Unforgettable Moments

Hello, I got married on June 19, 20222, and because of her, I could have had the worst wedding ever. This is the worst wedding planner and florist I have ever encountered. My bridesmaids stepped in and did everything. They scheduled hair and make-up, called guests, took decor to the venue, called other vendors to ensure they were on time, helped light candles, pinned flowers on the guests, lined honored guests up for the wedding, etc. Latoya did not line up any guests for the wedding, did not handle the day of arrangments, did not oversee the setup of the room per the agreement, did not pin the flowers on the guest and did not follow the day of the itinerary for the wedding day flow. She does not contact clients like her contract states, and she tried to handle the day of events by herself instead of having a team for a wedding with 140 guests; the flower arrangements she made were awful, and she did not do anything asked. I will say my bridal bouquet was beautiful. I do not have enough time to express how this woman did not do her job! I paid her in full well before my wedding took place. Ladies, DO NOT BOOK THIS WOMAN FOR ANY PLANNING EVENTS OR FLOWERS!!! 1. I am so heartbroken that I hired this woman for my event. She did not keep the wedding party on schedule and was unaware of everything that went on, although she was at every meeting. She deserves zero stars!
