er, we wanted someone who would capture photographs that portrayed the day just as it was – we wanted to be able to look back at the pictures and feel the love, the fun, the excitement. Paul did exactly that, and more. From booking through delivery of the photos, Paul was easy-going, knowledge, and prompt. We really felt comfortable with entrusting him to capture our big day. Throughout the wedding day, Paul was unobtrusive and STILL somehow managed to take the most magnificent photographs. Seriously… the pics he took belong in a magazine. Our guests can’t stop talking about how amazing they are. Paul really has a gifted eye and his talent is portrayed in his work. If you’re on the hunt for a wedding photographer who will capture your day and deliver unique and beautiful photographs, Paul is your man.

her with their eyes closed. I have ZERO formal pics with our eyes open. .FROM AN ENTIRE DAY of photography.. That costs thousands of dollars! Do not expect to get Bride SOLO shots in your dress. Every picture of me by myself are from the waist up in shadow, with my head turned away. Don’t expect one photo of your flower girl. Throughout the day, there were a handful of times a shot was posed for, and we would ask Paul, did you get the photo? He would reply “Yes, It turned out really nice,” or “It looks great!” And then after everything is said and done, he will tell you that the photos just “didn’t turn out." He made about 1/3rd of all the photos in black and white, which is totally fine. But when I asked if I could have those photos in color, he told me there would be a “conversion charge” of $125. Paul gave me a date when the photos would be ready. 1 week after this, I emailed and asked how they were coming along? He reacted with a very unprofessional email, telling me I was interrupting his work flow and if I needed a photo for the thank you cards immediately, I would again be charged. (we are already more than 2 months after the wedding). The “portfolio album” with his package is a random box with 5 or 6, 8x10s of photos HE CHOOSES on cardboard. This is your warning. I wish someone had warned me. Because of his “work,” my husband and I are spending money to have a second wedding photo shoot. Sincerely, Truly Disappointed.

we met with Paul and were lucky enough that he was available the date of our wedding. I told my husband that I have always wanted Unique Concepts as my photographer and there really was no need to interview any other vendors, and he agreed. He thought Paul’s presentation was informative and also showed off how amazing Paul is when it comes to capturing the perfect moments. Paul was always very kind, courteous, responsive, and took amazing pictures for us. He worked well with everyone (bridal party, vendors, and guests), even provided great advice on how to put my veil on, and made us all feel comfortable on our wedding day. The sneak peaks were posted online in no time at all, and the compliments came flying in - everyone who has seen the pictures has such positive things to say and are impressed by his work. The mobile app and the slideshow were also a great bonus. The pictures were delivered extremely quickly and he made the entire process go so well. My husband and I are so happy to have such beautiful memories of our engagement session and wedding day, thanks to Paul. Paul has amazing vision and knows what makes a great picture. Not only are the shots he envisions amazing, but the additional creative touch he puts on every single picture is incredible and exemplifies the pride he puts in his work. We could not be happier with the pictures he took on our special day and during our engagement session. The only thing I would have done better is ensure we got pictures taken with all family members, especially grandparents, but that is definitely easier said than done during the craziness of the wedding day. Unique Concepts has given us incredible memories of our wedding day and we would recommend UCS to anyone.

We worked with Paul from Unique Concepts for both our engagement photos and wedding day and we could not be happier with our decision to book with him. We had sneak peeks of both our engagement photos and wedding photos the morning after, which was one thing we loved. Paul also provided our guests with a slideshow of some of the photos from earlier in the day and our guests cannot stop talking about how phenomenal his work is! He also gave us, our parents and grandparents a printed photo from the wedding, which was so thoughtful. We also had a minor issue the day off the wedding with our photo booth company—I called my husband to have him handle it and he told Paul what was happening and Paul told us not to stress, if they do not show up he has the capability and will have a photo booth for us at our wedding. He is such a down to earth, good and friendly person. We were so happy that we had the chance to work with him!! rk is, in a word, stunning. My parents were literally jumping out of their skin to see the pictures after Paul gave us a "teaser" just hours after the reception ended. Now that we've gotten our pictures they simply are incredible. He's flexible and so you do have a large voice in where you'd like to shoot, but Paul does a great job of taking a good picture into greatness.

t even know they were their, yet they got some beautiful shots. Some of my guests even commented that it was nice to not hear the typical camera snapping sounds during the ceremony. The only area for improvement- and this is really searching for something- would be in capturing more photos of the bride and groom that could be used as the typical wedding portrait. With that being said, we have some really amazing artistic shots, so it may be more a matter of preference. I would not considering using any one other than UCS for my wedding photographer- you will not be disappointed!

es that it is a tedious process of weeding out the good, the bad and the ugly. For me, I was referred directly to Paul Roebuck from UCS-Studio. Immediately upon meeting him, my now husband Brian and I knew he was the one. His laid back approachable attitude was just what we were looking for. Once we saw his work we were absolutely sold. We requested to do our engagement session in Sea Isle City, New Jersey which is about an hour and a half from where he is located and he was more than happy to drive to our home and take photos on the beach. We of course, had no set direction in mind with our photos other than location, however he took us from one end of the island to the next and captured the most amazing photographs with brilliant sunsets. Within HOURS, we had a preview of all the photos. We were so happy to be able to show our whole family the photos we had just taken on the beach. We were all so shocked at the quick turn around. His attention to detail and his ability to know what works and what doesn't so quickly is astonishing. Our wedding was no different, he showed up exactly when he said he would. Got right to work on the details of my dress and shot some really awesome candid shots of me and all of my girls getting ready. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE mentioned how amazing he was. I mentioned to Paul before the wedding that it was important to us to partake in our cocktail hour. He not only made sure we were done taking photos well before hand but he also gave me time to have my dress bussled. The wedding party was impressed and amazed that none of the photos were staged,he was able to capture everything we had asked for in record time it was incredible. I was asked a lot throughout the planning of the wedding why i was not considering a videographer. After showing off our wedding photos to our guests, I didn't have to explain myself anymore. He captured everything we could ever asked for and more. He is true to his word and his professionalism is incomparable. Photographs are said to say a thousand words, Paul's say one, perfection. He is a pleasure to work with and we are so lucky we crossed paths with him.
