Unforgettable Wedding and Events

I got married in September and literally could not have done it without Karie's help. She was the best choice in the entire wedding planning process, and made wedding day come together so seamlessly and perfectly. I cannot speak highly enough of her - she has a contagious positive energy and somehow manages to diffuse the stress that inevitably builds while planning. She helped so much with all my questions and coordination of logistics leading up to the wedding, and of course was an amazing coordinator on day-of. Our wedding was a destination wedding for most of our guests, and the last thing I wanted for my mom was to feel like she had to handle all the details and logistics. I just wanted my family and guests to enjoy themselves, and Karie and the amazing team of vendors made that happen. We primarily used her network of highly recommended vendors, which was so helpful and gave us peace of mind, since she already had a good working relationship with them. And they were all so wonderful! Nothing but rave reviews from us and our guests. I would HIGHLY recommend Karie and her team!

Karie G. is absolutely wonderful! Trust when I say she WILL get all your details perfect on your wedding day and will make you feel comfortable and not stressed about the whole day. She was very communicative the whole process, I was able to text her freely about random questions and that was so helpful! She has an AMAZING list of local vendors who are just as sweet and wonderful as she is. I cannot stress how amazing my wedding team was, and few of them were suggested by her. She also offers other services including makeup, bartending, and additional staff. I also used her bartending and additional staff services and it went off perfectly! Everyone was raving about the details and the drinks! Karie is very hands on so you won't feel like you are alone during this very large, often stressful process. The venue I chose also recommended her so she is doubly recommended!

Our wedding day would not have happened without Karie and Brooke - they are the best! From the very beginning, I always loved meeting with Karie and had so much fun envisioning different things with her. When it came to the actual day of the wedding, I knew I could completely trust them to bring my vision to life and they still exceeded my expectations. They kept the night moving and constantly checked in with me to make sure I didn't need anything throughout the night. They also were there to solve the quick little mishaps before I even noticed a thing. I honestly can't imagine what we would have done without them! Thank you Karie and Brooke!!

karie our wedding planner was phenomenal! she went above and beyond what I thought a wedding planner would do for me. our day of coordination was so perfect she handled everything flawlessly and made our day so care free and enjoyable. she was available whenever I had questions or needed to change things....which was often because of covid-19...we wouldnt have had such an amazing ceremony and reception withnout this woman. the partial planning that we got from her in addition to the day of coordination made all the difference. her eye to detail and her organization the day off made all the difference. our wedding tuned out beautifully even with all the rain that happened right up until the moment I walked down the isle.
