ning. However, it went complete radio silence from her. Meetings were cancelled, always rescheduling, never appropriate communication. We live 6 hours away and wanted a planner that knew Lodi/Stockton well. We would visit MONTHLY for any meetings that would need to happen. Her sister had a horrible accident, then she was in the hospital and needed surgery? It was non-stop. She never felt stable or steady. Calls and texts went unanswered for days. We asked for other people on her “team” to take over our wedding planning. We came to find out there was no team. We asked for a refund and for her to be fired 30 days before our wedding cause absolutely nothing was done. I hadn’t seen my final colors, design, florals….. nothing. She refused and said there would be no refunds. I didn’t even see my florals til the DAY OF when she showed us our finished reception room. It was nothing that I pictured or asked for. I genuinely don’t think she knows how to do anything over than 2015/2016 decor trends. She didn’t even text me the morning of my wedding letting me know she was there and setting up. I had to text HER “happy wedding day”. It truly gave us 100x more stress to our year and was a complete waste of money. I did EVERYTHING MY SELF. She simply took things from my boxes, set them up, and put them away. Poor communication, awful decor experience, and very very very bad customer service. Multiple women who have/had a wedding with her have reached out via Instagram and feel the same frustrations. Do not book. She seems to have lost her passion and gives minimal effort.

lies. She is definitely someone you can NOT trust. I worked for Lina for 5 months. I set up guest tables, I set up the bride and groom's table, I set up the dessert table, I went to the florist and picked up all the flower arrangements for the wedding and the reception. I bartended, I served, I cleared tables, you name it, I DID IT! I was there before most of her other workers (which were her children) and I was always the last one to leave. I even stored wedding supplies in my home garage for her. This month marks 2 years since I first helped out Lina.....SHE NEVER PAID ME!!!!!! I have text messages from her ADMITTING she owes me just shy of $1,000 but just like the previous individual complaining about Lina, I heard nothing but lies from her and then she stopped responding. She is DEFINITELY not someone I would refer ANYONE to. To make it even worse, the whole reason I took these wedding jobs was I am a single mom who has a heart condition and I was trying to make some extra money to keep a roof over our head. LINA KNEW THIS!!!!! She is NOT the person she makes herself out to be.

ho utilize my services and rentals. On June 7, 2025, I set up two sets of pipe and black drapes at the Stockton Memorial Center for Lina. To help save money, I generously offered to pick up the rentals from her home the following day at no extra charge. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was only able to collect them on Monday. When I notified Lina of my arrival, she informed me that she only had one set of drapery instead of the two I rented. She agreed to find the missing drapes and drop them off, but I suggested mailing them to save her a trip. Unfortunately, it has been over a month since our last communication, and I have not received any updates. I’m disappointed by what seems to be a lack of responsibility and integrity regarding the return of my rentals. Even after I let her know, I needed them for another event… I received no response. I did not require a security deposit, which is typically standard practice for me, as I hoped to foster goodwill. This experience has highlighted the importance of trust and communication. I feel compelled to share this so others can be aware of my situation and understand the significance of accountability. If Lina does not feel compelled to return Rentals or be responsible financially for the them. I advise on not using her for your events. Small or large you are taking a gamble… It’s hard to trust somebody with thousands of dollars when they lack integrity and do not feel responsible for their actions.
