Karie is the dream day of coordinator and will make your wedding what you want it to be! From the first moment I started working with her, she was there to assist me with any plann...
ing questions I had and offer vendor recommendations. She would respond to emails and texts quickly. She helped make sure I was on track with planning and giving the items I needed to gather. Day of, Karie executed our wedding and made sure everything went smoothly. Our wedding wouldn't have been what it was without Karie. Karie will go above and beyond for anything that needs to be done and it shows she truly loves what she does and her clients. If you need a planner or day of coordinator, you need to hire Unforgettable Weddings & Events!
I got married in September and literally could not have done it without Karie's help. She was the best choice in the entire wedding planning process, and made wedding day come toge...
ther so seamlessly and perfectly. I cannot speak highly enough of her - she has a contagious positive energy and somehow manages to diffuse the stress that inevitably builds while planning. She helped so much with all my questions and coordination of logistics leading up to the wedding, and of course was an amazing coordinator on day-of. Our wedding was a destination wedding for most of our guests, and the last thing I wanted for my mom was to feel like she had to handle all the details and logistics. I just wanted my family and guests to enjoy themselves, and Karie and the amazing team of vendors made that happen. We primarily used her network of highly recommended vendors, which was so helpful and gave us peace of mind, since she already had a good working relationship with them. And they were all so wonderful! Nothing but rave reviews from us and our guests. I would HIGHLY recommend Karie and her team!
Karie G. is absolutely wonderful! Trust when I say she WILL get all your details perfect on your wedding day and will make you feel comfortable and not stressed about the whole day...
. She was very communicative the whole process, I was able to text her freely about random questions and that was so helpful! She has an AMAZING list of local vendors who are just as sweet and wonderful as she is. I cannot stress how amazing my wedding team was, and few of them were suggested by her. She also offers other services including makeup, bartending, and additional staff. I also used her bartending and additional staff services and it went off perfectly! Everyone was raving about the details and the drinks! Karie is very hands on so you won't feel like you are alone during this very large, often stressful process. The venue I chose also recommended her so she is doubly recommended!

ferent things with her. When it came to the actual day of the wedding, I knew I could completely trust them to bring my vision to life and they still exceeded my expectations. They kept the night moving and constantly checked in with me to make sure
I didn't need anything throughout the night. They also were there to solve the quick little mishaps before I even noticed a thing. I honestly can't imagine what we would have done without them! Thank you Karie and Brooke!!

flawlessly and made our day so care free and enjoyable. she was available whenever I had questions or needed to change things....which was often because of covid-19...we wouldnt have had such an amazing ceremony and reception withnout this woman. the partial planning that we got from her in addition to the day of coordination made all the difference. her eye to detail and her organization the day off made all the difference. our wedding tuned out beautifully even with all the rain that happened right up until the moment I walked down the isle.
Karie and Brooke were PHENOMENAL! Our day went so smoothly thanks to them. They helped with everything, from set up, dealing with vendors and small issues (late cake! short 15 napk...
ins!), keeping the schedule, making sure things ran smoothly, helping clean up, and helping pack everything. The day would not have been nearly as relaxed and enjoyable without them and it was worth every penny. Would HIGHLY recommend Unforgettable Weddings & Events with Karie. Lifesaver! And she stayed calm no matter what came up. Thank you so much! We truly appreciate you!

so much. She did a wonderful job on mine and my mother's makeup, and everyone looked beautiful. She's got just the type of personality and organizational skills to make things work seamlessly. We're blessed to have had her coordinating our wedding.
Karie was our day-of coordinator and she was excellent! I would have been a mess without her guiding me through the day. She gave great advice throughout the process. It was a plea...

t for any random questions that came up, and she was a joy to work with throughout. The day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Karie handled the decorations, unpacking/packing, and making sure the bridal party was fed! Everything was perfect and ran smoothly thanks to her and her assistant. She really knows her stuff and thankfully worked with our small budget. I can't thank you enough for allowing our special day to be so unforgettable!!

ade sure everything was exactly how we wanted it and that we spent every second enjoying our special day. Our cake/cupcakes showed up hours late but she handled it and I had no clue about it! She kept things flowing smoothly and as stress-free as it could possibly be! I HIGHLY recommend Karie for any and every wedding or party-even if you're like me and had almost every detail already planned, Karie is the magician that makes sure it all happens and that you have nothing to worry about on the day of. She thinks of every little detail, has amazing ideas and recommendations, and has a million tips and tricks up her sleeves. Karie was absolutely worth every penny, in fact, I feel it was a bargain for all the incredible that she is.
Karie Greiner was my last minute wedding planner (I found her a month before the big day!) and honestly have NO IDEA what I would have done without her there. I originally thought ...
I could take on wedding planning solo...but all the little last minute details and planning became overwhelming. So in came Karie...to save the day, literally. She took care of SO MANY nitty-gritty details I hadn't even thought of (and mind you I'm very type A...I had a binder, checklists, etc.). She was worth every penny! The day of she handled everything from crazy drunk family members to making sure decorations were beautiful, to timing of speeches, the ceremony, basically EVERYTHING, and she even stayed to help tear down/load gifts. I really can't say enough good things about her...if you want your day to go off without a hitch, use Unforgettable Wedding and Events!!!
