Unica Party Rentals

I had a really disappointing experience with Unica the day of my wedding on 6/3/23. In our contract, I paid over $600 for an exact-time pick up after my event was over and they sent only one worker to pick everything up. He obviously didn't finish on time and I got charged overtime at the venue. This happened over 6 weeks ago and they still refuse to reimburse me for a service that they failed to provide even though I gave them receipts of everything that happened. Additionally, no has called me about the issue and it is me who has to keep emailing and calling to follow up about this. There were also a few other issues that I encountered with this company: 1) They never answer. Its so hard to get a hold of your point person and it takes days to hear back about changes to the reservation order. 2) At the showroom appointment, my point person didn't even show us all of the options in our color theme. When I realized they didn't have what we were looking for, I went back to the website and saw that there were many other options that were never even shown to us in person. It then took my point person over a week to email me a picture of all the napkins lined up. 3) The rentals themselves were not at the quality that I expected. The linens had visible streak/iron marks when I thought they were going to have a smoother look. Also, some of the chairs appeared visibly dirty and they could have done a better job at wiping them down. My advice is to go with someone else. There are so many other great rental companies with better pricing and I am disappointed that I went with Unica.
