Unionville Vineyards

The outdoor space was ideal for our guest count of 90, plenty of space to dance while ensuring no guest was too far away. The General Manager John was incredibly helpful throughout the process from signing the contract to saving the day during a rainstorm before our ceremony. Everything was executed with care and every question was answered promptly. The farmhouse is such a unique place to get ready in and there is plenty of space to get ready with hair and make up for all your bridesmaids. While the groomsmen had plenty of room to get ready on the other side as well. Made for some incredible photo ops as well! The vineyards were perfect for our sunset shots and felt like we stepped away from the rest of the world. Not to mention everyone was loving the wines.

We had a smaller wedding of 40 people but there is definitely room for many more people. We happened to have a beautiful day however the tent would accommodate many people even if it had rained. The wedding party had use of the lovely farmhouse. We were able to get dressed there along with beautiful room for make up and hair. The farmhouse provides a great backdrop for pictures. Unionville’s wine is excellent and received many compliments from our guests. We used a local caterer who had excellent hors d’oevres and entrees. The vineyards and open fields provided our guests with free rein to roam the grounds. We had a fire pit which allowed us to smoke cigars and enjoy s’mores. We highly recommend this venue and feel ensured that you will have a great event too Sheri and Scott

couldn't have asked for a better team to make my day. The venue is beautiful and a little secluded to truly make your wedding an unforgettable day. The food was also delicious and all our guests couldn't get enough!

They truly help you every step of the way. We had a wedding just under 80 guests and had the wedding under the tent outside. Our date was 10/20/19. We hoped for great October weather, but the weather gods did not deliver. It rained ALL DAY. Plan B needed to be executed and Jackie and the rest of the vendors worked together to make it happen without a worry for me. They were there with umbrellas for everyone involved in the bridal party to ensure we wouldn’t be rained on. They worked together to make our wedding a dream come true and I cannot thank Unionville and everyone involved enough! Also, what also drew us to Unionville is their amazing wine! My husband and I are wine lovers and Unionville delivers. If you’re looking for a rustic and chill atmosphere for your wedding, you definitely need to check Unionville out! Thank you again Jackie and the Unionville crew for all you do!

taff. The location was so beautiful even our other vendors remarked on it. The tent is a must even for a smaller wedding. We had 65 guests and honestly the winery floor alone wouldn’t have been big enough. (I can only see this space working without the tent for parties of 30 or less where people don’t plan on dancing) The tent though was gorgeous and worth the extra money. for 60 guests in the winery floor. I received a lot of complaints from my guests that they were very uncomfortable seated too tightly and a lot of glassware was getting broken from falling off the tables. In the future I think the event coordinator should not rent that space out for more then 40 guests to be honest. We were afraid to use the outdoor tent for fear our guests would feel lost in that large space.. This was a lesson learned. :( Other then that it turned out to be a lovely event thanks to the caterers and the florist we used.

xtremely helpful throughout the whole process from looking at the venue, several wine tastings to pick wines (we even ended up getting the amazing wines from Unionville for my Bridal Shower AND Rehersal Dinner), to coordinating every little detail of the wedding of my dreams with me and the caterer. We got to get ready in the beautiful farmhouse so we did not have to worry about running crazy the morning of the wedding. Everything was setup exactly as planned and the day was 100% perfect and went off without a hitch! All of our guests are still telling us it was one of the most beautiful weddings and receptions they have been to and that the whole event was amazing! I loved that everything was in one place and that we got to take pictures wherever we wanted on the grounds. We used the tent and our dancing moved inside after dark but that didn't stop the party. I can't imagine finding a better place for our rustic/country wedding. Unionville was a dream come true and everyone there was so helpful and made us feel at home! If you are thinking about Unionville it is 100% worth your time and I would recommend getting married there in a heartbeat to anyone!

The venue itself is so unique and picturesque - it made the perfect location for our laid-back wedding day. It managed to feel intimate and romantic even with 150 guests. In spite of the previous reviews (which seem to be outdated and/or irrelevant) do yourself a favor and go see this venue if you're interested in getting married in the area! It's beautiful, the wines are (surprisingly) delicious, and the staff is great!

g there, we were obsessed with the sweeping views, scenic landscape and delicious wines. Unionville's Event Coordinator Olivia was amazing to work with from Day 1 - she was helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, positive and so accommodating. Once she gave us a tour, we knew this was the venue for us! Any of the usual questions or concerns I had leading up to the day, Olivia was on top of and so helpful and kind. I really felt that she was an effective and involved collaborator in making the day smooth and perfect. Everyone who works at Unionville was wonderful, especially the general manager John and everyone who works in the tasting room that helped us to narrow down our wine selections for the wedding (a special thank you to Joe!) The spaces we used at UV were gorgeous; the farmhouse and bridal suite were perfect for getting ready and for photos, the ceremony site was beautiful, we held our cocktail hour in front of the farmhouse which was a lovely space, and the tent made for a fabulous reception area. The interior spaces were beautiful for guests to explore; while we didn't use them as much because we had great weather and kept people outside, the winery floor and cave room are awesome event spaces. And if you're lucky like we were, you may get a gorgeous sunset to enjoy. Not to mention you get to share UV's delicious wines with guests, and the caterer they work with for weddings, Main Street Fine Catering, is incredible. We had a great experience using Main Street and their event coordinators Liz and Maddie were fantastic. I can't say enough about working with UV and how easy and seamless they made our big day! I feel so welcomed at Unionville and can't wait to go back with my husband to see some of the familiar faces we now know at this wonderful vineyard. :) I felt like I was in good hands and I can't thank them enough!

ing is rude, unhelpful and inflexible. We tried to have strictly hors-devours reception which ended up being priced from 2500 to 6000 after the found out it was a wedding. So disappointed. It is unfortunate that such a beautiful venue has one stop shop catering has a monopoly on the winery.

e showed us the venue immediately, has emailed back quickly, and has answered every one of our questions. She's pleasant and friendly, very easy to reach. We are looking forward to having our wedding in August here. And, the catering service is also very accommodating and available to talk to. I highly recommend this venue, as we've recently booked it! Will check back after the wedding!

te. The staff was ignorant and the tasting portions were not an ounce for the 8 tastings for the $20 that you didn't know you were getting until after you paid. There were no vendors for food but one and the bridal sweet was showing as a haunted house...what? The wine was very dry even the so called sweet ones. To just book it was $5000, for a wedding, NO WAY is it worth it. The view is beautiful but not worth it.
