxing resort - we went snorkeling, did some crafts, ate, couples massage, nightly shows Nayara Gardens was relaxing and where we had all of our excursions. We went zip lining in the jungle (the volcano was on one side and Lake Arenal on the other side), horseback riding in the jungle (near the volcano and Lake Arneal), hiking in the jungle to a beautiful waterfall (private tour guide was so nice, he stopped various times on our way there to get out of the car and show us wildlife [a family of howling monkeys, toucans, parrots, vultures, viper in the jungle]), couples massage, hot springs, we hired a professional photographer who took amazing pictures of us, romantic meals

Renee was wonderful to work with. She provided us with many different options tailored to exactly what WE wanted to do for our honeymoon and shared so much knowledge with us. She had us fill out a very in-depth questionnaire with our budget, activities we wanted to do, food preferences, anything you can think of! From there, she gave us different options to explore and helped us pick the best option for us. We ended up going to Calabash Cove in St. Lucia and the resort was absolutely INCREDIBLE! It was the trip of a lifetime and we will never forget it. She helped arrange transportation to and from the airport, as well as excursions. She gave us lots of helpful tips and advice, even a packing list! She answered every single question we had and made sure we were prepared. There was not one time during our trip that I thought to myself - man I wish I would have thought of that - because Renee thought of everything for us! We are so appreciative of her services. We could not have asked for a better honeymoon.

We had such a great experience planning our honeymoon with Maryann! We had to postpone twice due to COVID and she was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Even without dealing with COVID, I would highly recommend their services. They made everything so easy and we had someone to go to with all of our little questions. After some flight issues (making us a day late), Renee arranged for our Maui Sheraton hotel to give us and extra day, and she contacted the rental car company for us. I had never used a travel planner before I used Unforgettable Honeymoons, as I usually enjoy planning trips on my own. However with wedding planning at the same time I decided to outsource the job. I do not live near the actual office of Unforgettable Honeymoons and was very skeptical of letting someone I had never met plan my honeymoon, and was even wondering if the whole thing was a scam! But with all of the positive reviews available I decided to give it a try. Let me tell you - I'm so glad I did! I worked with Jenna and not only did she plan the perfect honeymoon for us on our budget, because of COVID she RE-planned the honeymoon TWICE! It was stressful enough having to postpone but having Jenna to do all of the leg work was priceless. So let me assure you - this company is NOT a scam, and YES you can trust them to plan your dream vacation via phone and email. HIGHLY recommend!

I wish I could give Unforgettable Honeymoons 6 stars. I am beyond impressed by their expertise and customer service. I worked with Lauri Volk and she is incredible! She actually helped us plan two different honeymoons. Our original plan was to go to Hawaii. I was nervous planning a trip of this scale but she helped walk through all our options from resort and hotel options, to activities, to where to eat, and even flights. She had so much knowledge and so many expert tips and tricks I was amazed. We quickly put together our perfect itinerary and were ready to pull the trigger. However, during this time, the pandemic had started and COVID-19 was ramping up. Hawaii was closing a majority of its travel to tourist and at that time, like many others, we were not sure where the pandemic would lead. She advised us it would be best to wait on committing to a trip no one was certain we may be able to take. My husband and I appreciated this honesty, that she was genuine and helped us in a time she could have helped her own quota. After monitoring the news and CDC for a few more months, my husband and I decided that our big trip to Hawaii should probably wait until the pandemic subsided more. We decided to take a smaller honeymoon to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. Lauri, helped us plan an entire new honeymoon and recommended an immaculate all-inclusive, adults only resort and spa. It was perfect. We had the most amazing time being pampered as VIP/Honeymoon guest, that Lauri specifically notated when booking our room. She arranged our flights and sent us links to all the information that we needed to ensure seamless travel between DR and the US. Even with additional regulations due to COVID, she made sure we had everything we needed to ensure safe, and easy travel. Lauri helped us plan the perfect Honeymoon and she made everything so easy. I think one of the things I appreciated most was having peace of mind, that if anything did go wrong I could call Unforgettable Honeymoon, day or night, and they could help resolve any issues we were having. Especially during a pandemic, this reduced a great deal of stress on my part and let me relax and enjoy my trip even more. We are hoping that for our 1 year anniversary in 2022, we will finally be able to make it to Hawaii. Lauri will be the first person I call to begin our process!

We had such a great experience working with Maryann at Unforgettable Honeymoons! She provided a variety of options that fit exactly what we were looking for in a honeymoon, which ultimately led to us booking our trip to Hermitage Bay in Antigua. Unfortunately, we booked right when COVID began to hit, but we stayed optimistic since we had 6 months until we were leaving. Maryann brought us a sense of relief knowing that we could rely on her to communicate with the resort and relay any information to us. Things got really tricky when dealing with passport arrival delays and flight cancellations, but she was able to adjust our itinerary slightly to make it work out in the end! The resort itself was so serene and beautiful, it honestly was a dream come true. Between the unreal views with a private plunge pool, extremely friendly and welcoming staff, and the amazing food and drinks (which was all-inclusive), we cannot talk highly enough about our trip. We also received a complimentary dinner on the beach which was a fun experience! We will definitely recommend using Unforgettable Honeymoons to our friends and family, and hope to use them again for anniversary trips!

We had the most spectacular and most relaxing time The Excellence at Playa Mujeres resort! The food and staff are AMAZING and the rooftop terrace suite with the private pool is beyond worth it! The beach is gorgeous and the entire property and experience is so pampering and luxurious. Club level was the best option as well with the extra level of pampering and private bars, pools and restaurant as well. To say our honeymoon was unforgettable is quite an understatement! Maryann did the best job in coordinating our travel plans and recommending the most perfect resort beyond our expectations that fit our wishlist. Our honeymoon was set for March directly following our wedding but was unfortunately pushed to July and Maryann really helped to take on the stress during that time and made the shift effortless on our part! We had the most unbelievable time in Cancun, Mexico and will definitely be planning to return for an anniversary trip!

WOW. Unico truly is an outstanding resort. Our travel agent at Unforgettable Honeymoons guided us to Unico. At first, I told Leah that we did not want to go to Mexico for our honeymoon. Since our honeymoon was in December, plane tickets to other destination were outrageous. Once I told Leah that we were open to Mexico, her first and only recommendation was Unico. With us a high recommendation, we immediately booked out honeymoon. It was the best decision ever. From the moment we arrived, we were left in awe. The entrance is very discreet but once you enter the lobby, you see the how amazing Unico is. It has such a small boutique feel to it. We went on an excursion and stopped by the Hard Rock to pick up other people. It looked very commercialized. The amenities and the staff at Unico are GREAT! Very attentive and very welcoming. The food at all of the restaurants and even buffets was excellent as well. Overall, it was an amazing honeymoon. We will definitely consider returning to Unico in the future. Unforgettable Honeymoons made our trip perfect and hassle free!

Long review but the main point is...book with Unforgettable Honeymoons! My husband and I recently returned from the honeymoon of our dreams! We cannot thank Maryann enough for helping us plan the trip of a lifetime. We got married in March 2018 and my husband first reached out to Unforgettable Honeymoons in November 2017 to begin planning our Italian honeymoon (originally scheduled for June 2018). He was put in contact with Maryann, who was extremely warm and helpful from the start. Unfortunately, the wedding planning took over our schedules and we did not reach back out to Maryann until after we got married in April 2018. She remembered us and wanted to help, but she did let us know that many of the hotels they prefer to work with have already been booked up and that flights were pricier than usual due to high season and the fact that we were booking so close to leaving. After heavy deliberation, we decided to wait a year. Even after researching many options for us and guiding us through our decision making process, Maryann understood and told us to reach back out when we’re ready to go. We finally contacted Maryann in January 2019, ready to book our honeymoon to Italy for June 2019. We told her our budget and she came back with a price even slightly under budget. We told her where we wanted to go and for how many nights in each location, and she handled the rest. Our trip included airfare to Florence from Miami, a private transfer from Florence airport to our hotel, 3 nights at a beautiful hotel in Florence that was a 5 minute walk to the Duomo, 2 nights in a swanky bouquet hotel in Ancient Rome, private transfer from the Naples train station to our GORGEOUS hotel on the Bay of Naples in Sorrento for a 4-night stay to end the trip, private transfer to the Naples airport, and our airfare back to Miami. There were no long layovers and our drivers were always there waiting for us upon arrival. Two of the three hotels also had champagne waiting for us in our room when we checked in. Every hotel was unique in its own way, but the best part of each hotel was its location. We stayed in great, walkable areas in each city. During the planning process, Maryann also gave us 2 hotel options in each city and let us look them up to decide which we would prefer. We felt totally part of the decision making process, but also not overwhelmed by having to plan this trip on our own. I would highly highly recommend booking with Unforgettable Honeymoons. We were sent an anniversary certificate and we can’t wait to book another trip with them knowing that it’ll be stress free and wonderful. Unforgettable Honeymoons is a small company that truly values their clients. The level of personalization and attention received is worth every penny!

Leah Macdonald was amazing! She booked our amazing honeymoon to St Lucia this past June and I would highly recommend Unforgettable Honeymoons. The booking process was smooth and she was very reassuring about the room and destination. When we arrived we were blown away by the room and the accommodations that came with our package. The payment process was easy and we had transportation to and from the airport. Our seats were together on the plane and the entire vacation was a breeze. I highly recommend them and will book again through them.

We had enough planning to do with the wedding, so I wanted our honeymoon to just be relaxing and simple. All I had to do was give Unforgettable Honeymoons our budget and a general idea of what we wanted (which was mostly just "beach"), and they sent back a great list of options. We went through a few short rounds of feedback and managed to find an amazing destination and package in our budget. It was so easy, and they booked everything for us, including transportation to and from the resort when we arrived. They saved us so much time and stress!

We worked with Leah and our experience was great! We had a 21 day trip planned for our honeymoon with 9 days in Bali for which we used Unforgettable Honeymoons. The two Alila resorts we stayed at were beautiful and extremely luxurious. The entire experience from the moment we landed to the moment we left was seamless including all the transfers from/to the airport, between hotels, and for the day tour we booked. Would highly recommend booking through them as the price was great, the service was fantastic, and the experience was without fault. Leah was very responsive with all the questions I had and was always available to provide more information.

We were unsure of what type of hotel experience we wanted and while it may have been unnecessary to book at two different hotels for our stay, we are glad we did! Sandals definitely had the benefit of being all inclusive and lots of options for restaurants and plenty of places to relax (the Japanese restaurant was our favorite and we also really enjoyed Gordon’s on the pier). The second half of our honeymoon we spent Calabash cove was awesome- totally different experience and so worth it, the intimate feel of the hotel and The gorgeous location and view, not enough words to describe it! There are not enough superb things we could say about the level of service we received (we even got to meet the owner who was also great and so welcome) I would recommend Calabash to anyone going to St. Lucia. The staff was amazing, i cant say that enough, in the few short days we were there we became friendly with them and they made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The smaller feel hotel was awesome, and that swim up room, just awesome!

Wonderful company! We used Unforgettable Honeymoons to book our honeymoon to Thailand. I was a bit skeptical using an online site to book a trip across the world. I worked with Leah at UH and I am incredibly impressed with the trip they booked for us. There was not one flaw in the logistics. I told them approximate dates, airline I wanted to fly on, budget, and what we wanted to do. They planned a few different scenarios and I picked the one I liked the most. We went to Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket - everything was perfect. From the second we landed in Bangkok, we didn’t worry about a thing – all shuttles were on time with signs with our name and drivers had clean vehicles and a bottle of water. UH scheduled tours for us (not too many, we wanted time to relax) and all guides spoke our language and were interesting people. UH booked our flights within Thailand and those went off without a hitch. Each hotel was better than the next one – we had large suites and the hotels were clean, friendly, and safe. Our honeymoon was perfect and relaxing – we stayed in such luxury for a reasonable price. Would definitely use Leah and UH to book our next trip across the world.

Thank you for setting up this trip for our honeymoon to st lucia , we had a blast. Everything went seamless and there were no problems or unplanned troubles at all. You did a great job planning and were right on with the resort combination and the suggested events. The sandals resort was very accommodating, beautiful, and they definitely pulled out all the stops for a great honeymoon experience. We met four other couples about our same age, that got married the same day, and hung around with them alot of the time we were at the resort. I would suggest this resort to any future couple going on a honeymoon who wants to have a good time, have amazing food & plenty of drinks, and hang around with a bunch of other couples enjoying the same things. While we stayed at Sandals, we did two full day excursions: 1) JJ's high speed boat tour: Everyone at Sandals suggested this tour and it did not let down. We stopped at one town and did snorkeling, stopped at one town and did the volcano mud bath followed by the natural waterfall wash off, and stopped by the last town for lunch...all while drinking rum punch the whole trip! 2) The drive & fly dune buggy and zip lining tour: This tour was awesome and I suggest it for any thrill seekers that know how to work a manual transmission in mountainous traffic! The Ladera resort was something out of picture books, and words cannot describe the views and hospitality the staff has to offer. We thought for a couple days we were royalty or something in that category the way they accommodated to us. The Dasheene restaurant within the resort served us one of the greatest meals I have ever had my whole life the day after valetines day, it was truly world class food. The next night we ate at the restaurant across the street from Ladera in the Chocolate Estates Hotel, it was also world class food and I would suggest for any of your clients staying at Ladera to try it. All in all it was a great trip and I appreciate all your recommendations and pointers in the planning process, they all paid off ten fold! Leah from Unforgettable Honeymoons was extremely helpful when it came to booking our honeymoon. We waited until pretty last minute to plan it and had no idea where we wanted to go. Leah was patience, accommodating and very helpful with the planning. We received different price ranges, locations, etc. to choose our final destination. We ended up going with Breathless in Cabo San Lucas. Highly recommend - all inclusive, amazing food, great location. All airport tranfers were also set up for us, which was very stress free. We received a bunch of helpful information beforehand with travelling tips, details of the airport and resort, etc. Would definitely recommend this company when planning your honeymoon - very responsive, patient and will work with you to create your dream honeymoon.

My husband and I stumbled upon UnforgettableHoneymoons.com while searching for our honeymoon destination. We had already decided on Greece. She was able to answer all of our questions as well as give us many options. Emma really set us up with amazing accommodations and excursions, more than what we could have asked for. We stayed in Athens, Mykonos, and Santorini for a total of 9 days. We only had one hiccup on our trip, where all of a sudden, the ferry from Mykonos to Santorini was potentially going to be canceled due to a strike. I was not able to get ahold of the 24/7 contact line, however, I was able to contact the manager Renee via text, and she was able to give us options on what to do. Luckily, the strike was only for 24 hours and not to the specific place we were going to. All in all, I would highly recommend using their services!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we were very impressed. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and helpful. The resort and location are beautiful and there is a beautiful ocean view and beach access. The staff are reasonably quick to respond to requests and services. The resort is out of the way on the north side of Oahu and feels private and peaceful. Turtle Bay will be a Resort we wish to stay at again in the future.

I can't begin to say how happy I am that I chose this company to book my honeymoon with. So many people told me that there's no point in using a travel company, but with everything that went into planning the wedding, it was so nice to just fill out a questionnaire, give a budget, and let someone else figure out where we should go. Maryann was dead on the money when she suggested St. Lucia for us - splitting our stay between Sandals La Toc, where we could relax on the beach with an all-inclusive plan, and Ladera, where we could get a luxury experience and have lots of adventures, was the absolute perfect combination for our styles. We hit a slight snag getting there due to a mechanical issue on American Airlines, and I did have trouble getting though to Gogo's 24/7 answering service, but the minute Maryann was in the office, she was on the phone with both hotels and the airline, and had the whole trip shifted and re-booked within a few hours. Coming off of the days leading up to the wedding with so much excitement and so little sleep, then coupled with airline trouble, the last thing I would have wanted to do was spend the day on the phone frantically trying to re-book myself. We were upgraded at both hotels, and greeted by a handwritten welcome note from Maryann at Ladera, which was such a nice, personal touch. True to their name, our honeymoon really was unforgettable, this company was wonderful, and Maryann is a superstar!
